Acknowledgments

I would like to acknowledge Peter Signell for being the inspiration to

complete this book. Peter was there from the very beginning when this book
was just a loose collection of letters that I had written in an attempt to
explain my newfound perspective. I would have never had attempted to
write this book if Peter did not express a genuine enthusiasm for the raw
material in such a way that I knew that he had absorbed the essence of that
which I was trying to convey in words. Peter continues to be an asset to
these writings as he goes out of his way to share them which inspires me to
go out of my way to share them as well.

I would also like to acknowledge Gunnar Reitel for making this a

better book than it would have been if it wasn’t for his steadfast questioning
and insightful critique of what turned out to be the first draft of my book.
After I produced the original version as a book read on YouTube, Gunnars
questions and criticisms forced me to be more clear and concise with my
words. I have no background in metaphysics and the physical sciences, so
Gunnars depth of knowledge in these areas provided me with the accurate
language and the appropriate context for certain scientific and metaphysical
concepts. Thanks to both of you for making this book possible.

No one would have ever heard of any of these books if it were not for
the endorsement of Chuck Hillig and Jed McKenna. So I would like to
thank Chuck for being a helpful friend and wise companion when I needed
it. And I would like to thank Jed for being my online helpful friend and
wise companion regarding the public relations aspect of being an author. I
was very lucky to have benefitted from both of their collective wisdom as
writers of this unique genre.

The “Reality Explained” Trilogy

The “Reality Explained” Trilogy is the culmination of
a thirty-year direct investigation into the fundamental nature of Reality. The

study of Reality is a response to one’s deep-seated need to understand the

mysterious, yet ordered world that we find ourselves inextricably woven

into. An exhaustive examination of Reality is not limited to the study of the

outward world, but it is also the study of the very space or capacity that the

entire world exists in. The study of Reality exists to resolve the paradoxical

relationship between ‘Mind and matter’ or ‘God and individuality’, or more

generally speaking, the ‘Absolute and the relative.’

Book One of the trilogy: “Behind the Scenes,” is a personal and

detailed account of Reality, revealing its true nature and its process for
creating the appearance of a world. This book highlights the journey of the
spiritual pursuit, the consequential Visions, and non-ordinary experiences
that obliterated the consensual world that I took to be real. The purpose of
book one is to provide an example of a specific engaged practice that
reveals the slow unfolding of the self and what lies underneath.

Book Two: “Being, While Knowing You Are Not,” is focused on the
day-to-day details of what it is like to live in the world while knowing that
you are not of it. This book also serves as a cautionary tale for all of the
pain, emotional trauma, and otherwise dark feelings that may surface after
surrendering yourself to Mystery. Whereas the first book is focused on my
pursuit of the truth of our existence, the second book is focused on how this
pursuit affected my daily life and my worldly affairs.

Lastly, Book Three: “Triunistic Model of Reality,” is a thorough and

exhaustive examination of the actual architecture or design of Reality. This
book represents the fruit of my search for Truth. It is also a full
extrapolation of the specific Vision that provided the insight that was
necessary for my experience of Enlightenment. This last book of the
Trilogy is the least personal book as it instead relies on my intuitive life. It
is the life that no one sees, yet it encompasses almost all of my experience.

Collectively, this Trilogy tells the entire story of our existence, as far
as I have been shown. However, this is not by any stretch of the
imagination, the end of Mystery. Instead, it is merely the beginning. The
beginning of what? That’s the question that your life is the answer to.
IT

As we find our way through the 2020s, the subject of ‘Spiritual

Enlightenment’ is gaining a foothold in popular culture but at the same
time, it is enshrouded in as much mystery as before the times of Buddha
and Christ. This third and final book of the “Enlightenment” Trilogy is my
attempt to demystify the subject of the much sought-after ‘Enlightenment,’
if ever so slightly.

I am not writing from the perspective of an academic but more of a

journalist of my own experience. I am just an everyday working-class
family guy with no current or past affiliation to any particular teacher or
religion. While earning a degree in Psychology and Philosophy, I was
besotted with many questions regarding the true nature of reality and our
place in it. In an effort to rely more on personal experience in my pursuit of
Ultimate Truth, I took up the practice of meditation or self-inquiry and
unwittingly entered the path to ‘Spiritual Enlightenment.’

I would take up many other practices among my decade search for

the great ‘Secret to the Universe.’ Some of the practices would include
brain ‘hemispheric synchronization’ technologies from The Monroe
Institute, Salvia divinorum, lucid dreaming, out-of-body experiences, etc.
But what all of these practices have in common is that that they are all
forms of ‘self-examination.’ As I described in my first book, when you look
to understand Reality, you find there is no other way than to examine your
‘self,’ the very idea of a ‘looker’ itself.

I kept meticulous journals detailing the day-to-day, month to month,

and year to year unfolding of the Self in great detail. My first book,
‘Enlightenment: Behind the Scenes,’ is a very personal account of an
incredibly impersonal process broken down step by step and presented to
the reader almost in slow motion. My story of Enlightenment centers on
four life-altering ‘Visions’ that spontaneously occurred while I was living
out my day-to-day life. Until that time, I had never experienced anything
remotely out of the ordinary. It was after my repeated visit to the world-
renowned Monroe Institute that things began to take a dramatic turn.

After returning home from a weeklong meditation retreat at the

Monroe Institute, I detailed in the first book how I would find myself
spontaneously thrust into a vastly more expansive perspective which placed
the entire world in a wholly new context. These Visions were progressive in
nature as they clearly and pointedly demonstrated the Grand Design of
Reality. I outline a play-by-play account of how four of these Visions
shaped a new understanding regarding the true architecture of Reality and
how this understanding resolves one of our greatest philosophical
paradoxes; the relationship between mind and matter / God and the world.
And it’s worth pointing out here and now that what I infer by the
word ‘God’ is simply the Supreme Source of everything. Whatever is the
Source for the Reality that we all enjoy has earned the title of “God” by
definition. Whether that Source is a man in the sky, a strange particle, or
let’s say the activity of humor; if any of these things or processes turn out to
be the Supreme Source of Reality, then they are by definition; God. It is my
observation, as outlined in Book One; that has led to “Awareness” as being
the only possible candidate for fitting the criteria of being the Supreme
Source of everything that can ever or will ever appear.

It has been my experience from talking to various people throughout

time that we do not see ‘God’ as ‘God actually is’ but rather, as we are
ourselves. Therefore, if you see yourself as a ‘person’ or a ‘thinking thing’
or as a ‘thing’ at all, then you will naturally and unavoidably project that
idea or image onto every view of yours including your view of what God is.
But if you see yourself as simply Awareness or Space, then you will also
naturally and unavoidably see God as simply Awareness or Space.

Because most of those that you meet day to day mistake themselves
to being only individuals on a dirt rock floating through outer space, it’s
quite understandable why the idea of ‘God’ has been personified over the
centuries. But we are all adults here so I expect that for the rest of this book
when I mention the word ‘God,’ that the reader understands that ‘God’
simply denotes the impersonal Supreme Source of Reality. It is obviously
my contention that the Supreme Source of Reality is ‘Aware Space’ for the
lack of a better word. It’s also obvious that my voice is only one of many
that are pointing out this more matured and ‘self-actualizing’ view of
Reality.

Mysticism has been the longstanding tradition of investigating the

Supreme Source by directly engaging Reality. The current trend is to call
this subject ‘Nonduality’ or ‘not-two,’ which infers that there is only God or
more specifically, only Awareness. The implication being that the entire
universe along with its inhabitants is actually none other than God or
Awareness manifesting AS this world of appearances.

I find it interesting to point out that prior to the word ’Nonduality,’

the popular buzzword associated with the subject of ‘Spiritual
Enlightenment’ was ‘Oneness.’ Of course, the view that the entire world is
a manifestation of God or Awareness has a long history in all major
religions generally referred to as the ‘Perennial Teachings.’ What I have
noticed is an evolutionary flow that dictates that our understanding is
becoming ever more nuanced taking us from Oneness to Nondual to a
Triunistic perspective. And just like Nonduality encompasses Oneness
instead of contradicting it, a Triunistic perspective likewise encompasses
Nonduality and does not contradict it.

The ‘Triunistic Model of Reality’ is simply a refinement or ‘further

elaboration’ of the same Truth that Oneness and Nonduality are pointing
to. Just as Nonduality was a refinement of our prior understanding
previously referred to as ‘Oneness.’ For decades, “Oneness” was the
mainstream understanding of the Perennial teachings. After some time, as
our understanding matured, we refined our understanding of these
teachings, and the word ‘nondual’ naturally became the buzzword since it
was much more nuanced than the previous word: “Onesness.” If “Oneness”
was a message that “we are all connected,” then “Nonduality” was a
message that there is no ‘we’ and that there is only ‘This’ (Aware Space).

What the Triunistic perspective brings to the conversation is

specifically; the HOW and the why we are all ‘One’ and specifically HOW
and why the relationship between man and the world or even man and god
is Nondual in nature. The concept of the ‘Triunity’ is also found in all major
religions as a means to describe the multidimensional aspect of the ‘One’ or
‘God.’ I maintain that the mystery of our relationship to God is revealed in
this Triunistic model of Reality.

Whereas the current teachings in Nonduality simply assert that

everything is God or Awareness. In this book, I will clearly outline and
explain for the first time in lay terms how a Triunistic perspective of Reality
explains the natural mechanism that ensures that God or Awareness
manifests as the world we all know as home. All three books in the
Enlightenment Trilogy are about the subject of ‘Aware Space’ being ‘The
actual Supreme Source of Reality.’ But each book is a steady progression
towards understanding the ‘Triunistic Model of Reality’ and has a different
emphasis.

Thus, there will be much talk about “IT,” which refers to the
“Supreme Source” or “Aware Space.” I will talk about what IT is, what IT
does, and what IT manifests as. I prefer to refer to IT as “Aware Space” but
I’m also fine with the word “God” as long as the word is not personified.

The emphasis of book one was that “This is IT.” Meaning that the
entire world that you see and experience is actually the very Supreme
Source you seek. However, IT as well as the world that appears is actually
just misunderstood or misperceived as being otherness or being outside of
you. The operative word in the first book is ‘THIS’ since I want to draw
your attention to the ‘IT’ being ‘THIS’ experience right here and now.

The emphasis of the second book was that “IT is and IT isn’t.”
Meaning that the very nature of IT is paradoxical in nature, at least from a
dualistic perspective. There is nothing you can equivocally say about IT
that isn’t a contradiction on its face. Every truth that can be uttered about IT
is at once true and false depending on the perspective. The operative word
here is ‘AND.’ It is AND it isn’t simultaneously.

Lastly, the emphasis of the third book and final book of the trilogy is
“What IT IS, what IT DOES, and what IT appears AS.” Meaning, that the
Singularity aspect of “Aware Space” or “God;” expresses itself as a
seamless Triune of potential, processing, and the emergence of that
potential. The operative words here are the Triunistic relationship between
“IS, DOES, and AS.” I see this Triune as a self-perpetuating continuum and
the goal of this book is to share this specific insight.
However, before I move on and elaborate on the Triunistic Model of
Reality, allow me to expand on some of the main terms that I will be
returning to throughout this book. First of all, what exactly do I mean by a
‘Triune’? Conceptually, the Triune itself sounds like a simple dynamic that
refers to the union of three distinct components as a singularity. I recently
researched several dictionaries for their definitions of a ‘triune’ but was left
unimpressed as the dictionaries merely deflected by referring back to the
‘Christian Trinity’ or even worse, suggesting that a triune could be any
groupings of three things or one thing having three parts.

This, for me, is just more evidence that we, as students of Life, have
missed the most obvious clue to the actual architecture of both individuated
beings and the totality of Reality itself. There is ample evidence that the
World Religions were once aware of the Triunistic model of Reality simply
because the actual scriptures of all of the main religions outright claim to be
a Triune, Trinity, Trikaya, Trimurti, Three in One, etc., which are all
examples of a Triune.

Today, when you try and research any of these examples of the
Triune, you will not find very much. As this very topic is virtually non-
existent in a world that is otherwise blossoming with wisdom regarding
everything from Nonduality to Theoretical Physics. And the reason that I
have been pointedly obsessed with the Triune for the last two decades is
that I see it as a bridge that reveals in extraordinary detail the union of all-
natural studies including the physical sciences, mystical traditions, or direct
self-examination.
As I mentioned in my first book, I discovered the concept of the
‘Triune’ as I was struggling to understand with perfect clarity just HOW the
One, or more correctly, the Singular manifests as the many. This has never
been explained to my satisfaction because every attempt that I have heard
before, either didn’t bother to explain the very specifics of the HOW or
demanded too many leaps of faith for me to be satisfied in any reasonable
way.

I was looking for the answer to the “HOW” of it all, by constantly

reflecting on how I could couple my own previous experiences of directly
engaging with the Infinite, with the wisdom of the Mystics that I was
reading at the time. My intuition kept bringing me back to this repeated
experience of ‘folding’ or ‘bending.’ I intuitively knew that this process of
‘folding’ was responsible for mind manifesting as matter, or the One
manifesting as many. But I could not translate my direct experiences into a
linear explanation.

That is until I had an epiphany one day while observing an amazing

rainbow. The epiphany was that the raindrops that were transforming the
light into a rainbow were doing so by the process of ‘bending’ the light, in
this case, the particular type of ‘bending’ is recognized as ‘refraction.’
Witnessing this rainbow was like witnessing the miracle of not just life but
the very act of creation itself. The whole story of our lives and the totality
of Reality itself was right there in the rainbow. On show for us all this
whole time.
Just picture the following in your mind to help you get a glimpse
into my epiphany about the how of it all. Let’s we will start with Light as a
metaphor for the One. With regards to the Light, the rainbow only exists
within the Light as potential. Likewise, the many only exist within the One
as potential. It is the bending of Light that transforms the Light into the
rainbow just as it is the bending of the One that transforms the One into the
many.

YESSSSS!!! That’s it. That’s the whole story right there. But not
quite. Actually, not even close. This epiphany was only the beginning as it
just served to remind me of another symbol that I read about in a Buddhist
book called a ‘Robal.’ I thought of the ‘Robal’ because the rainbow made
me wish there was a symbol where the sun or light source emanated as the
rainbow itself. And that is what the ‘Robal’ looks like but I’m pretty sure
the ‘Robal’ is just theoretical because what it is, is a crystal ball that
somehow contains a self-illumined rainbow within the ball itself.

And it was the thought of that ‘Robal’ that reminded me of the

concept of the ‘Trikaya’ that was described in that same book. I had read
that book before and it was a very influential book. However, it was only by
revisiting the Trikaya coupled with my experiences regarding ‘bending,’
‘attraction,’ and the Void, that I truly appreciated the powerful model of the
Trikaya as a model for the entirety of Reality.

Once I intuitively ‘got’ the Trikaya, I saw it was the basic design of
everything in existence; from the micro to the macro, the internal to the
external, the manifest to the Unmanifest, etc. And as the years went by, I
would notice it more in more in nature, society, culture, science, religion,
etc. That is why it is so shocking to me that I find virtually nothing of what
I am about to share in this book on the World Wide Web.

But I do encourage you to explore any example of a “Triune”

despite the fact that whichever religion you examine, you’re most likely to
find very vague and archaic references to the Triune that bear no
resemblance to your actual experience. And that is actually a generous
guess as to what you will find as the most common description of the
Triune that I could find was that it is an unsolvable mystery.

The only book that I can recommend is the book I referenced earlier
and that is called “Wonders of the Natural Mind” by Tenzin Wangyal. It is
an academic book so I will warn that it is written as such. And there are
only six or so pages written specifically about the ‘Trikaya’ but as I said,
there is very little out there unless you consider studying academic material
at certain Universities.

