Job description
Role & Responsibilities:

Brand Management:
 Lead and Drive marketing team of people from various segments including PR managers, Social
Media Managers, Corporate Communication managers, Video Editors and Graphic Designers.
 Developing and executing marketing and communication strategies to promote the company's
services, build brand awareness, generate organic traffic and increase brand visibility.
 Design and coordinate promotional campaigns, other marketing efforts across channels (online
and offline both) and take ownership of the complete brand narrative.
 Develop a feasible marketing plan for the department and oversee its day-to-day implementation.
 Ensure appropriate levels of analytics are created, reviewed, and reported that inform decision-
making around brand building.
PR & Media Relations:
 Manage media and analytics business, to deliver success in this role you should understand media
strategy and planning across paid channels.
 Responsible for providing thoughtful and purposeful recommendations for planning media
channels including Search, Social, Display, and Video, owning journalists relationships, and
then executing those recommendations expertly.
 Work closely inter and intra teams to drive media led marketing solutions in line with SATYAs
objectives.
Social Media Management:
 Strong lead generation and quality campaigns through Digital Marketing platform (SEO, SCM,
PPC, website traffic, social media initiatives, Facebook, twitter, etc.
Corporate Communication:
 Develop content and gather information together into drafts for review and approvals and edit as
needed throughout the approvals process. (Including case studies, white paper reports, company
collaterals, presentations etc)
 Navigating challenging communication and crisis management situations with professionalism
and effective problem-solving skills.
Event Management:
 Clear Assessment of operational requirements for the event.
 Prepare the end-to-end story board for the event.
 Vendor management for on ground operational execution.
 Regularly review operational reports for updates and changes to ensure effective execution.

Desired Candidate Profile


 Total 7-8 years of progressive experience of which 8-10 years across Consumer, Digital and
Brand Marketing in BFSI Industry.
 Total 4 years of experience should be of independently leading a team.
 Experience in digital marketing and digital transformation initiatives is a must.
 Experiences in collaborating with all levels of cross functional leaders and departments.
 Experience in building strategic pathways on brands/portfolio he/she has led.
 Critical understanding of content marketing - case studies, podcasts, webinars, guides, and more.
 Knowledge of Media Planning, buying, and executing. Will be responsible to lead the key
accounts for all media-related operations, execution, and delivery.
 Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
