Analyze user story of changes, improvement , or new feature in PRD (Product Requirement Document)
Coordinate with team to escalate issues to make decisions. For example release decisions, testing scope, product requirements, etc.
Execute feature / development test accross Ruangguru Products and Platforms (Website , Desktop , Mobile)
Create test plan , run test plan , reporting bugs (define the priority and severity of the bug) and generate test plan results
Create scenario test for Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Doing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Phase with products team and development teams
Create User Acceptance Testing (UAT) report and feedbacks
Supporting release team to do Regression Test and Smoke Test
Maintain test cases (including add , update , or delete test cases)
Identify more edge cases that are not well defined in PRD (Product Requirement Document) by doing exploratory testing or based on testing