Perhaps the most valuable lesson I learned from that book was the
structure of the Triune. As I alluded to earlier, an actual Triune does not
refer to any given thing that simply has three attributes, even if the three
attributes are all similar. In fact, it is not the specific quality of the attributes
that make a Triune but rather the relationship between these attributes.

Every example of a Triune that I will outline in this book, share

multiple and identical dynamics. The first dynamic is described in the
‘Trikaya principle’ as having three attributes that always express
themselves as a unitive relationship between the Base, the path of that base,
and the fruit of that base’s path. The base path and fruit specifically refer to
the essence, action, and result of the subject. Thus, my point is that you
can’t just have three components of a Triune if those three components do
not have the relationship of being a Base, path, and fruit.

Another dynamic that I had to figure out for myself over many years
was that not only was there necessarily a Base, path, and fruit to any proper
Triune. But, beyond having that specific relationship to one another, there is
also a deeper nuance where it is always the inseparability or union of two
that results in the third. And it is always the middle component that
transforms the base into the fruit. I will outline this particular dynamic in
great detail once we get to the appropriate chapter.

I will illustrate how a proper Triune is not merely any subject that
has three closely related components. But instead, a very specific
relationship between three components where it is the union of two that
emerge as the third. I will illustrate this point by telling you a short story
about how I was looking for examples of the Triune in nature when I
naturally looked to the brain to be an example of a triune, as the brain is as
much as a perfect and natural symbol for life that you will ever find.

After doing some research, I was not surprised to find a supposed

“Triunistic” model of the brain but when I read the definition, I was not
impressed. The “triune brain theory,” as it’s called, is not a proper triune at
all. It is by its own admission, merely a theory regarding three independent
minds. Now that’s a good start but the reason it falls short of being an actual
‘Triunity’ is that the relationship or activity between the three minds does
not act as a ‘Triune,’ in that there is no union of two emerging as a third.

However, when I was researching this, I did come across another

model of the brain that is ‘triunistic’ in nature and it doesn’t even claim to
be. This model was created and named the “Bicameral Mind” by Dr. Julian
Jaynes. The idea is that there are two chambers of the brain. One side of the
brain performs the actions such as internal dialogue while the other side of
the brain receives the information. And it is the inseparable union of these
two chambers that manifests as the ‘emergent’ third component which in
this case is the experience of self-consciousness.

Now, I do not actually subscribe to this model but I bring it up to

illustrate what an actual ‘Triunistic’ relationship looks like as opposed to a
model that actually claims to be ‘Triunistic’ in nature. Let me finish by
expanding just a little on some terms that I used as my chapter headings.
When talking about the Triune, we are always referring to what IT ‘is,’
‘does,’ and manifests ‘as.’ Therefore, it’s only fair that I let you know what
I mean by these very simple yet powerful words.

I already described “It” as being the totality of Reality, Supreme

Source, God, Undifferentiated Awareness, the Unmanifest, Potential, etc.
But strictly speaking, with regards to a Triunistic relationship, the “It”
refers to the subject of whatever Triunistic dynamic you are describing.
The ‘is’ refers to the subject’s mere presence. The fact of the
subject’s existence is the ‘isness’ that I am pointing to. To simply ‘be’ is
enough to possess the quality of ‘isness.’ Depending on the particular
subject, the ‘isness’ can even be as subtle or elusive as un-actualized
potential.

The ‘do’ refers to the specific process of the base. The base always
performs an action or follows a path. The ‘doing’ of the base is what
transforms the base into the fruit. This is the active side of the Infinite.

The ‘as’ refers to the base transformed into the fruit. The base is still
there as a base. But the Base manifests AS the fruit. The ‘as’ is what
resolves the paradoxical relationship between mind and matter or the
Supreme Source and its creation. Actually, the ‘as’ emasculates the concept
of creation altogether since it becomes evident that nothing is ever created
but rather transformed from its base. Then the new manifestation instantly
becomes a new base of its own that will undergo a process that transforms it
into a new fruit and this dynamic plays out endlessly.

What I would like to do before we get on with elaborating on the

Triune, is demonstrate for you how this Triune is actually the very shape or
design of our entire existence. It is the fundamental orientation of our entire
perspective. You have been living as the Triune your entire existence so
allow me to point out how you can verify this for yourself right now.
Let us go beyond words and just take a direct look at what we find
when we examine our actual situation that we all find ourselves in. When
we stop the momentum of our lives to examine the basic design of our
everyday experience, we will discover that without exception, we are
naturally oriented in such a way that there will ALWAYS be ‘Nothingness’
behind us; the ‘world’ in front of us, and the sense of a ‘self’ directly in the
center of this junction between the world in front of us and the Unmanifest
behind us. You ARE the full Triune itself right now.
The fact that you experience all three of these dynamics of your
entirety as one is because of the ‘unitive’ nature of the ‘Triune.’ The three
aspects of the One are a continuum of experience. The Unmanifest behind
you reveals the ‘Isness’ of your nature. This is what you actually ARE. The
sense of an individuated self at the center of your experience demonstrates
the ‘doing’ or activity of your nature. This is what you DO. And finally, the
apperception of a world in front of you reflects the nature of the Unmanifest
to ‘manifest AS’ an appearance. This is the result of your Triunistic nature
and design.

This is why I used the leaf picture in Book One to illustrate how the
‘One appears as many.’
In actuality, the leaf is one inseparable whole. But if the leaf were to
bend or curl up into itself, even the slightest bend would cause the
appearance of a shadow to obscure part of the leaf. This is our exact
situation as Pure Undifferentiated Awareness experiencing ourselves as
fragmented and limited beings cut off from the whole.

Thus, if the leaf itself represents what we actually ARE, which is

Pure Undifferentiated Awareness, then the bending of the leaf or Awareness
represents what we actually DO which is to be magnetically attracted to that
which we are aware of. And the fruit of this ‘attraction to itself’ is the
resultant bent leaf which now appears as differentiated or partially
shadowed out but in Actuality, the leaf never stops being a leaf despite the
appearance of being differentiated.
We can look to the bent leaf as a metaphor for our own situations
that we have found ourselves in. When the leaf curls up, it takes the
shadowed-out part of itself to be something ‘else’ since it doesn’t appear the
same as the rest of its being. This is what we do when we look at the world
and take it to be something ‘other’ than what we are, simply because the
world ‘appears’ to be different than what we take ourselves to be.

The only reason the world is referred to as an illusion by Mystics is

not because it is by its very nature an illusion. After all, things are just the
way they are before we add our descriptions. It takes a thought to designate
something as an illusion. Therefore, it is ONLY if you mistake what you
actually are, to be the shadow or ‘appearance of a self,’ that you can be said
to be living in ‘illusion.’ If you recognize that the shadowed-out part of the
leaf is actually still the original leaf, despite the contrary appearance, then
you would not be under any ‘illusions’ about the reality that is being
presented to you.

To better illustrate how this dynamic is actually experienced

throughout our everyday lives, I will line up a diagram of the famous light
prism with a diagram of our basic default orientation and demonstrate how
they are one and the same.
Our lives are a Triuinistic continuum that is identical to the light
prism diagram. Looking at the comparison of the perfectly lined up
pictures, we see that to the far right of both pictures are the
‘Undifferentiated’ or the ‘Origin’ represented by the Pure Light at the top
diagram and Pure Unmanifest at the bottom of the diagram. To the far left,
we see the ‘manifest’ or the ‘appearance’ represented by the full spectrum
of colors on top of the diagram and the world in the bottom diagram.
Directly in the center, we discover the ‘activity’ or the ‘process’ that
transforms the pure white light into appearing AS a full spectrum of color
or transforming the Unmanifest into appearing AS the world.

If we further explore the very nature of the center of both diagrams,

we will discover that in both cases, the actionable center is a ‘bending’ of
sorts. The bending of the light INTO color is what scientists call ‘refraction’
of light. Likewise, the bending of Awareness INTO duality is what I call
‘folding’ of Awareness.
The result of bent or ‘refracted light’ is an emergent ‘full spectrum
of color.’ That despite its lack of inherent existence; magically and
miraculously obscures the ‘Original Undifferentiated Light’ that actually
and inherently DOES exist. Likewise; the result of bending or ‘folded
Awareness’ is an emergent ‘world.’ And this apparent world, despite its
lack of inherent existence, magically and miraculously obscures the
Original Undifferentiated Aware Space that actually DOES exist.

Thus, we as ‘individuals’ do not even exist in the strictest of sense

because what an individual actually is, is a mere ‘activity’ or ‘processing’
rather than an actual ‘thing’ itself. Specifically, individuals are the ‘process’
or ‘activity’ that transforms the ‘potential’ of the Unmanifest to emerge as
the resultant ‘actualized’ world. But you, the reader, are not merely an
individual. Instead, you are a perfect Triunity of being something, nothing,
and everything… all simultaneously.
This very moment is a perfect display that clearly demonstrates just
how you are all at once; a full Triunity of being simultaneously Nothing
(behind you), something, (center of your experience), and Everything (front
of you). Our lives are a seamless continuum uniting that which only
appeared to be separate in the first place. We, as individualized processes,
are that uniting factor between Heaven and earth or Mind and matter. It is
the activity of the central dynamic that determines whether the potential
Unmanifest emerges as ‘actuality’ or not.

When the center of our experience is recognized to be an activity or

a process rather than a substantial graspable thing itself, the sense of being
an individual yields to a sense of being the entire world. It is only by
discovering your total lack of any existence that reveals that there is nothing
that you are NOT.

I created the picture of the world being inside the Buddha to try and
communicate what it is like for you to see the world AS you.
What I was trying to convey with that picture is an actual physical
sensation that the world is actually inside of you. Of course, what I mean by
‘inside’ of you, is again, a pointer that what you actually are is Aware
Space. And within this Aware Space, the appearance of a world arises and
that world is recognized to be none other than a single emergent property of
your full potential being actualized.

You can back up your attention right now to verify for yourself that
you are indeed the very Aware Space for every object that arises in your
existence. The easy and obvious part is to recognize that the world is IN
you as you take notice that you are indeed - Aware Space. If you continue to
back up your attention, you will then notice that your body also exists IN
you, as Aware Space.

Now you can back up your attention even further to the next rung
where you will notice how even your thoughts are arising IN you, as Aware
Space. And as you continue to back up to the farthest rung back, you will
discover the subtlest sense of an ‘agency.’ I view this sense of an ‘agency’
to be an outward expression of the Original Aware Space having the quality
of ‘Isness’ or ‘Being.’ While ‘Aware Space’ actually does have the quality
of ‘Isness;’ the emergent mirrored copy that we know as the sense of
‘agency’ or ‘self’ only has the appearance of actual ‘Isness’ or ‘Being.’ The
tiniest bit of inspection reveals that this sense of an ‘agency’ is just a wispy
yet active tension.

Now, let’s move on to the true and actual ‘Isness’ at hand… But
before we move on, I want to end each section with a summation of all
examples of a Triune mentioned in that particular section so we can see
them all lined up together revealing the far-reaching implications of the
Triunistic Model of Reality.

...Between 2001 and 2002 I experienced three separate spontaneous

events, each being a dramatic and profound physical shift in perspective
that puts our everyday perception into a greater context. The first
experience revealed that there is nothing behind us. I mean that literally
with no reservations whatsoever. You have never moved an inch your whole
life and not for one moment has there nor could there ever be anything
behind you. That is not something that I ever talk about or think about
simply because the profundity of the following two experiences seemed, at
the time, to render the first experience to be a mere stepping stone or a
preparation for the second and third experience.

The second Experience revealed that ‘this is It.’ The very world that
you are experiencing right now is actually the same Aware Space that you
are seeking when you pine for God, Heaven, Nirvana, etc. The Aware Space
that we are all living from is both the Supreme Source of all manifestation
as well as the Capacity for that manifestation. There is nothing but this
Aware Space and its ever-evolving manifestation.
The third experience revealed that it is the act of folding, bending,
contracting, etc. This is the ‘secret’ to specify how the One manifests as the
many, how mind manifests as matter, how heaven and earth are related,
even how man and ‘God’ are related. The fold was revealed to be the
ultimate and most elusive mystery to all of man’s age-old questions about
who are we, how did we get here and where are we going? One elegant
process naturally and effortlessly reveals the true nature of identity,
creation, and destiny. This would be the final vision that I would ever
experience.

After this experience, I would spend the next ten years going back
and forth between trying to find the right way to communicate what I
experienced and feeling too overwhelmed by the idea of finding the right
way to put it in words. Because the very basis of what I experienced was
that ‘this is It;’ or in other words, the physical world that we experience is
actually an appearance of ‘Truth’ itself. I was confident that this ‘Truth’
should also be found in our sciences and religions.

After all, these disciplines are ultimately based on observing reality

whether it is our external reality or our inward reality. So, over the last ten
years, I would often search the internet for the scientists and world’s
religions answer to man’s most fundamental question of who are we and
how did we get here?

After looking to science and religion for any clues that may explain
my three experiences, it began to dawn on me that they did both offer a
context for my experiences but each for different reasons. What I found was
that advanced religious academics seemed to understand that the ‘One
manifests as the many’ but I have never found one attempt to explain just
‘how’ this magical feat could ever be pulled off. Everybody seems to be
satisfied that it is simply a mystery and therefore the subject is allowed to
be casually shrugged off as a mere distraction. Meanwhile, science seems to
be greatly aware of the mysterious process that enables the ‘One to manifest
as the many,’ and that is the ‘fold.’

But unfortunately, although science is well aware of the ‘folding

principle’ in nature such as the curvature of space, the contracting force of
gravity, the vortex of a black hole, a folding universe to account for
wormholes, bending of light to create rainbows, etc., they are unaware of
the profound implications of the fold and ‘why’ it is at the very center of all
creation. What I see is that religion holds a little piece of the puzzle and
science is holding the other piece but they are both suspicious and ignore
each other because they aren’t familiar with the part of the secret that the
other has. I see both of them flirting with the same truth which is the
‘Triunistic’ aspect of Reality but each of them is arriving at that truth from
opposite directions.

For example, taking the ‘Triunistic perspective’ into consideration, I

could easily empathize with the position of the scientist, the religious
person, and the everyday person. Since I know ‘Awareness’ or ‘Aware
Space’ to be the ‘Supreme Source’ of all reality, I could say to the religious
person that I also see that ‘God’ is everything. There is nothing that is not
‘God’ since ‘God’ is Eternal, Infinite, and Omnipresent.

Since I know that it is the function of ‘Aware Space’ to become

aware of itself through the magnetic attraction to itself, I could say to the
scientist that I also see that all of manifest reality is a predictable
mechanistic functioning of the natural laws of physics. There is only a
variance in conditions and the reliable results of those conditions.

Since I know that, as an individual, I am the inseparability of

Awareness (the religious aspect) and it’s functioning (the scientific aspect),
I could say to the everyday person that I also see that we, as individuals, are
the intersection of mind and body. That is why man is always, no matter
what he admits to himself, both scientific and religious in nature. Our
religious impulses correspond with the black bottom half of the circle which
is Mystery, Unmanifest, Void, etc. Our scientific impulses correspond with
the white top half of the circle which is the known world, the manifest, the
finite, etc.

There are always extremes but even the extreme religious man
would have to admit an interest and perhaps awe as far as the functioning of
the physical universe even if he wants to refer to that functioning as
‘intelligent design.’ And likewise, even the most extreme scientific man,
would have to admit an interest and perhaps awe at the sense of self that he
experiences even if he regards that ‘sense of self’ to be an impersonal
neurological reaction. But I think most of us find ourselves right in the
middle, completely mystified and ultimately unsatisfied with the answers
that both camps are providing us separately.

As far as sharing the “Triunistic model of Reality,” where it is the

fold that makes the One manifest as the many; I suspect that it will perhaps
be easier to convey this understanding to the astute philosopher, specifically
the nondualist. The reason being is that the nondualist studies Awareness
and therefore is familiar with qualities of Awareness, namely its eternal
quality. Once it is recognized that Awareness is Eternal and therefore not
subject to causation, the rest of the entire history of the Universe naturally
and necessarily follows from this original truth.

