IB Programme relationship manager supports by: providing guidance on IB standards and practices,
developing and delivering professional development for teachers and administrators, supports school in
development and implementation of curriculum and assessments.

2.The IB development team is responsible for designing and developing the IB curriculum and
assessment materials. They work closely with educators and subject matter experts to ensure that the
materials are relevant, rigorous and aligned with international standards.

3.In the resource library, all general IB information , PYP, MYP , DP , AND CP is given.

4. A feasibility study provides an independent assessment, save time, energy and money. It also includes
market research, financial research, management, schedule determination and technical research.

5.The Application for Candidacy form is designed to help schools determine whether or not they meet
the requirements to become an authorized IB world school.It outlines the school’s commitment to meet
the IB’s educational standards and expectations, as well as its ability to implement the program
effectively.
The Application for Authorization form is used by schools that have been accepted as candidates for IB
authorization. It serves as a detailed plan for how the school will implement the IB Programme, outlining
everything from curriculum to assessment and teacher training.The form is reviewed by the IB to ensure
that the school is prepared to meet its high standards and expectations.Once the application is
approved, the school can begin the process of implementing the Programme.

6. The IB assigns a consultant and the consultancy period begins. Consultant provides support, guidance ,
training and resources to schools to help meet them the IB’s standards.

7. The action plan will include the full range of tasks that are part of the candidacy period.These include:
- establishing or building upon an existing collaborative planning practice in the school so that the school
community can effectively engage in culture, policy and curriculum development during candidacy and
beyond.
-developing or updating the required school policies in alignment with the IB’s expectations for each.
-planning and documenting the school IB’s curriculum and plans for implementation.
-making any additions or refinements to the school facilities and resources so that they will meet the IB’s
Programme standards and practices and allow the school to implement the Programme it is planning.
-conducting the consultation visit and reviewing the feedback given by the consultant’s visit report.
-planning for, and completing, the PD required for authorization.

The school have to gather all the evidence to confirm that it has met all the requirements for
authorization.This includes:
-school staff must complete the workshops to meet the PD requirements for authorization.The school
indicates that the relevant staff have completed the current version of the required workshop.
-The Programme coordinator must complete the current version of the category 1 “Leading the
Learning” workshop for the program under their responsibility..
- Show the completion of required PD for only one IB category 1 subject workshop per teacher.
-Fees for professional development workshop and fees for consideration phase.
8. The IB and the school produce several documents and reports to ensure that the program is running
effectively.These include:
- Programme evaluation: The IB and the school conduct regular evaluations of the program to ensure
that it is meeting its goal and objectives.

-Student performance reports:The IB and the school produce reports on Student performance to track
progress and identify areas for improvement.

-Curriculum guides:The IB and the school produce curriculum guides to help education plan and deliver
the IB curriculum.

-Assessment Reports:The IB and the school produce assessment reports to provide feedback to
students on their performance and help them improve.

-Professional Development plans: The IB and the school produce professional development plans to
ensure that educators are equipped to teach the IB curriculum effectively.

9.IB educators conduct the verification by conducting a visit to the school, the team will confirm the
information provided and gather additional evidence to determine whether the school has met the IB’s
requirements for authorization by meeting the members of the school community. Touring the school
facilities and observing classes. The visiting team will not provide guidance or advice during the visit.
