This document is a QA Program Learning Plan form for a nursing student named Braveena Vignarajah. It collects her personal information and identifies her current learning needs as medication administration, appropriate documentation, and practicing sterile techniques. She then lists two learning goals - to research medications before her shifts and balance her workload to properly complete assessments and administer medications on time as her first goal. Her second goal is to clearly document assessments and at least two nursing notes per shift that meet her preceptor's standards. Finally, she lists a third goal of observing and learning sterile techniques from peers to gain experience and be able to independently practice techniques like dressing changes and putting on sterile gloves by the end of her clinical placement
