Terms & Conditions;
1 The scheme does not include Metal Accessories, Lubricants and Solvents
2 All Sales Values* are excluding GST
To qualify for this scheme, a Retailer has to enroll and purchase material from a chosen

single Finolex Authorized Distributor during any given month
4 Retailers have to clear outstanding for claiming the Ticket/s.
5 Sales returns by Retailer, if any will be deducted in the final calculation.
6 Retailers enrolled and registered under GST will be only entitled for this Scheme.
7 Finolex reserves the right to alter, amend or cancel the scheme without prior information
8 Incase of any dispute, abnormality/deviations/aberration, decision of Finolex will be final
9 All disputes are subject to Mumbai Jurisdiction only
Force Majeure Clause applicable incase of any situation beyond control of the Distributor