What is interesting and perhaps telling about the scientist’s inquiry

into truth, is that what ultimately confounds scientists the most is none other
than, yes that’s right, “Awareness.” Studying the essence of man,
neurologists have been able to map out virtually every aspect of the human
dynamic but the one area that they are no closer to understanding now than
they have ever been is ‘Awareness.’ Awareness or ‘consciousness,’ as the
preferred word of the scientist, is known as the ‘hard problem.’ In other
words, there is no accounting for ‘consciousness’ with our current
understanding of the brain, which incidentally, the current understanding is
profoundly vast and thorough. Making it that much more impressive that it
still eludes scientists.

When we study the nature of the physical world that man seems to
inhabit, physicists have also been able to map out virtually every aspect of
the universe but the one area that confounds their studies is, yes that’s right,
“Awareness.” The most advanced physicists in the world have delved so
thoroughly into the nature of matter that they have found themselves deep
in the rabbit hole of recognizing the observer effect on the very matter that
they are studying. It seems all too obvious that it is ‘Awareness’ that
confounds the scientist at all turns just as it is the process or functioning of
‘Awareness’ that confounds the religious man.

Thus, my point is not to say that I have solved the riddle of

existence but rather that the scientist and the religious man have already
solved it. If only we can get these guys to come together. We can see the
modern scientist’s contribution to solving the riddle in theoretical physics
and their only shortcoming seems to be mistaking Awareness to be a mere
‘effect’ rather than the ‘causeless cause.’ Likewise, we can see ancient
religion’s contribution to solving the riddle in the concept of the Triune and
their only shortcoming is to be satisfied with the explanation that it is a
mystery rather than trying to explain the infinitely complex implication of
the invagination process.

Then again, you can’t blame the religious man because it is not
necessarily his domain to understand let alone explain the process. And
likewise, you can’t blame the physical scientist for not understanding the
nature of Awareness because their domain of research is by definition,
limited to the physical domain. But it is the everyday man that finds
himself, once again, square in the center of ‘Awareness’ and its mechanistic
process. Although I have the utmost respect for scientists, I can’t claim to
be one and I don’t wish to paint myself as anything other than a casual fan
of some very specific scientific aspects. Also, I have the utmost respect for
religion, but I do not wish to paint myself as anything other than a casual
fan of some very specific religious aspects. I am only beholden to truth and
I see it in both sides of the circle.
June 14, 2012

If I wanted to describe the science/religion relationship, I could

simply draw the circle with the bottom blacked out and label that as
'religion' being that the bottom half represents the Void/Unmanifest behind
us. And then label the top half as 'science' as that represents the world in
front of us. 'Man' would be the crease in between science and religion and
when he studies outwardly, he is studying the world of science (top) and
when he studies inwardly, he is studying the mystery, or religion (bottom).
Think of the circle as a bird’s eye view of the human perspective. Directly
in front of you is the top half of the circle (white) and behind you is the
bottom half of the circle (black).

...It is still an evolving work but I will give you the broad strokes.
The first thing that I want to point out is that wisdom is constantly evolving
and the next natural step is to go beyond the recent trend of
‘Nonduality.’ For anyone already established in the Nondual experience, it
is already evident through self-verification that the ‘Mind, Awareness, Self,
etc.’ is all there is. I will begin by pointing out that it would be much more
accurate to refer to ‘This’ as ‘Aware Space’ instead of simply
‘Awareness.’ Recognizing ‘Awareness’ to be ‘Aware Space’ is a deeper
nuance that when looked at in the same vein as the classic ‘Yin-Yang;’ also
serves as the root template for every other aspect of Reality.

The ‘Space’ or ‘Capacity’ refers to the inactive side of ‘Awareness’

which is referred to as the being the ‘yin’ of the ‘yin yang.’ Or you can look
at it as being the feminine aspect, the passive, or the undifferentiated aspect
of Reality. While the ‘Aware’ aspect of ‘Awareness’ refers to the active side
of ‘Awareness’ which has been referred to as the ‘yang’, the masculine, or
the differentiated aspect of reality.

While the female aspect of Reality is an inactive space, the male

aspect is actively aware. And like I pointed out in my first book, it
necessarily follows that Awareness would have no choice but to be aware of
itself which would necessarily cause a contraction or fold of sorts, just from
the sheer power of this magnetic attraction to itself. You could think of it
like a black hole collapsing under its own energy but I literally experienced
it as a fold or a loop so that’s the analogy that I usually go with more often.

So, if the first aspect of Reality is “What it is,” which we have

established to be ‘Aware Space.’ The second aspect of Reality would be
“What it does,” which is necessarily established as being actively aware or
attracted to the only thing that is which is itself. And the third aspect of
Reality would necessarily be the result of this contracting or folding of
Aware Space which is ‘duality’ or the appearance of there being a ‘you’ and
an ‘other.’

It is that “Original contraction” of awareness that created duality

and as a consequence, that “Original contraction” naturally and unavoidably
continues to mirror itself on every level within the very ‘dualistic world’
that it created. That sentence is so vital to understanding the true nature of
our entire existence so it’s worth repeating; so ‘It’ is the “Original
contraction” of awareness that created duality and as a consequence, that
“Original contraction” naturally and unavoidably continues to mirror itself
on every level within the very ‘dualistic world’ that it created.

We can see it literally everywhere when we look close enough. It is

seen in every aspect of nature; from the contraction and expansion of each
heartbeat to the cycle of day and night. We experience the cycles that vary
from of winter and summer seasons of the year to incarnate and discarnate
phases of life. But it is not only the cyclic nature of existence that mirrors
itself in the ‘dualistic world.’

One of the many aspects of the “Original contraction” that you also
see mirrored in the emergent ‘dualistic world’ is the very dynamic that is
responsible for this cyclical nature of reality. And that is the magnetic
attraction that caused the “Original contraction” in the first place. And the
magnetic attraction that made creation inevitable also mirrors itself on a
reproductive level whether you are talking about the binding of cells,
colonization of organisms, plants reaching for the light, fertilizer finding the
egg, or just a guy checking out a girl’s body.

I can go on and on about this for hours and I intend to get it all out
on paper but I want to end this thought with a few of the implications that
necessarily follow from this perspective. The first and most important being
that This is actually IT! If you’re looking for Heaven, then look no further.
Just like the appearance of a rainbow does not take away from the fact that
the rainbow is actually clear white light, the appearance of ‘things’ does not
take away from the fact that right now, we are staring straight into the
Abyss. And at this very moment, you are mistaking the Abyss to be these
words you are reading right now. Or, maybe not. Perhaps you are aware that
the ‘scene’ you are taking in right now is indeed, actually the very ‘Abyss’
from which all manifestations arise.

Another important implication is that the moment of creation is

actually and always right now. Furthermore, manifestation will never end.
Any apparent ‘end’ only gives way to a new beginning which gives away to
another end etc. ever-evolving. Also, every part of our evolutionary past is
still with us.

The last insight that I will share with you on this topic is the reason
that I am writing in the first place. If I had to simplify my point about the
Triunistic perspective then I would say that the mathematical formula of
life, the universe, and everything is 1÷1=3. The One (1) folding in on itself
(÷1) results in ‘emergent manifestation’ (=3). The ‘third’ emerges from the
inseparability of the One and itself ‘AS’ an ‘apparent other’ due to its
‘folding’ or ‘self-division.’
And I know that this likely does not seem to make sense yet. Which
is why I put it in a way that you can actually visualize this point.

Let’s examine the ‘Triunistic dynamic’ by imagining a single

wooden stick bending over to rub against itself until fire spontaneously
emerges from the potential within. The first aspect of the triune in this
particular metaphor is the stick itself which represents ‘potential.’ The
second aspect is the rubbing of the stick which represents the activity or
‘process’ that transforms the base into the fruit.
In this particular example, the ‘base’ is represented by the stick and
the ‘fruit’ is represented by the resultant fire. Moreover, the third aspect is
represented by the ‘emergence’ of the fire that was created from its own
‘process.’ Which, in this case, the process was the ‘bending’ over to rub
against itself. Kind of like, if you rub a male against a female, a third person
emerges out of pure potentiality.

But I would like to elaborate more on the stick ‘rubbing’ itself to

transform itself into a fire. This is a good place to start with specific
examples of a Triunistic model of understanding because we start with just
one simple item; a singular twig. In this example, the twig itself would
obviously be the base as this is what it ‘IS.’ The attraction to itself and
consequential folding over and rubbing itself would be the twigs path or
‘DO’ing. And the emergent fire would be what the twig transforms into or
manifests ‘AS.’
So, all along the twig was ripe with the ‘potential’ of being fire but it
was only the folding or ‘path’ of the twig that transformed the ‘potential’
into actualized ‘emergence.’ This is the very dynamic that mirrors the very
“Original dynamic” that is responsible for ALL of Reality that has ever or
could ever be. The “Original dynamic” that I just outlined above is simply a
metaphor for Aware Space contracting in on itself due to the magnetic
attraction to itself resulting in Awareness OF Awareness; the “Original
duality.”

(The following is something I wrote in response to somebody asking

me if I thought that I had reached the highest level of Enlightenment. To
which the answer is a hard and emphatic ‘NO,’ but the question did provide
me a perfect opportunity to clarify that what I meant by “This is IT” in book
one).

...Oh boy, I hope that every time I say “This is IT,” that I am not
giving the impression that I am saying my current state of mind or
perspective is the ultimate. I know that I am not the only one that has used
the expression ‘this is it.’ And I don’t necessarily know what others mean
so let me share with you what I intend to communicate when I use those
words. Whenever I say to someone that ‘this is it,’ what I mean to convey is
not a particular ‘state of mind’ but rather a ‘sense of location.’

In other words, the very ‘place’ that you are looking for whether it
be Heaven, Nirvana, the astral realm, the Bardos, the great Ohm,
Emptiness, the Void, Enlightenment World, Space or even Capacity itself is
actually nowhere other than this very same Aware Space that you are
staring into as you read these words right now.

I get the feeling that people think that they are living in a pumpkin
and that one day they will leave the pumpkin and graduate and move off to
a new place, maybe an apple. And my point is that there is no place to go.
There is only this Aware Space where distance is only a figment of your
infinite imagination. Everything that can ever exist exists, however
potentially, in this very Aware Space that is currently manifesting as a
computer screen with these words on it.

The phenomenal aspect of Reality is endlessly evolving. I look at

the experience of Enlightenment as simply a passing from 59 seconds to the
next and new minute or 59 minutes to the next and new hour etc. Of course,
there will always be the next day, month, year, decade, century, millennium,
kalpa, etc. Ad infinitum… That’s why I love the expression, “If you think
that the prospect of death is disturbing, just wait until you find out that you
CAN NOT die!”

Going back to the Triunistic perspective, I want to make clear what

I mean by ‘this is it.’ We have the three aspects of reality. The first aspect is
the base or the Source which is undifferentiated ‘Aware Space.’ The second
aspect is the path or the function which is ‘active’ awareness or its
movement (folding, contracting, etc). The third aspect is the fruit or the
result of awareness being attracted to itself and that result is the original
sense of duality or consciousness OF some ‘thing’ rather than
Undifferentiated Awareness.
My point is that this third aspect of reality (the manifest world) is all
we know. Everyone wants to get to know or experience the first aspect of
Reality (the Unmanifest). But what they don’t realize is that the only factor
that ensures that the first aspect (Unmanifest) does indeed appear as the
third aspect (manifest) is the second aspect of reality. The second aspect of
reality is the inevitable contraction or folding of Awareness caused by the
inherent power of attraction to itself. Therefore, when I say that “this is It”,
I am just saying that the manifest world is actually a misperception of the
Unmanifest itself.

In an attempt to explain this to a Christian friend, I once grabbed a

piece of paper and said think of this piece of paper as ‘god.’ Not being
familiar with Christianity myself, I described how I saw their mystery of the
‘Trinity’ to fit in quite neatly with the Triunistic perspective. The paper
itself correlates to the father aspect of the Christian trinity, the base or what
it IS. Then I folded the paper in half creating a crease and I said that this
crease is the ‘son,’ the path, or what the paper DOES. Finally, I held up the
resultant folded up piece of paper which gives the appearance of two, and
said that this is the ‘holy ghost,’ the fruit or its CREATION.

For me, the ‘holy ghost,’ fits the bill perfectly for the dualistic world
of appearances. Or to put it more simply, you can think of the ‘holy ghost’
as an ‘illusion’ in the sense of ‘maya, samsara, etc.;’ which is caused by the
fold, or rather, the ‘son.’ Of course, when I hear ‘son,’ I hear ‘man’ or even
more broadly ‘individuality.’ Since ‘the son’ or ‘individuality’ is only the
crease in the paper and not the paper itself, the individual can spend their
whole life looking for an actual self. But there is nothing actually there
beyond a simple crease or indentation.

That’s why I called the spiritual path a suicide mission. Done

correctly, you are setting out to flatten the crease…which is ‘you.’ Or, at
least what you may think is ‘you.’

Incidentally, I think the piece of paper analogy is also a perfect way

to demonstrate how the One manifests as infinite experiences of
individuality. If we look at the ‘base’ or actual paper itself as the Supreme
Source or the Singular. Then to illustrate the ‘path’ of the paper itself, we
would crumple the paper into a ball creating a complex and seemingly
infinite arrangement of wrinkles. Each of these wrinkles would represent
infinite variations of the ‘folding’ process, thereby producing infinite
variations of ‘fruit.’

You would be one possible configuration as a result of the specific

way your particular paper ball was wrinkled and ‘I’ would be another. Your
friends and neighbors are just other examples of the infinite possible ways
this Singular piece of paper could be wrinkled up into a ball. I imagine that
even blades of grass or microorganisms are examples of more simple
wrinkles of the very same paper.

If the main point of the last chapter was that “This is IT,” then the
main point of this chapter is that everything in and of this world takes on
the qualities of the ‘Original dynamic;’ of which our world is a reflection
of. And once again, the ‘Original dynamic’ is the ‘Eternal act’ of “Aware
Space contracting within itself from the sheer power of the magnetic
attraction to itself.”
And, the original 'pulse' or the ‘causeless cause’ is this tension
caused from Awareness being attracted to its self. Since the 'pulse' that this
tension creates is nothing other than Aware Space contracting within itself
to form a vortex of experience, (i.e., individual) everything in that
individuated ‘vortex of experience’ will naturally and unavoidably mirror
that which parented it which is the pulsation of Aware Space.

That is why when we examine this ‘emergent biological life’ at its

most fundamental level, we only find the same pulsation that created it in
the first place. Whether it be the opening and closing of our heartbeat. Or,
the rising and falling of our brain waves. Every biological process that
sustains or balances our lives is a mirror image of the ‘Original pulse’ and
that ‘Original pulse’ or ‘vortex of experience’ is our individuated life.
Even when scientists measure or otherwise study electricity itself,
they reveal an oscillating or pulsating vibration much like the classic Ohm
that mystics find to be the ‘Original pulse.’ In fact, Light itself is the
product of this same ‘oscillating’ principle. But for me, the coolest part
about the relationship between a waveform and the pulse that emerges from
the waveforms potential is that it perfectly mirrors the ‘Original dynamic’
of the Singular manifesting itself as ‘individuality.’

What I mean by that is that if you start with a ‘Singular’ waveform

that is flat lined, this would represent the Base; which is ‘Undifferentiated
Awareness’, ‘God’, or ‘Potential.’ The path would be the ‘contraction’ of
the waveform that represents ‘Undifferentiated Awareness,’ ‘God,’ or
‘Potential.’ And the fruit of the ‘contraction’ would be the ‘emergence’ of a
waveform that rose from the pure ‘potentiality’ of the flat line.

This ‘Original dynamic’ of ‘contraction’ consistently and

necessarily results in the ‘potential’ of a flat line to manifest AS an
‘emerged’ waveform. Or as I just outlined, this ‘contraction’ similarly
results in the ‘pulsation’ of; ‘Undifferentiated Awareness’ manifesting AS
‘individualized consciousness,’ ‘God’ manifesting AS ‘world,’ or
‘Potential’ manifesting AS ‘emergence.’ So, while the flat line itself is an
‘Undifferentiated Singularity,’ through the process of ‘contraction;’ it
magically transforms itself into the vast and complex infinite variety of
appearances that we have come to call our Universe.
The reason that the ‘pulsation’ plays such an important part in all of
creation is that it is this simple act that allows the ‘Infinite’ to appear as
finite. The flat line itself has no beginning or end as this represents the
‘Infinite.’ But if you introduce the slightest differentiation, (which for a line
would necessarily be a ‘contraction’) then this ‘Infinite’ line will ‘manifest’
an appearance of a beginning and an ending within the ‘Infinite line’ and
we call this appearance of a beginning and an ending a single ‘waveform’
or an ‘individualized being’ or a ‘world’ or more generally, an ‘emergent
property.’

But never for a second should we ever mistake the apparent

‘waveform,’ the ‘emergent property,’ the world, or individualized
consciousness to be anything other than what it actually is which is the flat
line itself or ‘Undifferentiated Awareness’
And the beat goes on.

I have been seeing how everything in life is just mirroring what I
call the 'Original Tension.’ Which is Awareness being attracted to itself. It’s
like everything else is just another layer (or a variation on the same theme)
of that initial nub. The Original Tension manifests as ‘Awareness of
Awareness’ or what we call duality. Then duality, as an emergent property,
creates another layer we call fear/desire. Fear/desire represents our
attraction/repulsion instincts. Then fear/desire, as an emergent property,
manifests as biologically needing to consummate with some life forms and
then consuming other life forms while avoiding being consumed by them
first. After that, the next layers just keep getting increasingly more complex
ultimately taking shape as our world’s cultures, politics, religion,
economics, etc., all the way down to the details of our personal story.

May 25, 2012

I use the term “Original dynamic” as an alternative to ‘creation
stories’ such as the “big bang” or “Genesis.” The reason I call it the
“Original dynamic” is because the term refers to the actual Source of this
‘miraculous and spontaneous arising of appearances’ while doing so in the
‘present’ tense. Creation stories never made sense for me due to the
inherently temporal nature of any creation story. But the “Original
dynamic” is not a mere sequence of events even though it IS mirrored in
this dualistic world of sequential events.

But the “Original dynamic” itself is outside of time as it simply

refers to the inherent inseparability of ‘Aware Space’ manifesting as the
‘dualistic world’ in which we ARE able to measure space and time. And it
is by observing the natural laws that govern this ‘dualistic world’ that we
discover how the “Original dynamic” mirrors itself in every aspect of the
‘dualistic worlds’ natural order. From the activity of procreation to the
power of magnetic attraction to the transformation of all creation; we
witness how this pattern plays itself out endlessly evolving while
simultaneously maintaining its “Original dynamic.”

We are all witnessing the actual “big bang” and “Genesis story” all
wrapped up in one and it is still happening at this very moment on every
level of existence. I want to end this particular thought with an outline of
how the “Original dynamic” mirrors itself in the very world that it
manifests AS.

Base Path Fruit

Original dynamic Space Aware Duality
Duality mirroring original space time matter

Let us further look at the fruit of the “Original dynamic” which is

duality or the ‘dualistic world.’ And notice that when we examine the base,
path, and fruit of duality’s nature, we will find it to be a mirrored image of
the “Original dynamic.” The reason that space is correlated with the
inactive base while time is correlated to the active path is because space
refers to the measurement of the inactive stillness while time refers to the
measurement of the active movement. Interestingly enough, the
inseparability of space/time not only has been determined to affect matter
but likewise; matter also has been found to affect the inseparability of
space/time.

Personally, my favorite example of the “Original dynamic” is the

aforementioned ‘Aware Space’ manifesting AS duality but I want to end
this thought with a few more examples that also describe the “Original
dynamic.” In all of these examples, the first and Original of the pairing
triunes are subtler versions of the latter. For example, the most general and
basic dynamic that I have noticed is that all of creation begins with some
sort of ‘tension.’

Whether it be broadly speaking of the ‘contraction of Awareness’:

which transforms the ‘potential’ into an emergent dualistic world. Or more
specifically: the ‘agitation’ of a seed transforming the ‘potential’ into an
‘emergent’ plant. Or the ‘rubbing’ of the stick: transforming the ‘potential’
into an ‘emergent’ fire etc. Everything always begins with this ‘tension’ and
results in something ‘emerging’ from the ‘potentiality.’

This subject in particular is perhaps the most relevant in my life at

this exact point in time. I am reminded of how this sense of an ‘Original
dynamic’ has evolved for me over time and I have now come to refer to the
experience of the ‘Original dynamic’ as the ‘Original dimension’ or
‘Substratum.’ This is an important delineation because the ‘Original
dimension’ refers to the ‘Original dynamic’ as a ‘field’ or a ‘Space’ in
which the dynamic takes place.

The way I experience the everyday world now is that I sense this
‘Substratum’ or ‘Original dimension’ to be the actual ‘Source’ that
emanates or enlivens this ‘apparent dimension.’ The ‘Substratum’ is the
true and actual driving force for everything we see and experience in this
physically ‘apparent dimension.’

It is like I can see an image of the ‘Substratum’ in my mind’s eye

from time to time. The ‘Substratum’ of our physical dimension of Reality
lies just underneath the appearances we see and it is this ‘Substratum’ that
guides all changes or movements in the physical dimension but on a very
broad and grand scale. I liken it to a vast Sun that shines down on
everything equally but at the same time, it is impersonally affecting each
individual thing differently based on its unique attributes.

May 14, 2012

Originally, there is only eternal ‘Aware Space.’ And ‘Aware Space’

naturally and necessarily invaginates from the magnetic attraction to itself
thereby creating the appearance of duality. The bottom half of the circle
represents Aware Space alone, the Original, Eternal, Undifferentiated,
Infinite, etc. The fold in the middle represents the function of the ‘Original
Aware Space’ which is to be aware. The top half of the circle represents the
resultant duality that naturally arises from this inherent folding process.
Since the top half of the circle is only a reflection of the original, it
will be a mirror image copy of the original. Therefore, every quality of the
original in the bottom half will manifest as a mirror image or its opposite in
the top half. For example, the quality of being ‘Eternal’ will manifest in the
top half as being ‘temporal’ or having the quality of time which is the
opposite of having the quality of being ‘Eternal.’ Likewise, the bottom half
quality of being Undifferentiated will manifest in the top half as being
differentiated, the world of the many. Infinite will manifest as finite.
Permanent will manifests as impermanent, etc.
We can see evidence of this dynamic where ever and whenever we
look at nature by virtue of the fact that everything in nature is asymmetrical
just as the ‘Original architecture’ of the 360-circle diagram. The clearest
example where we see this asymmetry is the left and right side of our own
faces and bodies or the nodes, stems, and branches of any plant.
Everywhere we look in nature we find that one side is a copy of the
opposite side but always slightly off or ‘asymmetrical.’

A more challenging example is the spiral shape that is found in

every level of nature from our DNA to the spiral galaxies. The spiral shape
is also one of man’s earliest religious symbols (pictured below to the left)
which makes perfect sense when you consider that the spiral is the natural
result of a ‘bent’ or curved asymmetry. And in true mirror-like fashion; the
‘logarithmic spiral’ pictured below to the right) is always and necessarily,
as scientists say, “scaled” perfectly to the “original curve.”

... It’s all-natural and perfect just the way it is. Just like the
contraction of the lungs or the heart or whatever; the contraction is not an
error or something to be avoided. In fact, contraction is as vital to the
system as expansion. On every level this is true.

I was just thinking about how we, as humans, praise expansion and
apologize for contraction when it’s all part of the same movement.
Everything is constantly evolving, after which you have the 'collection,’
which is expansion, the natural order is for this amassed collection (whether
it be o2, blood, energy, karma, etc.) to be dispersed and contraction is
simply the method or conduit for this disbursement of said collected energy.
And this contraction not only disperses the energy but makes room for the
next expansion. It’s all so god damn simple and the implication is that it is
all perfect...even the tragic.

I know it’s horrible to say but it’s true. But I’ve always loved the
bluesman. Tragic circumstances are the seeds for character and soul. The
bluesman knows from their own tragic experiences the beauty of "Joyful
participation in the sorrows of life." Seen in proper perspective, the
struggles of our lives are simply mirroring the ‘Original Tension’ of basic
desire or attraction.

This is another example of “as above, so below.” On the level of the

‘Substratum’ or ‘Original dynamic,’ there is the cyclic pulsation or
contraction and expansion of itself that gives rise to the appearance of the
world in the first place. Then, within that very world that was created from
this cyclic ‘Original dynamic,’ that entire emergent world itself, in turn,
sustains and maintains its own balance via the same exact dynamic of
contracting and expanding cyclically.

There simply could be no other way as there is nothing else except

for this ‘Original dynamic’ of Aware Space attracted to itself resulting in
the emergence of the potential within that Awareness. That’s the whole
show folks but words can never do it justice. As simple as this sounds, it
just keeps folding in on itself transforming the very simple into an almost
impossibly complex system of puzzles, illusions, and various tricks that
keep us going in spiraling circles.

Let us continue on this spiraling path and see where it takes us…

Qualities of the world mirror the qualities of that which created said
world. Much like a child mirrors the qualities of the parents that created the
child. So, going back to the dynamic of “as above, so below,” let’s start
with the ‘Original dynamic’ that is best depicted as the very simple yin-
yang symbol. The yin-yang represents the union of seemingly opposites,
thereby emerging as ‘harmony.’

While unpacking the original dynamic of the yin yang, we find a

female aspect and a male aspect at the very center. The female side, or the
yin, represents the immeasurable, inactivity, space, potentiality, etc. And the
male side, or the yang, represents the measurable, activity, awareness,
actuality, etc. It is the union of these apparent opposites that emerge as the
world we know.

Thus, the emerged world is much like a child who has no choice but
to effortlessly mirror the identical qualities of that which produced it.
Consequently, we should not be surprised to find that our reproductive
systems themselves mirror the reproduction system that created the world in
the first place. The female has eggs, womb, and invagination that clearly are
a physical expression of space, inactivity, potentiality, etc. Likewise, the
male has an outward extending erection with fertile sperm. Which is
clearly a physical expression of the ‘active’ or ‘conscious’ aspect that
transforms the potential to actuality.

It is the Triunistic union that created the appearance of our emerged

world. And within that emerged world, the resultant male and female once
again unite to create their own emergent child. Which, in turn, will mirror
the original dynamic, by being attracted to its counterpart and replicating
the whole process infinitely. Ultimately, engaging in yet another Triunistic
union. And this, folks, is the only game in town. This is the only dynamic
that has ever existed and the only dynamic that could ever exist. This is the
very design of Life itself.

Below are just some of the examples that I have observed in nature
that demonstrate how the emerged world that we all experience mirrors the
same qualities of that which created it:

~ Everything in the emerged world exists in outer space which mirrors the
original dynamic of all of the appearances existing in the field of ‘Aware
Space.’

~ Everything is alive, organic. This mirrors the original Undifferentiated

‘Awareness.’

~ Power of attraction drives the process of creation itself. Just as the self-
attraction of Awareness. Vortex, black hole, gravity, contraction, etc., all
mirror the original tension of self-attraction of ‘Awareness.’

~ Seeds, eggs, brains are all examples of a whole world contained in

potential and ultimately emerging inside out. This mirrors the original
dynamic of all of the existence appearing in ‘imagination’ or ‘Aware
Space.’

~ Infinite, Eternal, never find an end, asymptote, endless horizons, chimera,

etc., are all mirroring the ‘Original Unmanifest’ which by its very nature is
immeasurable.

~ World is illusory; nothing being graspable mirrors the Original dynamic

of the ‘Original Unmanifest’ being absent of any inherent ‘existence.’

~ All is connected or a continuum. Again, it mirrors the Original continuum

of the Triunity.
~ One and many or individual/whole. The original dynamic of the One and
many are mirrored out in this emergent world as individuals colonizing to
make various wholes, whether they are coordinated armies or entire
branches of governmental power, we can’t help ourselves but mirror the
original dynamic from whence we all came.

~ Evolution. Yes, once again the original dynamic is always evolving.

Because remember, the whole includes the top half of the circle that is in a
constant state of evolution. Although the bottom half of the circle remains
unchanged and unmoved, the top-moving half of the circle IS an aspect of
the original dynamic.

~ Filters create specifics of reality. This mirrors the original dynamic where
the process of ‘individuation’ is the original filter that transforms the
Unmanifest into the dualistic world we all experience.

~ Multiplication, division, copying, mirroring, replicating, etc., are all the

tricks that the One employs to appear as many.

~ As a matter of fact, it is my contention that one day we will discover that

there never was such a thing as addition or subtraction in the first place. It is
all multiplying or dividing because in the ultimate dynamic, there is only
the ‘Singular’ and the folding and unfolding of the ‘Singular’ is the only
movement of the ‘Singular.’ And these folds of the ‘Singular’ imply that no
part can ever be added or taken away from the whole. Instead, the whole
can only fold itself creating divisions and multiplications of itself.
~ But my favorite three dynamics that play out in this emergent world that
mirrors the Original dynamic are ‘potentiality,’ ‘magnetism,’ and
‘emergence.’ Originally, there was only potential. The act of magnetic
attraction spontaneously transformed the potential into an emergence. But
the experience of ‘time’ does not enter into the equation until the emergent
obscures the potential.

So, you can’t even explain the original dynamic in temporal terms.
Nevertheless, we do see that ‘potentiality,’ ‘magnetism,’ and ‘emergence’
play out in the most crucial roles in every aspect of our physical sciences. I
view these three specific components as the most fundamental to the
countless examples of the Triune that we see in nature.

...My mind has been drawn towards the “virgin birth” or ‘self-
origination’ for some time now. I haven’t written about it at length because
it just sounds insane but I want to find a way to communicate how reality is
giving birth to itself continually. How amazing it is that Awareness just
spontaneously arises bringing everything into being. But I really want to
break it down into slow motion and show how Awareness behaves like a
waveform.

I wouldn't know where to begin but just to get an idea where I am

going with this, think of ‘desire’ as a waveform. The desire causes a peak of
energy and as the desire is met, the waveform collapses until it rises again
with the next desire. OK, so I am saying that desire is to individuals what
magnetic attraction is to Awareness. And Awareness becoming aware of
itself oscillates infinitely like the waveform of desire (as above, so below).

To elaborate on this point further, the Christian concept reminds me

of what philosophers refer to as the ‘causeless cause.’ While looking for the
first cause that created the ‘Totality of Reality,’ the question invariably
becomes, “well what caused that cause.” Therefore, the ‘first cause’ of the
Totality must be an ‘uncaused cause.’

While I know almost nothing of the Christian version of the ‘virgin

birth,’ I am a witness to the actual virgin birth of Reality. And this is what it
looks like. We will begin outside of time since we are talking about the
causeless cause. And more importantly, we will start with the only thing
that IS which is Aware Space.

Even though we are talking about a dynamic that is not temporal in

nature, we will obviously have to discuss it as such since words can only be
uttered one at a time. The furthest back we can go in our imaginations is
Undifferentiated Aware Space. Space represents the inactive aspect of the
Original Nothing while Awareness represents the active aspect of the
Original Nothing. The inseparability of Awareness/Space necessarily results
in ‘Awareness’ being magnetically attracted to itself due to the very
inherent nature of the potential to be aware, but with nothing ‘else’ to be
aware of.
The magnetic attraction is the original dynamic that transforms the
potential of being ‘aware’ to the actual emergence of ‘consciousness.’ I
refer to this as “bent space” because the sheer magnetic attraction to itself,
contracts ‘Aware Space’ in a bending or folding manner resulting in a
vortex of experience like our own private little black hole. It is this vortex
or black hole that is experienced by us as “I AM.” The very bending of
Aware Space creates the appearance of ‘otherness’ which is the only
ingredient necessary for the almighty first sense of “I AMness.”

This is the actual Virgin Birth. This is your story. This is not the
story of Jesus but rather the story of existence altogether. We are the Virgin
Birth still in the process of that original miracle. The “I AMness” arises
from ‘Awareness’ contracting to become aware of itself.

From the virgin birth of the “I AM,” naturally and necessarily brings
about what I suspect the Christians are referring to with their concept of the
‘Original Sin.” Again, I know zilch about Christianity but the ‘Original Sin’
sounds an awful lot like the Buddhists concept of “avidya” which translates
into our ‘basic ignorance’ of taking ourselves to be this appearance of the “I
AM.” And once you begin the identification process with the perception of
‘I AMness,” this process inevitably devolves into further ignorance of “I am
this and that” and all these other things that come and go like being a parent
or a husband or a worker or a lover of this or that.

The following is a letter I wrote after I discovered the Jewish
concept of ‘Ein Sof.’
...The bottom line is that the Jewish tradition already nailed it. They
even got the part of the bending or folding that I have always been so
excited about. Here is the Jewish Triunistic model in a nutshell. ‘Ein Sof’ is
the first aspect of the Triune; it’s what I call the Unmanifest. Israel is the
third aspect of the Trinity; it’s what I call the world. The Torah is the second
aspect of the Trinity which is the link or intermediary between the
Unmanifest and the world, (Ein Sof and Israel).

Here is the most exciting part. The reason the Torah is the link
between Ein Sof (Unmanifest) and Israel (manifest) is due to a concept
called ‘Tzimtzum’ which is the ‘contracting’ of God. And just like the
bending of light creating a rainbow, the Jewish ‘Tzimtzum’ is the bending
or contracting principle that creates the appearance of a world. Holy shit,
the Jewish tradition has known this all along.

The only difference is when most read this stuff; they seem to
interpret these ancient teachings as to how God decided to and then
implemented his plan to create a universe. It’s all seen through the lens of
personification. I included the illustration above because looks like an
upside-down version of the same structure that I described with the black
and white circle.

OK, so I will start with how I see the experience of ‘individuality’
as a crease or a fold of sorts. Very much like a vortex or a black hole. In this
crease, these 'moments' that I am talking about, collect as 'memories'. The
Buddhists refer to these moments as 'Cittta's and the entire collection of
them is what we refer to as our lives as individuals.
I would like to illustrate the similarity between ‘Aware Space’ self-
contracting due to the sheer magnetic attraction to itself and the scientific
model of a ‘black hole.’ What creates a ‘black hole’ is likewise, this very
same dynamic of self-contracting or collapsing within itself. Visually, Space
could be represented by the spatial grid that is being bent. And Awareness
would represent the active tension that creates this bend/contraction in
space, resulting in the act of imploding in on itself which in turn creates the
appearance of a ‘black hole’ or ‘vortex’ of individualized awareness.
Another similarity between the emergent ‘black hole’ and the
emergent ‘individualized awareness’ comes from a relatively new
understanding of black holes. Just as I detailed in book one of this trilogy;
that the world is in actuality a Singularity within a 2D flat screen appearing
as a 3D holographic image. Similarly, the information in a black hole is
now understood to actually be a Singularity within a 2D flat sheet appearing
as a 3D holographic image.

I actually studied Astronomy and black holes in college but the

scientific understanding has evolved significantly since then. And if I would
have known what they know now about ‘black holes’ when I wrote the first
book, then I would have made a lot of comparisons between the ‘black
hole’ and my ‘Final Vision’ that detailed our actual architecture as ‘Aware
Space’ experiencing individuated consciousness. Now that I learned what I
did about the new understanding of black holes, allow me to go back and
make some of these observations and comparisons between ‘black holes,’
and our experience as ‘individuated consciousness.’

The first thing that caught my attention about the new understanding
of black holes is that the ‘information’ in the black hole exists in two places
at once; first, it exists as a Singularity within a 2D flat sheet, and secondly,
it simultaneously exists as a 3D holographic image. You could not give a
better description of how our entire lives are playing out right now; as we
ALSO exist as the Singular while simultaneously existing as apparent 3D
holographic images that we take to be the actual reality.
Furthermore, while we live in illusion regarding the experience of
‘time’ in the apparent 3D holographic world; the experience of the
‘Singular’ is ‘atemporal’ or ‘timeless’ where I have seen for myself that the
‘end’ has already happened, despite our persistent sense that we need to
catch up to our future. Time only operates in association with the
‘consciousness’ that we are solely identified with. We can all experience
‘timelessness’ by simply forgoing our attachment with the unbroken stream
of identification that quietly operates just under the surface.

While meditating, I would get experiences, that for a lack of a better

word, I will refer to as ‘timeless.’ But I only use that word because my
experience of ‘time’ was distorted like a funnel. Our everyday perspective
of time is like the top of an upside-down triangle where we experience time
as being in the middle of a long sense of the future in front of us and a sense
of history behind us. But in the deep Stillness of meditation, all of us can
allow our minds to descend this upside-down triangle as if we were sinking
to the bottom of the ocean.

As we descend the funnel from the 3D holographic appearance to

the Singularity at the root bottom, our sense of time gets more and more
contracted but the information from the 3D hologram remains the same at
the level of the ‘Singularity.’ Thus, by the time you descend to the root
bottom of the funnel which is the point of Singularity, all of ‘time’ is
experienced as having already happened.

What I mean when I say that the information from the 3D hologram
remains the same at the level of the ‘Singularity;’ could be better
communicated to you if you imagine painting a greatly detailed ‘scene’
across the entire surface of an open accordion. Now, just imagine as you
sink down the funnel that I was describing, the fully opened accordion that
is now covered in this painted ‘scenery’ begins to ‘contract,’ as you,
‘contract’ down the funnel.

And my point is that; as the accordion ‘contracts,’ all of the painted

scenery remains. Even when the accordion completely closes to a
Singularity, all of the ‘scenery’ is still there, despite the folding that
‘contracted’ it to the point of a ‘Singularity.’ This is exactly what I mean
when I say that our entire lives have already happened from the perspective
of the Singularity at the bottom of the funnel. But from an individual
perspective, we are experiencing everything stretched out at the top of the
funnel.

It may seem logical that at the level of the ‘Singularity,’ one would
experience all of the information at once, and maybe I did. But I would not
describe my personal experiences of ‘timeless’ as experiencing everything
all at once because none of these experiences of the Singularity reflected
any specifics about the past or future.

Instead, it was just an experience, or more correctly, a specific

perspective that replaced my normal sense of the passage of time with a
sense of suspended animation that is coupled with an acute sense that the
end has already happened. Or to put it more accurately to how it actually
feels, you could say that it is like all the boundaries of our existence falling
away to leave our very sense of ‘being’ to be so boundless that it
encompasses ALLL of time.
Another word that really impressed me when I was listening to
Physicists describe our evolved understanding of ‘black holes,’ is the word
‘smeared.’ They used the word ‘smeared’ to describe how the information
exists as a Singularity within a 2D flat sheet. And I am sure that I also used
that word in book one at least once because for years that is how I saw my
everyday reality. At the very peak of my very intense ‘seeking’ phase of
life, I would actually describe the familiar world that we all know as a
bunch of smeared colors and shapes on a screen. I was no longer interested
in the ‘meaning’ that these colors in shapes once held for me. I couldn’t get
past it all being one big ‘smear’ of ever-changing colored shapes.

Another way to describe this particular perception of the world is to

see everything as being ‘fused’ together as one continuum. As if the entire
world is literally one ball of wax or one blanket that can be shaped into
anything from the Grand Canyon to the complex circuitry of the computer
you are looking at. Although, we can detect variances and shapes; all of
these supposed varieties are actually a seamless fusion of the ‘One;’
dancing and moving in such a way to give the appearance of multitudes.
I was also impressed to hear the physicists talk about our world
appearing as a flat sheet; as this, of course, ties in very neatly with the 360-
degrees Vision I described in book one, where I saw that there is nothing
‘behind’ us and a flat-screen in ‘front’ us that projects the appearance of our
3D holographic world. But the single most impressive revelation I recently
had regarding ‘black holes’ should not have been a new revelation to me at
all.
And as I said, If I knew what I know now, with regards to ‘black
holes’, then I would have drawn direct comparisons to my Final Vision in
book one with the scientific understanding of ‘black holes.’ Let’s re-
examine the diagram that I designed to communicate that Final Vision.
As you can see in the diagram above, I was actually describing the
very same dynamic of a ‘black hole’ when I was describing the process of
‘individualization’ as I saw it in my ‘Final Vision.’ I detailed in book one
just exactly ‘how’ I saw Reality was/is created in the first place out of Pure
Nothingness. The take away from this realization was how we are all
simultaneously the same ‘One’ as pure Undifferentiated Awareness AND
meanwhile, also experiencing an ‘apparent’ individuated isolation in our
self-generated ‘vortex of experience’ that appears identical to the ‘black
hole’ in its architecture.

Interestingly enough, only a few short years after I designed the

above diagram, NASA produced a similar diagram of the three possible
shapes of the Universe. The three possible shapes of the Universe,
according to NASA are identical to the diagram above; flat, spherical and
closed. What NASA does not state that they are aware of at this time is that
the Universe is actually all three of those shapes simultaneously. But they
may not be far from discovering this as well because the latest scientific
theory that I have heard is that the Universe may be a Black Hole.

...From a purely materialistic point of view, you could say that we
are simply a nervous system experiencing our self...which IS the nervous
system. That reminded me of the same dynamic of Awareness experiencing
itself through duality or 'Awareness of Awareness.’ The cool part is how the
copy always mirrors the original dynamic, seemingly on every level if you
go in close enough.

In other words, on the Ultimate level, there is only Awareness

experiencing itself as something 'else.’ This ‘else’ is what we refer to as 'the
world' or the ‘outside.’ So, this imagined 'world' appears to be inhabited by
various 'nervous systems' that are also self-generating experiences of itself
for itself. And to top it off, this nervous system takes the experiences to be
something other than itself. That same dynamic just plays itself out on
every level.

It’s like an endless horizon that recedes away every time that you try
and grasp at it. Awareness takes itself to be something ‘else.’ When you try
and grasp at that ‘otherness,’ it is completely unrealizable. Then when you
examine the supposed ‘individual’ that arises from the ‘Original
hallucination,’ you find the same dynamic. A nervous system generating its
own experience based on a supposed 'otherness' or outside world.

The world our brain creates is even by the most basic scientific
standards, just an illusion or ‘appearance’ based on some ‘supposed’ real
outside world that we amazingly can never actually perceive. Instead,
mainstream basic science tells us that the world that we think we see is
actually just copies of copies of something supposedly 'outside.’

...But no matter how hard we look for any substantiality or realness

to anything in the world including ourselves, we only find the inability to
actually ‘grasp’ anything. Our endless searching for anything ‘graspable’
predictably results in us thinking it’s always just around the spiraling corner
if we just keep looking...

What I mean by that is; even by the most conservative view of our
world through the lens of classic physics, we find that the world we
experience is merely an illusion or a reconstruction of a supposed ‘real
world.’ Classic Physics tells us that our experience of seeing, hearing,
feeling etc., is actually produced in our minds. According to them, there is
an actual outside world but the way that we experience the outside world is
that the information from the outside world interacts with our senses and
our nervous system then recreates a useful experience based on an
extremely filtered version of that information.

In other words, according to the classic physicists, there is a real-

world out there complete with flowers and the whole deal. And when you
claim to see or smell the flower, the classical physicist says that what is
actually happening is the information from that actual flower is relayed to
your nervous system by either the sun reflecting the image of the flower
onto your wet eyeball; which serves as a reflective mirror to receive or
collect the ‘image’ of the flower. Or, the flower could exude its chemically
dense pollens, that when they interact with your olfactory senses, are
converted to a sense of ‘smell.’

In both examples, the ‘sensation’ of ‘seeing’ or ‘smelling’ is

actually taking place in our minds or imagination rather than the assumed
incorrect version of reality where we were all told that what we are seeing,
smelling, hearing is somehow ‘out there.’ Even to the classic physicist who
still believes that there IS such thing as an ‘out there,’ he would have to
admit to you that with our current level of understanding; all of the actual
experiences that we have of seeing, tasting, and feeling of the world takes
place in our minds or imagination.

OK, so while we are talking about the brain. I have always been
fascinated with the tension of 'balance' and the accumulating and shifting of
energies as a 'tipping point.’ On a subtle level, all that is taking place, in
Reality, is something akin to water finding its own level. On a materialistic
level, the brain is supposedly generating thoughts and experiences.
Scientists boggle our minds with tales about how thoughts are a result of
neural connections. The idea that a neuron firing will determine whether or
not you experience this or that thought/experience is strange enough but
when you look into what actually determines whether any particular neuron
fires or not, you will only find an endless horizon of the same pattern
playing itself out on ever subtler levels.

Now, it’s been a long time since I've studied this stuff, but if my
memory serves me correctly, this is the process that determines if any
particular neuron fires or not. First, the neuron lays dormant full of
potential. What determines whether or not that potential is actualized or not
starts in a little wheel-like compartment in the neuron. Picture a little
spinning wheel with tiny holes in it.

These little holes lie in wait for tinier particles like potassium or
sodium to fill them. Depending on what fills these holes and how quick
they are filled, will determine the fate of each neuron. Now we can go even
deeper by looking into what determines which particles happen to fill up
first and how but it’s just going to be more of the same process. It is the
very same never-ending horizon of cause and effect always happening j-u-s-
t o-u-t t-h-e-r-e....
April 25, 2013
...As I alluded to earlier, I was contemplating the nature of
'decisions' which led to contemplating the nature of 'memories' which led to
contemplating the nature of 'time.’ I noticed that 'time' was born from and
relegated to the ‘mind’ only. I found that time was simply an experience of
the mind that appears simultaneously with the very rising of this ‘active
consciousness.’ In other words, it only takes the slightest duration of
consciousness to create the experience of 'time.’

This reminded me of something that I wrote about long ago and it

seems to keep coming up so I wanted to share with you my latest take on
that specific insight. All of the events of this last month have served to
remind me that my primary function is to find the best way to express that,
'This is It!’ Or rather, that any experience that has or that can ever occur,
whether it be the Bardos, Nirvana or the Beyondananda will always occur
right here in the very same ‘aware space’ that your computer is appearing in
right now. Wherever I look, this truth screams out. It is so apparent that I
am finding myself, perhaps foolishly, convinced that the truth is obvious
enough to somehow be proven; if just the right words could be crafted ever
so carefully.

Of course, there is a long history of teachers using 'no words' to

transmit the truth such as Buddha picking up a flower, Zen teachers
pointing, etc. And now that we've had thousands of years of religious
history to examine, we find it a very common teaching to reduce all of
existence down to one word such as only 'mind,’ 'self,’ 'awareness,’ 'this,’
etc. But when we get down to brass tacks and actually examine Reality, in
essence, what we find is 'appearances in aware space.’ Though, while it may
be possible to transmit the truth with no words or even one word, I find it
endlessly helpful to start with this fundamental Triunistic dynamic of
'appearances in aware space' and I'll demonstrate why.

A simple examination reveals that Reality has a Base, a path, and a

fruit. In other words, what it IS, what it DOES, and its RESULT. Starting
with 'what it IS,’ the very root of our existence is simply ‘inactive space’ or
‘Capacity.’ You could say that this is our essence or what we are. And our
function or path is to be actively aware. And the result or fruit of this
‘consciousness’ is the 'world of appearances.’

Now, here is where it gets interesting. After I noticed that 'time' was
a byproduct of the mind, I couldn't help but notice a correlation between the
Triunistic nature of Awareness and the Triunistic nature of the world that
appears in Awareness. The world of appearances (manifestation, matter,
etc.) is a direct result of the activity of ‘Aware Space.’ So, just like a child
will naturally mirror the same qualities of his parents that created him, the
world itself will also mirror the qualities of that which created it.

The entire world mirroring the very qualities of that which created it
is suggestive that the entire whole of Reality could be best described as the
‘Original fractal.’ The “origin point” for the ‘Original fractal’ is/was the
inseparability of ‘Aware Space’ itself. The resultant ‘emergence’ of duality
from ‘Aware Space’ is the continuum that fractals into the mirrored version
of the space/time continuum affecting matter. Here we have yet another
example of "As above, so below.”
Furthermore, when we examine the nature of matter itself, we find
that it also suggests a Triunistic relationship with the very energy that it was
created from. In other words, energy and matter are interchangeable under
the right conditions or ‘path.’ The particular path that transforms the ‘base’
of Energy into the ‘fruit’ of matter, is the ‘action’ of the speed of light
squared. Thus, all along, the most famous of all scientific equations, E=
mc2 just happened to be another beautiful example of the Triunistic
dynamic at work.

Again, I am no physicist myself, but the takeaway for me, regarding

this relationship, between Energy and matter, is clearly that ‘matter’ is the
emergence from the potentiality of Energy. And the specific process that
transforms the potential into the emergent, is the speed of light squared. I
happen to love the fact that it is not enough for the ‘speed of light’ itself to
be the ‘transformative act.’ It is rich with poetic justice that the requirement
for the speed of light is to be “squared.” Or rather, multiplied times itself.
Which is what I have been referring to all along, as folding on itself to
multiply itself.

I was also impressed to see that the scientific dynamic of space/time

affecting matter, perfectly mirrors the original triunity of
Space/consciousness affecting duality. Yet, I am more impressed with the
specifics of ‘how’ the scientists recognize that space/ time acts on matter,
by guiding the way it moves. Thereafter, matter acts back on space/time, by
producing the curvature, or the fold. Of course, this dynamic corresponds
perfectly to its inverse, which is the “Original dynamic” of the Source
guiding the movement of man/world, and then man/world producing the
fold.

Just as I see Space/consciousness as a continuum that results in the

world of duality in the first place. Anyone can experience this continuum
for themselves as it is built into the very design of our experience. Consider
the ‘Triunistic continuum’ of the black and white circle as the architecture
or design of ‘God AS man/world’. And likewise, let’s examine the
continuum of space/time affecting matter as the mirrored Triune within that
‘Original Triune.’

Directly behind you is the Void, Empty Space, Inactive Capacity...

which correlates to the ‘God’ aspect of the “Original Triune” and the
‘space’ aspect of the emergent ‘mirrored Triune.’ Directly at the center of
your experience (in the fold or crease) correlates to ‘consciousness’ of the
‘Original Triune’ and the ‘time’ aspect of the emergent ‘mirrored Triune’.
Directly in front of you is the same Void or empty Space that is behind you,
but due to the ‘fold’ or reflexive ‘consciousness,’ this empty Void of
potential emerges AS the dualistic world in the “Original Triune” and
‘matter’ with regards to the ‘mirrored Triune.’
Of course, in both, the ‘Original Triune’ as well as the ‘mirrored
Triune,’ we experience all three aspects of Reality as a continuum and
therefore as one seamless whole. To make it easier to understand, I will
outline the comparison between the ‘Original Triune’ and its ‘mirrored
Triune.’ And before I do, it is important to remind you that ‘space’ refers to
the measurement of the inactive aspects of our observable world. While
‘time’ refers to the measurement of the ‘active’ aspects of our observable
world.

This reminds me of the 'light spectrum through prism' diagram so

much. For me, it tells the whole story of the Triunistic relationship between
the Supreme Source, man, and the world as a continuum.

When I say that This is IT, I mean that literally, this is IT; the
rainbow is actually the white light. Matter is actually energy. The world is
actually God. Samsara is actually Nirvana. Etc.

What’s also interesting is that the ‘light-bending prism' is actually

the same thing as the 'speed of light squared' since the bending of the light
is essentially just light squared. The reason I find this interesting is because
I became obsessed with this Triunistic model when I realized that all there
is, is ‘Awareness’ and the very nature of ‘Awareness’ is to be aware, so
naturally this ‘Awareness’ would necessarily become attracted to itself from
this sheer power of attraction. This contraction of ‘Awareness’ results in
“Awareness of Awareness” or duality. In other words, 'Awareness squared.’
Therefore, I suppose the equation of Reality is
SA2=W (Space/Awareness squared= world). Actually, this has already been
said, in Dzogchen, when it is pointed out that the inseparability of
emptiness and clarity results in duality. It is always the union of two that
emerge as a third. And the third thing that ‘emerges’ is always the
‘potential’ of the first thing.

We also see this dynamic playing out in every aspect of nature as

well. For example, the butterfly ‘emerges’ from the ‘cocooning’ of the
‘caterpillar.’ Or, the gravitational field ‘emerges’ from the ‘bending’ of
‘space’. Similarly, the magnetic field ‘emerges’ from the ‘union’ of the
north and south poles. The magnetic field itself has its ‘origin’ in the north
pole so that would correlate to the ‘Base’ as outlined below.

...Yea, every aspect of manifestation is practicing some form of
reproduction. That’s all it’s capable of...a room of mirrors that are folding to
multiply and divide itself in infinite ways. And getting back to my point of
'as above so below;’ Just as sex grounds the tension of desire for a while,
likewise, the arising of the world temporarily grounds the ‘Original tension’
of Awareness’ natural inclination to become aware of itself. And this rising
and decaying ‘magnetic attraction’ to itself plays out infinitely from the
cycle of day and night to our heartbeat and everything in between.

Coming back to the idea of 'as above, so below,’ it’s interesting to

note that even an 8th grade science teacher would point out that the world
that we see every day does not exist out there as one would assume but
rather everything that we see is actually appearing inside of our minds eye.
(Brain generated field) So, not only does Awareness create the appearance
of an 'outside world' within itself. But within that imagined 'outside world,’
the outside still appears inside. Only this time, the outside is appearing
inside a brain...which of course is appearing in Awareness.
Now it’s easy to see why the spiral shape seems to show up so often
in nature. It’s the shape of an elusive magician disappearing at every
turn...only to reappear on the other side.... infinitely...

The following is in keeping with our tendency, as humans, to equate
bliss with the dissolution of all memories...including our precious loved
ones. I was helping my wife play with the pugs the other night which is not
unusual. But what was unusual was that Bodhi, the lead pug was playing
with the stuffed animals that are usually used by Jerry or Kaya.

Occasionally, Bodhi will hump the big pink bunny that we keep in
the toy pile but when it comes to playing, but he usually only chooses to
play with one of his dog friends; Jerry or Toby, the big lab next door. As it
occurs to me that this is a rare event, I had the thought that this may be the
last time I ever see Bodhi play with a stuffed animal like this.

No longer than that thought takes to fully form, another thought

follows which is that Bodhi is unlikely to be savoring this moment as if this
may be the last time he ever plays with a stuffed animal in this manner. For
him, this is likely just another moment that will soon dissolve into the same
Abyss as any other moment. From there, my mind wandered into the nature
of 'moments' and the alternating silence between each active moment. And
that thought took me back to something that was very important a long time
ago but I completely forgot about until now.

When I was really fascinated with the whole 'Triunity' thing, I used
to keep meticulous notes about everywhere I saw the ‘Triune’ in nature
including my own practice of introspection. One particular note of interest
was the 'pulse' like nature of thoughts. The arising and decaying of thought
followed by a space before the next thought. My practice at one point was
to widen that gap before thoughts and as I did, I noticed something very
interesting.
If you were to diagram the ebb and flow of your thoughts as a
waveform, each active thought would be represented by a single raised
wave while the empty space between each thought would be represented by
the flat and bottomed out part of the waveform between each raised wave.
Thus, the longer that you practice silence or stillness, the longer the amount
of time the waveform will be spent in the resting or flat phase of the
dynamic. Likewise, the diagram of a very busy mind would reveal more
time being spent in the raised portion of the waveform.

When I first thought about this, there was no such thing as I-phones,
so we all still used video cameras. Depending on how high of a quality film
you were trying to make, you could adjust how many frames were being
recorded per second. Obviously, the more frames per second, the more
realistic or convincing was the film was. This relationship between frames
per second and the convincing nature of the film became for me, a perfect
metaphor for the human experience. The more time spent in thought results
in more frames per second which means a more realistic or convincing
experience. In other words, the more time spent in silence, the lower the
resolution of the film and the less it will be convincing.

Alright, so why is all of this relevant now? Well, it just reminds me

of my main point about THIS being IT and how everything in and of this
world takes on the qualities of the ‘Original fractal’ of which our world is a
reflection of. (Aware Space contracting within itself from the sheer power
of attraction to itself) The original 'pulse' or the first cause is this tension
caused from Awareness being attracted to itself. Since the 'pulse' that this
tension creates is nothing other than Aware Space contracting within itself
to form a vortex of experience, (i.e., individual) everything in that vortex of
experience will naturally and unavoidably mirror that which parented it
which is the pulsation of Aware Space.

This is why when we examine life at its most fundamental level, we

only find the same pulsation that created it in the first place. The opening
and closing of our heartbeat or the rising and falling of our brain waves.
When scientists measure or otherwise study electricity itself, they reveal an
oscillating or pulsating vibration much like the classic Ohm that mystics
find to be the original pulse. Same thing with Light…
And the beat goes on.

...I have always appreciated the wheel as a metaphor for life as it
works on so many levels. Especially if you can expand the vision of the
wheel to resemble something like a ‘spiraling drill bit’ where even though it
goes round and round repeating the same cycle, each turn of the wheel, it
grows or evolves an octave ‘higher.’ But these last couple of weeks have
taught me another lesson of the Turning Wheel. As the Wheel turns,
bringing the new in, it proportionally takes out the old. And as I write this, I
realize that this is nothing new, but yet it is obviously new to me on some
level because I don't think I was ever able to fully appreciate this fact until
now.

As my life is changing with new realities appearing in my ‘scene,’

old realities are dying off right before my eyes. It is just like a wheel turning
to push out the ‘old’ while simultaneously ushering in the ‘new.’ Despite
appearances, these seemingly unrelated events are inextricably connected
by the turning wheel. In a span of about a week, I found out my
grandmother, stepfather, and work partner are all dying from Alzheimer’s
(refusing to eat), bone cancer, and MS. Even our cat, Turiya, and oldest
rescue pug, Leela are breaking down health-wise although they probably
will outlive the humans given the cat is still purring and the old pug still
lives with that permanent smile beaming brightly.

And it is not just the fact that new content is replacing or

transforming into new content in my scenery, but the dying off of the old
content will have direct ramifications on the new content in various forms.
It’s just so obviously all connected that it reminds me of how sometimes
Reality does not mind being BOLD to drive a particular point home.

...OK, so on to the good stuff. Last week I asked my nephew what
dynamic in nature would make a ‘curve’ asymmetrical vs symmetrical? The
conversation led to him telling me about a graph that he uses as a tool for
working formulations in his physics class. The graph includes a curve
referred to as an 'asymptote,’ which is a curve that can never reach the
opposite end of the graph which is a straight line.
God knows what these geniuses are using this graph for, but what
piqued my interest in this 'asymptote' was the similarity to the Zeno’s
paradox or the Buddhist concept of a "Chimera.” The concept of the
“Chimera” is that these are beings that disappear as you get close to them. I
have long read into that concept that they were talking about the true nature
of all beings. It looks like something is there but the closer you inspect it,
the more you find elusiveness or at the very most; a never-ending horizon.

I liked this concept because I see it in all of nature. Scientists are

always on the hunt for some solid particle but each time they inspect closer,
they find that the particle that they thought had solidity was actually just an
appearance caused by the movement of smaller aggregated matter. And of
course, when they isolate a single speck of that aggregated matter and get
closer to examine it, they only find the same dynamic; an illusion caused by
the movement of some other 'apparent' matter ad infinitum. You can say the
same thing about the search for a 'self.’ It’s 'apparently' there but upon
closer inspection, you find nothing.

July 15, 2012

Anyways, I see that dynamic as really the only dynamic that is
going on in reality. The same pattern of 'apparent reality' revealing itself to
be an absence of any actuality. I can’t believe I went through the whole first
book without saying this but the longest and most consistent pattern that has
been apparent to me throughout my whole journey is the recognition and
understanding that "It is and it isn't.” I could go as far as to say that
everything that I have learned could be distilled down to that one point.
Even my diagram of the black and white circle is just a visual
representation of "It is and it isn't.”

I want to take just a moment to demonstrate just ‘how’ and ‘why’ it

is inevitable that this particular dynamic of 'apparent actuality' or "it is and
it isn't" is the ONLY dynamic that can take place. To do this, I would like to
use the black and white circle diagram to illustrate the 3 dimensions or
aspects of Nothing and how the inseparability of these 3 dimensions of
Nothing is what gives rise to our world... or any world that can ever be for
that matter.

The first dimension of Nothing is the black bottom as that represents

the Capacity, the Unmanifest, or the Void. This is the 'isness' of nothing.
The second dimension of Nothing is the fold in the center as that represents
the power, the activity, the tension, the energy, or simply put; the moving
aspect of Nothing. This is the 'doing' of nothing. The third dimension of
Nothing is the resultant white top of the circle as that represents the
appearance of duality or separation that naturally arises from the movement
of the fold or second aspect. This is the appearance of nothing.

My point is that even though you have 3 detailed descriptions and

unique aspects of the Triune, they are all in fact, aspects of Nothing. So
how can 'Nothing' have 3 unique aspects or dimensions? Well, the first
aspect of the Triune is being Unmanifest or simply space so it’s easy to see
that as Nothing. The second aspect of the Triune is an activity rather than
some-'thing' so that is a slightly subtler point. And then, the third aspect of
the Triune is the appearance of something but ultimately just an appearance
and therefore no-thing at all so this is the most subtle form of nothing.

The bottom line is that there will always be the appearance of

something even though a closer examination of that something will always
reveal nothing.
February 14, 2013
...One of these little side points that I discovered on my walk the
other morning was that I do not want to talk about the world being an
illusion or there being no self, etc. These things may be true on a certain
level but I think that we would better advance the discussion by examining
the nature of what it means to be 'illusory.’

What I mean by that is that when we use the word 'illusion' or the
phrase 'not there,’ we are drawing a contrast to something that is 'not'
illusory or something that 'is' there. When you come to the point in your
spiritual path that you discover that the entire world including yourself is
merely a trick of the mind, you feel intellectually and even emotionally
justified in saying that the ‘world’ or your ‘self’ is merely an illusion. If you
are coming from the perspective that ‘you’ and the ‘world’ are solid and
independent fixed objects, then yes, when you or the world are properly
examined, they would be found to be illusory.

But from my current perspective, I would not characterize the world

as being ‘unreal’ because that would feel like I was saying that there was
something 'else' that is real although the world is not it. Same thing with the
'self'. Saying that there is no ‘self’ feels like I am saying, "But there is
something that is real, it's just not the self.” That just doesn’t gel with me
intellectually/emotionally because there is literally nothing on every level.
So, to specifically go on about there being 'no world' or 'no self' seems to
only speak to the ones going through the initial shock of seeing that what
they thought was real, isn't. Interestingly enough, it does feel right to say
that nothing exists. I suppose it's the ‘getting specific’ part that just doesn't
jive with my experience.

