Intended learning Objectives (ILOs)

By the end of this course, each participant will be able to:


1. Create a framework to identify, analyze, control, standardization of
the process and monitor the risk management process , till reach risk
management culture ( non-punitive culture ).

2. Recognize principles just culture and Types of quality indicators.


3 . Identify and apply risk management program regarding safety issues
that concerned with patient safety, health care provider safety ( occupational
health and safety ) , property safety and facility safety .
4. Recognize how to write crisis preparedness plans.

5. Realize how to apply fire safety plans to protect his organization from

fire risks .

6. Create a mindset toward principles and laws of some of international


occupational health and safety standards (BS ISO 45001:2018 and OHSN)
