BGMEA Protocol - Rev

The document provides guidelines for factories to follow when reopening after closures due to COVID-19. It outlines operational phases with reduced workforce, entrance protocols like temperature checks and handwashing, social distancing measures, establishing a COVID-19 task force and on-site medical team, leave policies, guidelines for vulnerable workers, sanitization, increasing airflow, training workers, and procedures to follow if COVID-19 is suspected on site. Factories are advised to reopen in phases with 30% workforce in the first phase and potentially 50% in the second phase if prior health and safety guidelines are followed.
