Select one organization (preferably your current organization or company) and start by describing what does strategic management means, and background of your organization. Then mention and evaluate its current visions, missions, and values. Then conduct SWOT analysis (External: Opportunities and Threats) and Internal environment analysis (Strength and Weaknesses) of the organization Then prepare SWOT Matrix (3*3) Finally prepare QSPM having three alternatives and suggest best strategy to be pursued after matching results of environmental scanning.

Download recently published article from Strategic Management Journal (SMJ) and review it (within 3 pages only)! Then submit both full article and reviewed document in hardcopy. N.B. Copying from others will invalidate your result! Use this guideline while reviewing an article: 1. Citation: Include full title, all authors (last name, initials), full journal title, year, volume number, and page numbers. 2. Summary: Present summary of essential contents and main ideas 3. Study purpose: Was the purpose and/or research question stated clearly? A clear statement of purpose or research questions helps you determine if the topic is important, relevant, and of interest to you. Does the author clearly define a research problem or topic?
