Project Proposal
Project Proposal
The primary challenge is the lack of awareness among individuals about the benefits of
selling or buying used items as waste goods. This results in a lower volume of available
goods for collection. Increasing awareness about the environmental and economic advantages
of waste goods trading is crucial to encourage active participation from vendors and buyers.
The current approach of buyers going door-to-door to collect waste goods is inefficient and
time-consuming. There is no guarantee of obtaining waste goods from every house, leading
to wasted efforts and resources. The collection process needs to be optimized to ensure
maximum coverage and improve the efficiency of waste goods collection.
The absence of fixed market prices for waste goods contributes to uncertainty and
inconsistent trading practices. Negotiations between vendors and buyers are subjective, based
on personal circumstances and moods, resulting in an unpredictable trading environment.
Establishing standardized pricing mechanisms can promote transparency and fairness in
waste goods trading.
The limited willingness of buyers to actively participate in waste goods trading reduces the
chances of vendors finding interested buyers for their goods. This reliance on the arrival of
buyers makes it challenging for vendors to sell their waste goods in a timely manner.
Encouraging buyer engagement through targeted marketing, incentives, and convenient
collection processes is crucial to stimulate demand for waste goods.
CHAPTER 1: INTRODUCTION
The waste collector system Project is an ambitious initiative that aims to revolutionize the
waste management system by leveraging technology and community engagement. It focuses
on optimizing waste selling, collection, and recycling processes by creating a digital platform
and interconnected network of vendors, waste collectors, and recycling centers. This project
recognizes the importance of waste goods collection and redistribution in promoting
sustainability, reducing waste, and driving economic growth. By facilitating communication
and collaboration among stakeholders, the waste collector Project transforms the perception
of waste from a burden to a valuable resource. Its primary goal is to promote a circular
economy model, where waste is seen as an opportunity for economic growth while ensuring
environmental sustainability.
Objectives:
The objectives of project are,
To Enhance Waste Management Efficiency,
To Empower Waste Generators,
To Facilitate Economic Growth for Waste Collectors,
Waste Goods Selling Platform: The project aims to develop a digital platform that
serves as a marketplace for waste goods. This platform will enable waste generators,
such as households and businesses, to sell their recyclable waste items to interested
buyers, including waste collectors and recycling centers.
Waste Collection Network: The project seeks to establish a network of waste
collectors who will be responsible for collecting waste goods from the sellers. These
collectors will be connected to the digital platform and will coordinate with waste
generators to schedule pickups and ensure efficient collection.
Recycling Centers Collaboration: The Project intends to collaborate with recycling
centers to create a streamlined process for recycling waste goods. The project will
connect waste collectors with recycling centers, ensuring that the collected waste is
efficiently processed and recycled to extract maximum value.
Limitations:
Performance
The project is designed for smooth performance with optimization and good response.
Usability
It will be very easy to use for customers who use mobile phones and computers. Because
of simple user interface, it is easy to use.
Any operating systems, browsers, and their versions may support the system and it will be
processed within these environments.
Feasibility Analysis:
Feasibility study is conducted to make sure product is feasible regarding different factors
like technical, operational and economical.
Technical:
Already existing resources are derived and applied in this system so there is no
technical problem in building this system.
Operational:
The system has been optimized on the frontend to make it more user friendly.
Economic:
The platform is available and easily accessible via the internet which makes it
economically feasible. Users only require an internet connection to access contents in
the platform. Moreover, there is no any charges of any sorts associated with contents
of the platform, neither during registration.
Algorithms:
