The Department issued DILG Memorandum Circular (MC) No. 2023-032 dated
February 22, 2023, relative to the Conduct of the Barangay Assembly Day for the 1st
Semester of CY 2023.

The subject Circular provides, among others, the activities to be undertaken before,
during, and after the Barangay Assembly (BA) Day, including the submission of
compliance report by the barangays to the concerned DILG Field Offices, as well as
the submission of related Regional Consolidated Reports to the DILG-Central Office.

To effectively monitor the submission of reports and for ease in consolidating BA-
related data, NBOO prepared the google monitoring spreadsheet link per Region, to
