aspect of our life. Even though technology
helps us stay in touch and communicate with
friends and family, it has ultimately done
more harm than good to people's lives. In the
digital realm of social media, it is common to
feel anxious, depressed, pressured, and
fearful due to its availability and
transparency.

Solution
This is all great news for those wanting to relieve anxiety and stress
and lift their mood.

Drawing and coloring can distract you from the unwanted thoughts
associated with anxiety. When you want to find a way to take a break from
distressing thoughts, drawing offers a way to focus your attention on
something calming. Drawing and coloring can be a helpful tool for anyone
seeking new ways to manage anxiety symptoms. Not an artist? That's OK -