A long time ago, I wrote about how the triune describes three
levels/aspects/dimensions of Nothing. Let me go over it again, this time
using light as an analogy for Awareness.

To the left, you have the base, what it is, which is pure
undifferentiated white light (Nothing). In the center, you have the path,
what it does, which is bending the light (still no-thing, just an action). To
the right, you have the fruit, what it creates, which is pure undifferentiated
light appearing as a rainbow (still nothing, just an appearance of
something). As you can see, on every level, there is never anything at all.
No-thing is nothing, actions are not any-thing and the appearance of things
are still no-thing. There is nothing on any level, so to tell someone that
something specific doesn't exist (i.e., you or the world) seems to be an
elementary point at best.

Of course, this diagram below demonstrates that same Triunistic

dynamic but from our literal perspective.
The bottom correlates with the white light represents Pure
Undifferentiated Awareness. The crease or fold in the center correlates with
the bending of the light represents man. The top correlating with the
rainbow represents the world.

And more importantly, this diagram below communicates that all

three aspects of the triune are actually One. When the One bends, it creates
the appearance of multiplicity, division, contrast, etc. when in actuality
there is none whatsoever. There is only THIS...

So

This last section will be the conclusions that I have drawn from
investigating the ‘Triunistic Model of Reality.’ It is here that I will try and
tidy up all the loose ends; elaborate on some particular points and otherwise
emphasize the most vital aspects of this illuminating perspective. Let me
start at the beginning where we can see the evolution of our wisdom that
has gotten us to this point so far.

When we first approach the topic of the ‘Ultimate Truth,’ the simplest
version presents itself as teachings of ‘Onesness.’ The most common words
to denote the ‘One’ are ‘God,’ ‘Universe,’ ‘Reality,’ ‘Logos,’ ‘Source,’
‘Totality,’ ‘Awareness’ or ‘This.’ Today, the topic of ‘Truth’ is best found in
the study of ‘Non-duality’ which reflects a deeper look into this ‘Oneness’
revealing the union of ‘inseparable pairings.’

Some of these ‘inseparable pairings are; Yin and Yang, Atman and
Brahman, Samsara and Nirvana, Unmanifest and Manifest, Heaven and
earth, Subject and Object, or the One and the many. But the inseparable
nature of these pairings is merely stated as a truth rather than explained in
slow deliberate detail. The union is asserted but never fully explained just
exactly ‘HOW’ the ‘One appears as many.’ This is where the “Triunistic
model of Reality” comes in.

The ‘Triunistic’ perspective is yet a further refinement of the

Original teachings of ‘Oneness’ that actually details the specifics of exactly
‘how’ the ‘One’ manifests as ‘many.’ The ‘how’ is referred to as the ‘path’
of the Triune. The original subject matter of any Triune is referred to as the
‘base.’ And it is the specific ‘path’ of the ‘base’ that transforms this ‘base’
into its ‘result.’ This particular ‘result’ is referred to as the ‘fruit’ of the
‘base’ caused by the ‘path.’

The most general ‘Triune’ would be Is, does, and as. Or, as stated in
the Dzogchen teachings: the Essence, action, and result. Specifically, each
major religion has its own Triune. Even though in today’s world, most
religions do not seem to publicly demonstrate any working knowledge of
their own specific Triunes, each of them does still claim to be a Triune so I
will list the examples of the ‘Triune’ in each major religion despite the lack
of any ‘publically reported understanding’ on their part. Just because they
do not yet realize that they are actually part of the party is no reason to
leave them off the guest list.

~ Christianity has the Father, Son, and Holy Ghost.

~ Jewish have Ein Sof, Tzimtzum, and Israel
~ Hindus have Brahma, Vishnu, and Shiva
~ Buddhists have Dharmakaya, Sambokakaya, and Nirmanakaya.
We will end with a summation of sorts. What does all of this mean to
our everyday existence? How can we apply any of this to our actual lives?
And most importantly, how do we bring all of this abstract knowledge into
a tangible realization that transforms our ‘potential’ into ‘actuality.’

Let us start where we are right now in this very moment. There is an
unseen half to your existence and this unseen half has been ‘behind’ you
this whole time.

By simply taking notice of what is in front of you which, is the world: we

begin the path. The next step is to take notice of what is behind you, which
is nothingness. Finally, we bring our attention to the center of our
experience where we find the sense of a ‘self.’

So, the sense of the world in front of us is something that we are

accustomed to. Even the sense of a ‘self’ at our center is pretty obvious. But
the sense that there is Nothing behind you is a dynamic that is rarely, if
ever, spoken of. We casually dismiss this obvious dynamic of our lives but
we do so at our own peril as this ‘Nothingness’ that always lurks just
behind us is actually the other missing half of our lives.

This missing half of our lives is our ‘Silent’ half or our ‘Still half.’
The ‘Still half’ is as much a part of our lives, or perhaps even more so, than
our acknowledged ‘active half’ of our lives. I say that the unseen half
behind us is perhaps, even more, a part of our life than the seen half in front
of us because it is only the unseen half of our lives that is behind us that
always remains unmoved, unchanged, and unaffected. While the front half
of our lives are continually in a state of moving, changing, and succumbing
to the whims of everything else that does affect it.

Even the very center of our lives is subject to change when you find
yourself to be not just a mere individual but rather ‘Aware Space’ for
everything that appears. Right now, when you look at the very first thing
that arises out of the Empty Space that you are, you will find arms and
perhaps torso and legs if you are sitting down. We will call this your
‘avatar’ since it always appears at the very bottom center of your
experience similar to a first-person video game or a virtual reality
experience.
And the reason that the very center of our lives is also subject to
change is because the particular ‘avatar’ that you see right now is very
much subject to change with each passing incarnation.

Right now, when you examine your specific ‘avatar,’ you may find
that you have the arms and legs of a white man. But in a different
incarnation, you could just as easily wake up to find your avatar has the
arms and legs of a black female. In fact, you could wake to find that your
‘avatar’ has whiskers and a snout if you should awaken as an animal. Or
perhaps your ‘avatar’ has antennae if you awaken as an insect. Or perhaps
your ‘avatar’ could have some flames at the center or leaves at the center if
you should awaken as a tree or a sun.
But my point is that no matter what you manifest AS, the dynamic will
always be the same in that there will always be the ‘perceived’ in front of
you, the ‘unperceived’ behind you, and the sense of being the ‘perceiver’
that is directly in the center of your experience. And it is my experience that
tells me that no matter whether you are experiencing this world, dreams, the
bardos, the astral planes, the afterlife, or anything else that can possibly be
conceived; it is all happening right here in this Aware Space and operating
within the same ‘Triunistic’ dynamic of the ‘Undifferentiated Awareness
appearing AS another.’

Even when I was practicing with out-of-body experiences and

experienced myself as a ‘disembodied point of awareness;’ there was still a
sense of ‘scenery’ outside of my direct scope of experience. My point about
how even being the sun or a tree would result in an ‘avatar’ may not be
literally true in the strictest sense of actually perceiving flames or leaves in
its periphery. But it is still effectively true because the very sense of ‘being’
is not reliant upon any one particular sense such as ‘seeing,’ but rather our
sense of ‘orientation’ to that which is outside of us.

It is also my experience that all of these lives or incarnations are

experienced as a ‘whole’ while simultaneously maintaining their sense of
individualization or separation. However, while the ‘individual’ and the
‘whole’ are happening simultaneously, the perspective of the ‘whole’ shares
no experiences or details of the specifics regarding any particular
incarnation. And likewise, the perspective of the ‘individual’ shares no
experiences or details of the ‘whole.’ We are only capable of experiencing
one of these perspectives at a time as each perspective necessarily cancels
the other one out.
I drew the above picture to capture what I perceived when I saw that
I was the “I” behind all eyes. But this is not the picture that I would use to
illustrate the lasting and permanent effects of recognizing my true nature as
‘Aware Space.’ Instead, I would use this next picture as it demonstrates the
actual palpable feeling of having all of the entire world appearing in you as
‘Aware Space.’
Perhaps this angle below portrays the feeling better for you.
What I discovered from this perspective is that the entire world that
appears in me (as Aware Space) is already and has always been acting as
‘One’ or in concert with itself. The world already is Truth itself whether we
recognize it or not. It is telling us the ‘secret’ to life in every single ‘scene’
just by its very ‘doing.’ We are I have noticed since this experience is that
every single aspect of the entire world is informing us continually. You
could even go as far as to say that the entire world is nothing more than
‘information.’

This is also why we need to be very cognizant and intentional about

where we indulge our interests. The entire whole of Reality is nothing more
than pure potential for every possible variance of life and the manifestation
of any specific possibility is brought about by our attention. We are literally
creating the world out of nothing but imagination and it is the specifics of
our thoughts and interests that determine the particular variance that arises
for us.

As our interests evolve, so does the world that we enliven with our
Awareness. As we grow and expand our understanding of what we are, we
illuminate deeper aspects of the ‘Potential,’ thus bringing our entire
experience of the world into a broader and more complete perspective.
Consider the whole of reality to be a laboratory of sorts where you can
work out ideas and tinker with experiments. The interests and fascinations
that you have in life will determine the specifics of what emerges as
‘actuality’ from the pure ‘Potentiality’ of ‘Aware Space.’

But if it sounds like I am advocating the practice of creating your

“dream world” with your personal ‘intentions,’ then I should point out that I
have found the opposite to be true for myself. While I do acknowledge that
within the scope of ‘appearances,’ there does appear to be ‘intention’ and
‘volition’ as well as all of the other ‘appearances’ such as independent
‘agency.’ I do not, however, lose sight of the inherent phantom-like nature
of this transient sense of ‘agency’ or ‘personal volition.’ Looking at the
black and white circle, we see that the ‘appearance of volition’ arises in the
observable top half of the circle.

Furthermore, we can also see that this ‘emergent sense of volition’ is

once again, just a mirrored copy of the ‘Original Source’ at the bottom half
of the circle. The ‘Original Source’ is ‘Unchanging Stillness’ itself while
paradoxically being responsible for all appearances of movement that
manifest in the top half of the circle. And it is not only natural but
inevitable for the ‘emerged vortexes of experience’ to sense that they
possess the same qualities of that which they are merely a reflection of.

And in this case, the specific quality of the ‘emerged’ we are

referring to is the mirrored version of the ‘Original Stillness’ that activates
the appearance of all movement. And the mirrored version of “Stillness
activating movement” would appear to a ‘vortex of individuation’ as a
sense of ‘doership’ or ‘personal volition.’ While it does indeed appear that
as ‘individuated beings, we do possess the capability for ‘intention,’ it does
us good to remind ourselves that any sense of ‘intention’ is nothing more
than an appearance.

To put all of this in a more formal context, I will share an insight

from the Dzogchen teachings that became the main theme for my entire
spiritual journey. This insight was just a side note but it seemed to put all
religions or philosophies into one of three categories. Any tactic or
approach we take to spirituality, whether it be an actual religion or not
would still fall under one of these three categories.

The first of the three categories were referred to as the ‘sutras.’ The
‘sutras’ represent the path of ‘renunciation.’ This would look like someone
renouncing eating meat or having sex or perhaps even more broadly,
renouncing all worldly things. My personal impression is that the vast
majority of religious or spiritual practitioners are practicing some form of
‘renunciation’ whether they realize it or not. I see this not only in the
Abrahamic religions but the Vedantic ones as well.

The second category is referred to as the ‘tantras.’ The ‘tantras’

represent the path of ‘transformation.’ This would look like someone
practicing to transform their anger into compassion or perhaps more
exotically, transforming energy into form like an alchemist. My personal
impression is that the amount of those practicing the path of the ‘tantras’ is
significantly less than the path of the ‘sutras,’ and their practices could be
the transformation of any energy whether they are doing so as Christians,
Buddhists, Shamans or some other type of new age or occult group.

The third category is referred to as ‘Dzogchen’ or the “Great

Perfection.” ‘Dzogchen’ represents the path of recognizing that there is
nothing to ‘renounce’ and nothing to ‘transform.’ It is the recognition that
everything is already ‘Self-Perfected’ as it is. This would look like living
your life without the thought that you had to renounce anything at all nor
transform or change anything at all. Everything makes sense as it already is.
And even if something does not make sense, then even that makes perfect
sense. This is the rarest path of all three. It is the pathless path.

I now see the world as being very similar to an old American

television show called “Fantasy Island.” The show was a weekly recurring
program where a new participant would land on the island to have his
fantasies fulfilled. Of course, as the fantasies were realized in time, the
participant would see the error of his fantasies in the typical fashion of “be
careful of what you wish for.” So, just as the participants’ fantasies turn out
to be nightmares; I see this as a perfect analogy for our lives in this apparent
duality or samsara.

Whatever you desire; you will realize this desire until you learn
from the results of that desire that you actually desire something else. That
is until time does its thing and then you learn that this desire was not
fulfilling either. This continues on and on until you reach what I referred to
in the first book of the Trilogy as the “last desire,” and that is the desire to
desire nothing. It is at this point that you graduate from the path of
renunciation and the path of transformation and proceed to the path of
seeing for yourself that there is indeed nothing to renounce and nothing to
transform.

This has always reminded me of the end of another American

movie; “War Games.” The movie was about a computer simulation that was
used to figure out a perfect sequence of events that would have America
winning a nuclear war against Russia. After an incalculable number of
potential options were simulated; in the end, the answer that the computer
simulation spit out was that the only way to win the game (nuclear war) was
to not play at all.

That is how I felt as I absorbed the Dzogchen teachings year after

year. The more I practiced, the more I realized that any movement on my
end was in total error. Any building of ideas in my mind had to be let go of.
Any sense of trying to manipulate the world had to be let go of. Any sense
of this is better than that had to be let go of. Basically, no idea could settle
in my mind without me realizing that I had to let that go too. Any
movement that I made was slowly recognized to be the building blocks of
my fictitious jail cell.

Of course, I know what it is like to experience your self as a human

being. I understand the tendency to spend your whole day defining yourself
and defining the world around you. And I totally get the idea that if you
organize the world in such a way, that maybe we can all make the world a
better place. But ultimately, all the ‘jockeying for position’ you do is just
further enmeshing yourself in the same fictitious belief that the outside
world can provide you the satisfaction that you seek. This is why I say that
it is important to be very mindful of what you are fascinated in life with.

My particular fascination or interest in life was that there was

something ‘missing’ from my life. I never quite bought into the
conventional view of the world, even as a child. I always felt like there was
something much deeper going on than what I was seeing in the world. As I
was interested in probing beyond what was known to me, the ‘Potential’
manifested as ‘Mystery’ for me. As my fascination of ‘Mystery’ grew, so
did my experiences with ‘Mystery’ grow in direct proportion.

As the ‘Potential’ rearranged itself to manifest a ‘Reality’ for me

that was quickly growing in its ability to demonstrate the ‘Mystery’ for me;
my fascination would only grow. And the more fascinated you get, the more
the ‘Potential’ reveals that which you are fascinated with. This cyclic loop
of fascination and realization just gains momentum until that which you are
fascinated with is fully realized to the point that you are no longer
fascinated. Then a new interest develops and you start the whole process
over and over again.

But I don’t want to get too far from the thought that I was exploring
about there being something that was missing in my life; as this topic
dovetails perfectly into what may very well be the ‘key’ to this whole thing.
The reason that I always like to come back to the diagram of the black and
white circle is because it is actually a map of where the very beginning and
end of the entire Quest for ‘Truth’ rests.

Let’s take a look at our ‘map’ once more, and this time I want you to
consider how, even as a young child, I was suspicious that there was
something missing in the world that I was experiencing.

