International Tourism and Travel Management of LYCEUM OF THE PHILIPPINES
UNIVERSITY MANILA we will be conducting a conference for the second semester for the
A.Y. 2022-2023, Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions/Events (MICE). This
event aims to maximize the platform we have to further gain knowledge from Tourism and
Hospitality Professionals.

activity and impart your presence with the students in this event. In this light, we humbly request
you to be one of our Sponsors for this event with the title: "Padayon, Turismo! 2023:
Illuminating the Path for the Future Tourism and Hospitality Professionals” scheduled on
June 21, 2023, at 8:00am to be held at Le Pavillion, Pasay, Metro Manila.

TERMS AND GUIDELINES

For Monetary Sponsorship:

- There will be two (2) payment options available for the Sponsors. The (1) Bank/Wire
transfer and (2) GCash transaction.
- After a successful transaction, the Sponsor shall send a proof of payment at
[email protected] for reference and recording.
- The amount sent is strictly non-refundable nor transferable.
- A confirmation email will be sent once the payment has been validated.

For Products Sponsorship:

 - All company products are welcome (i.e food products, accessories, clothes, services etc.)

For Gift-Certificate/Voucher Sponsorship:

- The vouchers/gift certificate shall be valid at least until 31st of December 2023.
- The Sponsor has an option to either design their own voucher stub or allow the organizer
to design the stub on their behalf.
- Please indicate terms and conditions of the gift certificate upon agreement.
- A confirmation email will be sent once the vouchers/gift certificates have been
validated.
