Class 5th
General knowledge

1. Learn Questions and Answers of lesson 1,2,3,4,and 5 from the G.K book.
2. Draw a map of India with states and capital on a chart paper.
3. Write 10 important battles of Indian history.
4. List of Union Territories in India?
5. Make notes on the following topics.
● Top five longest rivers of India.
● Top five highest mountain peaks in India.
● Top 5 biggest states in India.
● Top 5 biggest battles in the world.
● About the Indian constitution.
6. Write down 15 Asian countries' names, currency and language.
Social science
1.Draw on a chart paper of India Political map shows all the states and union territories of India along with their
capital cities.
2. Make a collage of Indian festival and decorate it.
3.Revise lesson 1 and 2 from your book.
4. Write an essay on "Save Water".(100 words)
5. Write and learn details of these following keys.
A. Difference between a map and a globe.
B. Difference between small scale maps and large scale maps.
C. List the colours used to represent particular landforms.

Mathematics
1. Learn and write tables 2 to 20 .( two times)
2. Revise chapter 1 and 2 work done till now.
3. Do 2 sums of addition , subtraction , multiplication and division daily .
6. Do "Surya Namaskar" yoga daily. Draw all the postures on A-4 sheet and count the number
of angles made by your body during it .
7. With the help of matchsticks make different types of shapes on A-4 sheet and mark angles
with different colours -

English & Grammar
1. Make a chart of Pronouns and their types with examples.
2. Write one page cursive handwriting daily.
3. Learn Questions and Answers of lesson 1 from the English Reader.
4. Revise all the worksheets of English grammar lesson 1 and 2.
5. Write an essay on "value of Time".
6. Prepare a speech on the" Value of Discipline" in life.
7. Improve your daily English conversation skills.
8. Write and learn five words' meanings and make 10 sentences daily.
9. Make a family tree with the Family members' photographs in the notebook.
Computer
1) Read Chapter 1 Evolution of Computers thoroughly.
2) Learn all the exercises and question/ answers from the book and computer Class' notebook.
3) Write and learn short notes on ‘Generations of Computers.
4) Draw a picture of parts of computer on a white chart paper and colour it.
5) Write and learn about Input and Output devices.
6.Collect the following pictures and paste them on A4 pastel sheet.
