Kesihatan Negeri Pahang

The purpose of this research is to investigate the factors that affect user satisfaction
towards the Human Resource Management Information System (HRMIS) system quality at
Jabatan Kesihatan Negeri Pahang. Specifically, this study will focus on the following factors:
technical issues such as system crashes, slow system response, and connectivity problems
(Wibowo et al., 2021; Dehghanbaghi et al., 2018; Akram et al., 2018). System reliability and
accuracy, including the perceived trustworthiness and accuracy of the HRMIS system (Al-
Lozi et al., 2021; Shabib & Alawadhi, 2020; Lee & Kim, 2020), and user training and support,
including the adequacy and effectiveness of user training programs and support resources
(Kaur & Kaur, 2019; Alshuwaiyer & Razzaq, 2020). These factors will be examined in the
context of user acceptance and satisfaction of HR information systems, as studied by El-
