Vertigo Test Risk Assessments

This document provides a risk assessment for a vertigo test activity. It identifies three hazards: 1) Vehicle movement near the test area, 2) An unsafe scaffold, and 3) Lack of anchorage points on the scaffolding. For each hazard, it lists the existing controls in place to mitigate the risk, and proposes additional control measures that could further reduce risk levels. The overall goal is to reduce the risk level of each hazard from "High" to "Medium".
