How To Use Secure CRT Print Serial Information

一 How to print serial information

【Tool】
Secure CRT,use to print and save serial information

【Step】
1. Open SSH of camera via the web page of the camera

2. Open secure CRT.

3. Open SecureCRT and set parameters as below (Note: Port should be set as the serial port
which you use. Baud rate should be set as 115200. The Parity should be set as None)
After connect:

4. Click Menu->File->Raw Log Session,then save the file in a custom path.


5. If Protect Shell is psh mode, please input “zhimakaimen” or “setDebug”to get condition code
of the device.

6. Copy Device Key, and send the device key to Hikvision technicans and they will provide you a
security key.
7. Pasting security code to become built-in shell(ash) pattern.

8. Click Enter key and then input setDbgCtrl 0xff 0x02 0x400 0x02
It will go to the following similar interface that means it is ok.
9. Reproduce the problem and then the secureCRT will capture the information.
10. Save the information and then send to us for analysis.
