Welcome to Boom 3D

Boom 3D is an all-new pro audio app that delivers rich and intense audio with 3D surround sound that makes any kind
of headphone sound so much better.

This nifty app has been engineered with some incredible features and is a great companion for Mac. The 3D surround
sound offered by Boom 3D improves the acoustic experience by several notches and delivers a sound quality that the
ears keep longing for!

The user interface in Boom 3D is sleek, the graphics are catchy and the app overall is extremely easy to operate.
INSTALLATION GUIDE FOR BOOM 3D:
• Launch the app
• Sign up to create your Boom account using the email address that you’ve used to purchase Boom 3D.

• Click on “Experience More” on the main screen.

• Click on “Ok”. And you’ll be directed to download an audio component.

• Download and install the Boom 3D audio component and restart your Mac.
• Once installed, you can use System Wide EQ, Volume Boosting and 3D functionality options.
Quick Controls
The Boom 3D icon in the status bar offers quick access in order to increase and decrease the Boom volume, boost up or
down the 3D level, select Equalizer presets, control individual application volumes or play tracks from the audio player.

Hotkey Controls

Boom 3D offers alternatives to set key combinations as Hotkeys to instantly control a lot of the features. You can assign
any Hotkey of choice from within Boom 3D’s Settings.

3D Surround Sound

The most significant feature of Boom 3D is the patent-pending 3D Surround Sound technology, which offers an immersive
virtual surround sound experience that is entrancing and works on any headset!

Click on the ‘Arrow’ icon next to the “3D Surround” to enter a menu where you can individually turn channels ON/OFF by
tapping them. You also have an option to control the bass with a toggle-friendly slider.
Intensity Slider
The Intensity slider renders the intensity of the surround audio output and gives more control to the users. Slide it until you
find your optimum level.

Select Audio Output Device

Click on the headphone icon on the main app screen to choose the type of Audio Output device.

Audio Player

Boom 3D now features a full-fledged Audio Player with a simple drag and drop feature to add music files effortlessly. Or,
click on the “music” icon on the left to go to the player screen from where you can access all songs stored on your device.
You can drag and drop songs or click on “+Songs” to add songs to the playlist.

To create playlist:
• Click on the “more” icon on the right side of the track or right click on the track.
• Select “Add to playlist”

• Add the track to a new playlist or to an existing one.

Radio
Sign Up to access more than 20,000 local and international Radio stations within Boom.
 • Click on the “music” icon on the left to go to the player screen.

• On top left, you can find the Radio section; choose channels based on genres such as “local”, “country”, “popular”, etc.

Boom Volume & Controlled Boost

The Boom Volume Controller: Feel Your Audio In Its Finest Form.

The Boom Volume Controller along with the Controlled Boost feature offers the users a complete control over the system
audio output through a neatly designed toggle bar. It helps them easily adjust the volume that comes out of the Mac.
Apps Volume Controller

Boom 3D comes with an all-new Application Level Volume Control, which helps the users to adjust volumes application
wise.

Users can mute any particular application with a single click by tapping here without changing the volume level.

Equalizer And Presets

The Handcrafted Equalizer Presets: Re-calibrated For An Enhanced Audio Output.
The Equalizer Presets can pump-up any audio on your Mac as they are curated to perfection for a number of genres and
tastes, to match the varied choices of music.

The equalizer comes with a set of default presets for the most commonly used effects and has options to customize and
create your own.

Clicking on the dropdown list shows all the presets. On hovering the mouse pointer over or near any band in the equalizer,
the frequency represented by that band is shown along with the markings, allowing for more precise adjustments in terms
of values.

Once you make a change in the equalizer settings by manually adjusting the frequencies, the preset selector changes to a
section where you need to enter a new name for it. This gets added as a new custom preset. Custom presets can be
selected or edited from the same drop-down list that shows the main Boom 3D presets.
The Boom 3D Equalizer effect is applied to the overall system sound.
Boom 3D comes with 31-bands Advanced Equalizers, so that you can have more control over the frequency bands.
Audio Effects

We have included the below mentioned audio effects to heighten your audio experience:

Ambience
Experience Ambience while feeling sound moving all around you with mind-blowing realism. Get an earful of notes from
direction, making it sound like a live performance like no other.

Fidelity
Be here, there and everywhere with Fidelity. Listen to everything from music to dialogues to the falling of leaves with
amazing detail, crispness, and clarity.

Night Mode
With just one click, Night Mode nominalizes the audio to produce sounds that aren’t too loud or faint. This is perfect for
action movies where certain sounds are loud while the rest are muffled.

Spatial
Be right at the center of your audio, while sound flows around you! Feel the illusion with the ‘Spatial’ effect; feel more
realistic sound that seem to come from everywhere around you.

Pitch
Listen to your favorite tracks with its pitch a note higher or lower just like the way you love it!
Uninstallation Steps

We really hate this part, but we’ll tell you how to do it:

Open Boom App to find “hamburger” icon on top right corner of the window, and go to “About”

You can find “Uninstall Boom 3D” option in the “About” screen at the left bottom corner of the screen.

Click on the “Uninstall Boom 3D” button to download the Boom Audio uninstaller and run it. Or, you can download directly

Then delete the app from applications folder. Boom will be uninstalled completely.
