TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.) The information provided by MKB is acquired from various sources but does
not make any representations, express or implied, as to the accuracy or fitness of
use of such information;

2.) MKB takes due care and caution in compilation and processing of data, but does
not guarantee the adequacy or completeness of the same, and is not responsible
for any error / loss incurred on the use of such information;

3.) MKB will not be liable for any damages (including without limitation, damages for
loss of profits) from the use of or inability to use any of its contents ;

4.) MKB will update the data and information provided on a best endeavors basis but
does not warrant that the data and information provided will be up-to-date ;

5.) MKB reserves the right to charge the member for any information if it has
incurred any expenses for sourcing the same, but not without obtaining his
written consent ;

6.) The Terms and Conditions of membership as formed / amended from time to
time will also be applicable to all the existing members. In case any new or
amended terms take effect in the middle of a subscription, the user will be
informed accordingly. Renewals are made on prevailing terms only;

7.)MKB reserves the right to cancel the membership of any member if the member is
found making misuse of the information provided ;

8.)All legal proceedings initiated by any member against MKB will be confined to the
Judicial limits of LUCKNOW only.

9.)Minimum enrolment as MKB Member is for One (1) Year / 12 months.