I am sure you can already guess by the diagram above that what I
sensed was missing from my experience was this Unseen half of my life. I
was living from this other Unseen half of my existence but I was not aware
of it on any level so I was living life incompletely.
It was only much later in life, as I detailed in book one; where my
discovery of meditation introduced me to the experience of Stillness and
Silence. And this Stillness or Silence would ultimately be recognized as the
Unseen half of my life. I found that the more I cultivated presence in this
‘Stillness,’ the more it completed me as a ‘whole.’ And perhaps the most
profound outcome of ‘Complete Seeing’ was not the diminishing of the
‘seen’ half of my life but rather the inclusion of the Unseen half of my life.

What I mean by that is that the recognition that you are Nothing but
‘Aware Space’ for all appearances, does not diminish or devalue in any way
the appearances themselves but rather, it elevates the appearances to be a
direct manifestation of the ‘Supreme Source’ itself. From this perspective,
literally, everything that appears is ripe with profundity as each individual
thing is ‘smeared’ together with every other individual thing; revealing all
of them to be none other than the ‘whole’ itself.

When we tend to our actual experience of there being nothing

behind us and the world in front of us, we find that the Nothingness behind
us completes us as a whole. It puts the world in front of us into a proper
perspective where we find that the world is actually experienced ‘Inside’ of
us instead of the other way around. Even the ‘center of our experience’ is
ultimately revealed to be ‘Inside’ of us as ‘Aware Space.’ ‘Complete
seeing’ is at once the beginning and end of the journey of ‘Self-
Realization.’

One of the results of ‘Complete Seeing’ for me, was the realization
that all of life could be widdled down to the very simple dynamic of Life
learning love. You can view it as a ‘Triunistic continuum’ of ‘Life-learning-
love.’ Or you can view them individually as everything in existence falling
into the category of either ‘life,’ ‘learning’ or ‘love.’ And it feels extremely
‘trite’ to end my book with the anticlimactic pronouncement that in the end,
it is all about ‘love.’ But I am beholden to write what I see and as
unimpressive as it is to say that Life-learning-love is my final assessment; I
will say it anyway because that is what I see as the ‘Truth.’

Please, indulge me as I walk you through something so cliché’ that

you could just as easily have read it in a ‘fortune cookie.’ At our very
essence is ‘Life.’ Thus, it should be no surprise to find ‘Life’ as our Base.
And what we do, as ‘Life’ is to ‘learn,’ ‘adapt,’ ‘assimilate,’ ‘grow’ or
otherwise ‘evolve’ in some manner.

Again, I realize that it sounds like a corny ‘after school special’ to

say that all of life is about ‘learning’ but when you carefully examine your
life, you will see that learning is at the center of everything we experience.
You can even go as far as saying that we, as ‘individuated beings’ are
nothing more than the process of learning and assimilating. And this also
touches on why I see that everything in the world as being ‘perfect;’ even
though the world that I am referring to is a world rife with sadness,
madness, violence, and brutality.

When we examine any form of life or even the natural processes of

life, we will find evidence of certain dynamics that could easily be
considered to be ‘destructive’ but upon closer examination, they are
revealed to be actually vital to the ‘construction’ of something that has not
been born yet. It is this process of ‘learning’ or ‘assimilation,’ that nature
instructs us how everything is actually evolving despite the appearance of
‘decaying’ or ‘exploding.’
In fact, it is our very own suffering that is our true salvation. Our
suffering is what provides us the desire to grow and evolve. I only say that
suffering is good because it ushers in the learning and growing that brings
us to our destiny. What our destiny is as ‘individualized beings,’ I will
touch upon after we wrap up this topic. But right now, we can look to other
forms of life to see how this ‘suffering’ or ‘destruction’ is actually the very
force for furthering life.

Let’s start with the ‘seed’ since the ‘seed’ could be a symbol for the
entire whole of Reality. The seed alone could produce nothing as the seed
alone is pure ‘Potential.’ However, if the seed undergoes what ‘Botanist’
refer to as an ‘agitation’ of the seed; then this ‘agitation’ (caused by water)
will violently crack the seed open. It is only this violent ‘agitation’ that is
capable of transforming the ‘Potential’ seed into an actual ‘emergent’ tree.

You can literally see this where ever you look. The violence and
ferocious heat of raw steel hammered and tempered until it emerges as a
superior ‘forged steel.’ Or, the forceful tension of barometric pressure
giving birth to a ‘storm.’ Or, the dark and isolated cocooning of the
caterpillar giving way to an evolved butterfly. The examples of Life
demonstrating its very nature to learn and evolve through its ‘struggles’ are
endless.

The examples of ‘Life’ demonstrating ‘love’ are also endless. But

what I found most interesting about where ‘love’ actually fits into the grand
scheme of things, is that ‘love’ does not inherently exist at all. You would
think based on all of our collective art and culture that ‘love’ is where we
all came from and what we are actually living from and what we all hope to
return to. But I found this to be the opposite of the truth.

What I found was that ‘love’ does not inherently exist but rather, it
‘emerges’ from us as a result of our ‘learning.’ ‘Love’ is the fruit of ‘Life’s’
‘learning’ process. As Life learns, it recognizes itself in ‘otherness’ and this
self-attraction is the “Original-love” that mirrors itself in duality as a
specific ‘love’ for this or that. Ultimately, love is the returning to yourself
as the Source. It is Stillness and Silence that is our truest expression of
Love.

And this brings me back to where I teased the destiny of

‘individualized beings.’ So, where do I see all this going? Where does all of
this lead us in terms of our destination as ‘individualized beings’? As
‘Aware Space,’ we are timeless so there is no destiny to speak of. But, as
‘individualized beings,’ what is the next step?

Well, I’m not going to get into the Buddhist concept of Bardos or
reincarnation as all of that information is already out there in the public
domain for anyone to research. And it is not that I disbelieve in the Bardos
or reincarnation. I actually think these dynamics are valid and self-
verifiable. But I do not see the Bardos or the afterlife as being much
different than the world we know now. I regard the afterlife to be just more
appearances that come and go just like the appearances of this world.

But I do sense that we, as ‘individualized beings’ do have a

‘destiny’ that goes beyond the cyclic existence of incarnate phase and
discarnate phase of life. And I base this sense on the “Diamond Vision” that
I had where I saw that I was the “I” behind all eyes. One of the things that I
got from that vision was that all of the “individualized beings” were acting
as a ‘colony’ for a ‘Whole.’ In other words, our lives as ‘individuals’ are
‘collectively’ creating a ‘whole’ that is independent of our ‘individuation.’

What I saw in that Diamond Vision was that our feelings, emotions,
and the entirety of our ‘experience as individuals’ coalesce to form the very
fabric of this ‘Collective Whole.’ We cannot perceive the ‘Collective
Whole’ because of the ‘vortex of individuation’ that we are experiencing.
But what I saw in the Diamond Vision was that it is the formless feelings
and emotions of our life that paradoxically give form to this next level
‘Collective Whole.’ It is as if the formless energy of our individual
experiences are somehow transformed into an ethereal yet substantive form
that composes the body of the next ‘Collective Whole’ which we are in the
process of creating.

But I have no idea if this ‘Whole’ that we are creating is already

created since I was experiencing it outside of time. Or, if we are still in the
process of creating this next level of ‘life.’ But I got the very clear point
that our experiences as ‘individuals’ is somehow the actual fabric that is
creating this ‘Whole.’ We, as ‘individualized beings’ are the conduits for
the ‘Whole’ as the ‘Whole’ has no capability to experience anything
specific.

It should come as no surprise to find that there is absolutely no one

or no-thing watching over us as we ARE the very process of ‘watching.’
There is no ‘watcher’…Just watching. And we, as ‘individual folds of
Awareness,’ are that process of watching. Welcome to the fold.

THE END

Afterword

Well, that concluded the book but I keep discovering things

regarding the ‘Triune’ that I want to include in the discussion. But these
realizations are still happening in time. If I didn’t finish the book as I did,
then I feel like I could just keep writing about this forever and the book
would never be complete. Consider the rest of the words you read here to be
ideas that have not fully ‘emerged’ from the ethers just yet.
OK, so back to the ‘Triune.’ What I discovered is that the ‘Triune’ is
always made up of a union of two and its emergent property that was
created from that union. And I am beginning to see this as a possible loop
so let me break it down for you in super slow motion.
It all starts with the inseparability of ‘Aware Space.’ The fact that
there is nothing ‘else’ to be aware ‘of:’ spontaneously and necessarily
causes an attraction to itself. This is the emergence of ‘magnetic attraction’
but still before ‘time’ as ‘time’ is created by the actual ‘cognizance’ of
some ‘thing,’ even if that ‘thing’ is just yourself.

It is the emergence of this ‘magnetic attraction’ that draws

Awareness to itself thus creating the very first duality which is “Awareness
of Awareness.” This ‘Original consciousness’ of itself is the birth of ‘time’
as well as the birth of ‘otherness.’ This is what I referred to as the ‘Original
virgin birth.’

And that takes us to this side of life, where we already happened. It

is this side of life where the whole dynamic gets turned on its head. Now it
becomes the attraction to or desire to re-unite form and magnetic attraction
that results in ‘Aware Space,’ which from the perspective of an
‘individualized being’ seems exactly like death or being formless. And this
completes the loop as ‘Aware Space’ still has no choice but to become
attracted to itself: thus, continuing the cycle infinitely.

Alright, so I realize that was a complicated point so I will describe

what that process actually looks like, and then I will diagram the point for
further clarity. So, we start with the ‘Original Tension’ of ‘Aware Space’
and its emergent ‘magnetism’ to itself. The result of this attraction to itself
manifests as ‘duality’ or ‘form.’ That particular process explains the
emergence of ‘form.’
And now, within this ‘emergent form;’ the dynamic is now the
mirrored opposite dynamic of that ‘Original dynamic.’ Instead of the
inseparability of Aware Space and its magnetic attraction to itself, emerging
as ‘form.’ Now we have the union this ‘form’ and ‘magnetic attraction’
expressed as desire. Taken to its logical conclusion, the pursuit of desires
necessarily ends with the ‘last desire’ which is the ‘desire to desire
nothing.’

And you can already see where this is going because the desire to
‘desire nothing’ will naturally draw you right back to the beginning of
simply being born again as ‘Aware Space’ which is tantamount to the death
of the individual and so the cycle continues endlessly.

If that was not confusing enough, this is how it looks if you diagram
the whole thing. I will start with the general schematic of the base path and
fruit and then circle back with ‘Aware Space’ as the specific ‘Original
base.’ I will designate B, P, and F as the base, path, and fruit. Also, I should
remind you that any ‘emergent’ fruit instantly becomes its own base.
So…
Union of B/P=F F/B=P P/F=B B/P=F etc. as it repeats
itself infinitely.
Now, we will go over that again but this time we will designate: ‘Aware
Space’ as the B or base. ‘Magnetic attraction’ as P or the path. And
‘creation’ as F or the fruit.
The inseparability of Aware/Space=magnetic attraction
Union of magnetic attraction and Aware/Space= creation (virgin birth)
Union of creation and magnetic attraction= Aware/Space (death,
enlightenment)
Inseparability of Aware/Space=magnetic attraction Etc. – infinitely.

The reason that it repeats itself infinitely is because there is a ‘union’ in

time but outside of time, there is no union but rather ‘inseparability.’ The
word’ ‘union’ implies a coming together which requires ‘time.’ But the
word ‘inseparable’ acknowledges the atemporal nature of Aware/Space.
And it is that ‘inseparability’ of Aware/Space that is responsible for the
‘Original tension’ that sets the whole show into motion.
And what a show it is. Thank you for being a part of my show. Now
enjoy yours as I leave you with my only attempt at poetry which I wrote
decades ago signifying my initial insight and further obsession with the
“Triunistic model of Reality.”
EVERYTHING IS NOTHING

It seems that everything could be reduced to three. Everything,

Nothing and their inseparability. 0, 1 and the infinite that lies between
them. Just like a black and white TV where there is only light, dark and the
combination of them both to give rise to infinite possible pictures on the
screen. This is the same basis for our entire universe. The One reflecting
back into Nothingness gives rise to the ten thousand things...

Everything is.
Nothing is.
And Everything and Nothing are inseparable.

From Zero to One is infinity

There is only Zero.

There is only One.
Their inseparability makes two.

These are the three dimensions of Reality.

All is Unreal.
All is Real.
All is both and therefore neither Unreal or Real.

The Ultimate Truth is 1 and 2 make 3.

Mother and Father make Child

Movement and Stillness make Manifestation.
Nothing and Everything make Something.

All opposites make three.

White being all Color.

Black being the absence of color.
Together they make not just two but the infinite spectrum of color between
the two.

When the One imagines separation, it appears that there is a…

Someone Doing Something.

Thinker Thinking Thoughts.
Creator Creating Creation.

All is God Goding over Goddom.

The Universe Is.

The Universe Moves.
The Movement of Isness makes the Universe.

Our world is what it looks like when God looks in the Mirror.

For God to know himself he must look at his self. Our lives are nothing less
than the result of God looking for God. When we look for ourselves we
find God and when we look for God we find ourselves.
Proposed Further Reading
The following is a list of the most influential books that were integral to my

understanding, practice, and experience.

Paramahansa Yoganada - Autobiography of a Yogi
A true story about one man’s unwavering pursuit of 'Self Realization.’ This
book provided a model for how resolute one must be if they are to take their
spiritual path seriously. The author of the book also served to demonstrate
the importance of an 'impersonal love' being at the center of one’s practice.
This book served as an inspiration to 'find my path' and never look back.

Sogyal Rinpoche - Tibetan Book of Living and Dying

An instant classic that was recommended to me by my Eastern Philosophy
Professor. It is an introductory book to 'Tibetan Buddhism' but was written
from a Nondual perspective. This book would be the launching pad for my
own path which borrowed heavily from Zen and Dzocgchen.

Bodhidharma - Teachings of…

This is 'Zen' in its purest form. When I think of 'Zen,’ I do not think of
monasticism, sitting in a particular position, getting hit with a stick, koans,
shaved heads, or rock gardens. Instead, I think of Bodhidharma's
teaching..."Zen is not reliant on the written word. Zen is beyond the
scriptures. Zen is pointing directly at one’s mind. Zen is seeing one’s own
'Buddha Nature.’" If Zen is the purest and most direct teaching of Nondual
Awareness than I would say that the most thorough and exhaustive Nondual
teachings are Dzogchen.

Namkhai Norbu - Dzogchen : The Self Perfected State

An introduction to Dzogchen which, along with Zen, were the teachings
that were most influential in my own spiritual path. 'Dzog Chen,' which
translates as 'Self Perfected,' is a Nondual teaching that emphasizes how
everything is already inherently perfect and in no need of any modification
whatsoever. Everything is recognized to be natural and there is nothing to
renounce or pursue. Instead, there is only the spontaneous appearing and
disappearing of phenomena.
Tenzin Wangyal - Wonders of the Natural Mind
This is more of an academic book that describes the key concepts in 'Bon,’
which is an ancient shamanistic path that would later be the basis of
Dzogchen. Although there is a tremendous amount of profound
understanding that is to be gained from reading this book, the most valuable
insight that I walked away with was taken from the description of the
'Trikaya' principle. This was the inspiration for what I describe as the
'Triunsitic' perspective. Everything that I wrote in this book only serves as
an opener to a conversation that I would like to have regarding this
'Triunistic' perspective.

Douglas Harding - Face to No face

Although Douglas Harding is most famous for his classic book, 'On Having
No Head,’ this was my introduction to his work. All of Harding’s books are
centered on profoundly effective experiments that he designed to point the
reader directly to "who they really, reallly are.” After I had the experience
where I spontaneously saw in 360 degrees exposing the Void behind me and
the world appearing on a screen directly in front of me, I suspected that this
was a result of performing his experiments. I found his experiments to be so
powerful that I felt like I absorbed the whole of his teachings even before
reading a single word of his. I discovered everything that he was pointing to
just from looking at a single picture from one of his experiments.
And here is that picture which points you directly to "who you really, really
are.”
