CHAPTER 1 Narrative Report

The School Head, Ma'am Jennefer Mamaradlo, led the Orientation and
Sharing Vision, Mission, Core Values (VMV) for SIP Cycle 2023–2025. The
meeting began with a prayer led by the faculty president, Ms. Misiel
Aquiatan, proceed with the welcoming remarks of Ma’am Jen and gave an
overview of the present task. Afterwards, Ma’am Eunice A. Macarandang the
faculty secretary begins to check the attendance of the participants.

Subsequently, Ma’am Mamaradlo present first the value of the


meeting aiming for the accomplishment of planning and implementation of
the projects in three-year cycle. She briefly went through the contents of
Chapter 1-DepEd VMV and Core Values, Chapter 2-Schools Present
Condition, Chapter 3- Project Work Plan and Chapter 4-Monitoring and
Evaluation.

Therefore, after the brief orientation, the school head and participants
organized the school SPT on SIP, which will support the school head in
creating the SIP by gathering, compiling, analyzing, and evaluating
trustworthy concrete and valid data and applying efficient correction
strategies.

obligations of each SPT member. The conference came to a close with an

Pitugo Elementary School strives to develop the most successful and
competitive learners that will help for better community in the near future.
