Chief Executive Officer
The CEO is the highest-ranking executive of any given company. Think Jeff Bezos to
Amazon, Elon Musk to Tesla, and Michele Buck to Hershey’s. The CEO is responsible
for the overall success of the business, including the vision, mission, direction and overall
strategy. Carrying the weight of the company on their shoulders, the CEO is responsible
for devising new strategic plans and policies to bring their visions to reality. By setting
out clear aims and objectives, the CEO helps employees and the BoD (Board of
Directors) to better understand upcoming expectations for business growth, both in the
short and long-run.
CEOs direct and oversee the business’s overall strategic direction, developing high-
quality business strategies and plans that align with both their short-term and long-term
objectives. It’s their duty to communicate their approach across the company so as to
ensure that its operations are working in accordance with its overarching strategy, with
the end goal of maximizing profits, increasing shareholder value, and improving market
position. Other responsibilities include budgeting and forecasting, public relations,
communicating, tracking company performance and establishing working culture.

VP of operations
VP of operations is a senior executive tasked with overseeing the day to day
administrative and operational functions of a business. Vice president of operations is the
one who plans, coordinates and oversees operation activities in the organization, ensuring
development and implementation of efficient operations and cost effective systems to
meet current and future needs of the organization. They are responsible for monitoring
and implementing corporate decisions that would benefit the company’s operational
processes and development.

VP of finance
The Vice President of Finance is an upper-level executive who oversees all financial
matters for an organization, from making sure payroll is finished on time to analyzing
market trends.
They serve as a financial advisor to the CEO and executive team for strategic planning
purposes. Overseeing all sides of accounting operations, including payables, receivables,
payroll and tax preparation. Developing appropriate tracking methods for revenue and
expenses.

VP of human resources
They often lead a team of HR professionals focusing on the areas of organizational
policy, recruitment, compliance, employee relations, performance, and benefits.
As a member of the company's leadership board, the vice president of human resources
might take part in weekly or monthly directors' meetings, where they collaborate with
other vice presidents and directors to set goals for the company. In some companies, the
vice president of human resources directly manages the HR staff, which might include
coordinators and payroll specialists. In others, the vice president of human resources
might delegate management tasks to an HR manager or supervisor, while maintaining
control of the department's budget and strategic goals.

VP OF MARKETING
VP stands for vice president. Vice president (VP) of marketing is a person known as an
expert in marketing who is in charge for all in all marketing results of a company. The
goals of a VP of marketing is to strengthen the market of the company they are working
for and to achieve their wanted business goals. To achieve these goals VP of marketing
must put their efforts in order and supervise marketing strategies. VP of marketing also
have other duties such as putting it upon themselves to form an annual marketing
plan/strategy/team for their company. Furthermore, they are encouraged to build trusting
relationships with their fellow employees, clients, and/or government officials.
