1. Complete the written response to the statement on the next page.


(This can be handwritten or typed)

2. No more than 500 Words

3. Supporting Documents - Must Include


- Full set of most recent school reports

4. Supporting Documents – Optional


- Copies of relevant awards
- Certificates or documents (obtained within the last three years) which provide
evidence of significant academic ability; of achievement in co-curricular or extra-
curricular activities
- Evidence of leadership at your current school or in the broader community
- Written recommendations

5. Application Due Date


- 27 May 2022 (Late applications won’t be accepted)

6. Sending in your documentation

Outline the reasons why you should be offered enrolment at Suzanne Cory High School.

From an early age, I was very curious and loved to explore and learn
new things. I loved reading and I read about many things and chose
to become a doctor early on. I love helping others and I always put
others first, because of this, my goal is to become a general medical
practitioner. Also, both of my parents have a medical background
and I wish to continue that. Since I was little, I have been
academically top of my class, this is evident in my report cards. I
think SCHS is fit for me because it will challenge me and elevate my
goals. I am currently in enrichment at Manor Lakes College,
enrichment is a program for academically talented students. It
usually requires a test to join, but I was able to join from just my
previous report card scores in Canada. I feel like enrichment isn’t
challenging enough and I would love to join a prestigious school
specifically created for students like me.
