This document provides specifications for an SKLep SSM Power Cell and Assembly that can generate electricity through E-Cat technology in a cost-effective, sustainable way for both stationary and mobile applications. The cells operate at 12V and 10W and can be connected in serial and parallel configurations to achieve different voltage and power outputs. The cells have a high energy and power density, operating temperature range of -20°C to 60°C, over 10 year lifespan, and generate electricity through extracting energy from the zero-point energy field in a self-sustained mode without consuming fuel or producing waste.

Remarks
1) The cell is switched ON when connected to an allowed load Rload. Reaction Time from OFF to ON is < 1 s.
2) Iout = Vout /Rload .The cell is switched OFF when Rload is disconnected or Ioad exceeds Max Operational Power.
3) Power cells and assemblies can be interconnected in serial and parallel to achieve higher voltage and power.
