Return Instructions

Returning your item is easy: just pack, print, and ship. Follow the instructions below to
pack your item, print your shipping labels, and return your package to the nearest
shipping carrier drop off location.

    •  Place the item in a box. Use the original manufacturer packaging to repackage
       your items. If the original packaging is not available or is damaged, then securely
       package your item in a cardboard box that is strong enough to prevent damage
       during transit.

    •  Add additional padding, if necessary, to ensure that the battery is secure

       and to avoid damage during transit.

    •  Place the "Return Authorization Slip" section of the return label inside the box.
       (This is used to identify the order if the label gets damaged during shipping.)

    •  Seal the box with packing tape.

    •  Print the attached prepaid Shipping Carrier return shipping label.

    •  If any lithium-ion battery shipping labels are included below, they must be printed
       in color to comply with legal requirements and avoid delays. (Note: If T-Mobile is
       mailing lithium-ion battery shipping labels to you, please be patient and wait until
       you receive these labels before returning the item.)

    •  Attach the prepaid return shipping label and any lithium-ion battery shipping
       labels to the outside of the box. When attaching the labels, place the shipping
       label in the middle of the largest side of the box and attach with packing tape.
       Be careful to make sure the labels do not overlap.

    •  Make sure all labels are clearly visible and the return tracking number is
       unobstructed.

    •  Completely remove or cover any previous addresses and other shipping labels,
       tracking labels, and barcodes that were previously attached to the package.

    •  Take the package to any shipping carrier drop off location. Visit the shipping
       carrier website to find the closest drop off location.

If your battery is damaged, defective, or recalled by the manufacturer, do not return it

to T-Mobile. Instead, contact your Team of Experts at 1-800-937-8997 for additional
instructions.
