TO OPERATE FIFTY (80) MOTORIZED TRICYCLES-FOR-HIRE TO SERVICE THE ROUTE COVERING DEL MONTE AVENUE TO CATANDUANES STREET, THE STREETS OF GUEVARRA, BASA, KUNDIMAN, ANAKBAYAN, MENDOZA, ARAGON, PART OF PITIMENI, HERNANDEZ, BARANGAY PALTOK, DISTRICT I, QUBZON CITY AND VICE VERSA... Introduced by Councilom RESTITUTO B. MALANGEN, ERIC Z MEDINA, JORGE L. BANAL, JULIAN ML. COSETENG and ANTONIO E. INTON JR. WHEREAS, the Sanggunian of Barangay Paltok wishes thet tricycles operating therein be operated by its own TODA for easier regulation, among other reasons: WHEREAS, there is now a Paltok “Treycle Operators and Drivers Association, Inc, duly registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission: WHEREAS, the application is covered by a resolution of the Barangay Council and is recommended by various homeowners association. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF QUEZON CITY IN SESSION ASSEMBLED. SECTION 1. Paltok Tricycle Operators and Drivers Association, Inc., is hereby granted authority to operate fifty (50) motorized tricydes-for-hire to service the following route: Det Monte Avenue to Catanduanes Street Strest of Guevarra, Base, Kundiman, Anakbaysn, i ‘Mendoza, Aragon, part of Pitimini, Hemandez and vice versa
