Thank you for choosing to take your IELTS test with IDP Education Lanka (Private) Limited. 

In order to complete the test booking you may visit us at our office or deposit cash to our bank account. 

You will have 3 calendar days from the registration to make a payment for your booking before it expires.  

Computer Delivered IELTS Candidates - payment should be made at least before 96 hours from the test
date even you have 3 days from the registration. 

Paper Based IELTS candidates - The Speaking test will be scheduled before or after the writing (Listening/
Reading/Writing) test or same day. You should receive the Speaking test confirmation email approximately 2/3
days prior to your Speaking test date.

Paper Based IELTS - Listening / Reading / Writing registration starts at 12:00 noon and closes at 12:30 p.m.
Test commences at 01:00 pm sharp. Note that you will not be allowed into the exam hall after 12.45 p.m. in
which case your test fee will not be refunded.

You must bring your current, valid passport to the test (Written and Speaking). Certified copies will not be
accepted. If you do not have your passport, you will not be able to sit the test. It must be the same Passport
which you have registered for the test.

Once the transaction has been completed email us the bank transfer confirmation slip
to [email protected] (mailto:[email protected]) (please note all cash deposit slips must be
emailed to us within one day of your registration to ensure your registration will not expire on the
3rd day)

Please note that due to the current situation your speaking test date and time might get changed and
you will be sent an email with the Re-scheduled speaking date and time.

Your Speaking test might be conducted Face to Face or Video Call Speaking. During both occasions
candidate needs to come to the test location.  

Also, with the pandemic situation there might be changes in your registered test date or location. If
any changes, you will be given option to change the date or location accordingly.
