2. STUDENTS’ DUTIES
a) Be on time. If you arrive after 10 minutes, you can enter the classroom as long as you answer a question related to the topics
seen in previous classes. If you answer correctly, you can enter the class and the absence will be canceled. If you answer
incorrectly you can enter the classroom, but will be marked as absent and the activities won’t be signed.
b) Students learning levels A2, A2+, B1, B1+ must speak English during the class.
c) Respect all ideas given in class and do not criticize anyone’s ideas, thoughts or beliefs.
d) Respect each other’s learning and do not make fun of pronunciation or grammar mistakes.
e) Respect your own learning. If you are doing homework of any subject other than English during class, the teacher will mark
you as absent.
f) Respect the teacher
g) Bring all the necessary material such as original book, notebook, dictionary, homework, etc.
h) Tidy the classroom when finished working.
i) Deliver classwork and homework on time. In case of absence, it must be justified as soon as possible.
j) Cheating on the exam is not allowed. If a student cheats, their exam will be cancelled and they will lose their exam percentage.
k) Homework and other activities must be handed in on the date and with the characteristics that were asked by the teacher, if
they don’t meet these requirements, they will lose their initial value.
3. EVALUATION
a) Students must attend class the revision day, that is the only day to receive grades.
b) Students are responsible of verifying and making sure that their grade was uploaded correctly, if not correct, they can request the
grade correction within the next three working days after the grade was uploaded.
Attendance Percentages:
a) 80% of attendance is required in order to take the final exam.
b) 60% of attendance is required in order to take the extraordinary exam.
c) 40% of attendance is required in order to take the sufficiency exam.
