Thank you for your inquiry for equipment / vehicle rental.

We are pleased to submit our best quotation as follows (in AED) for above mentioned
location.

Please carefully read the following Terms and Conditions

Terms & Conditions:

1. Be noted that Vehicle/Equipment/s/Services are subject to availability upon
confirmation.
2. Service will be performed only after conformation and issuance of LPO.
3. Operators Transportation and Accommodation will be provided by Client.
4. Signed and stamped quotation is required to proceed the order. It is mandatory.
5. Any delay while loading & unloading from customer end, waiting charges will be
applied accordingly.
6. Proper space is required at the loading & unloading points (Areas).
7. 5% standard VAT will be added to the Invoice.
8. All Permissions by the Client.
9. The above rates are based on 10 hours x 26 working days =260hrs/month.
10. Overtime in excess of 10hrs/shift day and or on week off / holidays will be charged on
a pro-rata basis.
11. If the vehicle/equipment is off hired or does work less than 14 days then daily rates
will be charged.

12. If the vehicle/equipment is off hired or does work less than 21 days then weekly rates
will be charged.
13. Maintenance will be from Swift Liger Transport.
14. Do not use the machine without diesel/petrol, as if it will get Air lock than customer
will be liable to pay 1,000 AED as penalty in case of that machine hired without
operator.
15. Do not use the machine in the sand. If machine gets stuck in the sand, customer is
liable to remove OR need to pay the removal charges.
16. Getting all permissions (Parking, RTA, Dubai Municipality, any Govt. &Non-Govt.
Authorities etc.) are the responsibility of the Customer (Any Fine due to working at
site without permission, Swift Liger Transport is not responsible to pay any fine).
17. Night time work all type of permissions at Mall is the customer responsibility and the
customer is liable to pay charges as per the rental agreement if delayed by the mall
management.
18. Any type of property safety is the customer responsibility and any mark on the floor
due to machine tires should also be the customer responsibility (to avoid this customer
should wrap the tires with plastic paper/put 30mm plywood sheet on the floor at the
time of machine moving, parking, working mode and opening tires.
19. Above vehicles are with all third-party certifications.
20. Driver / Operator shelter / Food at site should be provided by client.
21. Salik& AD Toll Gate charges on client scope.
22. The above rates are valid only 7days from the date of quotation.
23. Any Road permission required client need to apply
Required Documents:
1. Company valid Trade License (All Pages).
2. Copy of Documents showing authorized signatory.
3. VAT registration certificate.
4. Exact Project Location & Site Engineer/Supervisor Contact Details.

Payment Terms:
1. Total amount of Invoice must be released within 7 days from the date of Invoice
Submission.
2. Incase if Vehicle/Equipment is off hired less than a month during monthly rental
payment should be made by cash or online bank transfer.
3. Payment should be made cash or online bank transfer in case of Trip Base, Daily Base,
or Weekly Base hiring.
4. Any Non-Compliance in Payment Term from the client then,
SWIFT LIGER TRANSPORT will have the right to Back Charge
(with 5 % additional charges on TAX Invoice).
