A. Project: SBA Studio & Admin building, reporting to Engr.Abdul


Rahman.

1. Site Survey for routing of LV cable and transformer room


2. To finalize the location of T/F room with Saudi electrical
company
3. To finalize length of the cable from transformer room to building
electrical room.
4. Review and approved Grounding system layout shop drawing.
5. Inspection for installation of grounding copper cable in column.
6. Review and rejected Lighting layout shop drawing.
7. Review and rejected Power layout shop drawing.
8. Review and rejected Fire alarm system layout shop drawing.
9. Review and approved LV cable quantity as per shop drawing.
10.Review and approved material submittal for PVC,EMT conduit
11. Review & approved material submittal for steel junction boxes
12. Material receiving inspection for PVC conduit & Boxes
13. Inspection for installation of Lighting routing PVC conduits and
boxes in slab Admin building (Part–1).
14. Inspection for installation of Grounding system raiser sleeves in
slab Admin building (Part–1).
15. Every week meeting with contractors for discussing regarding
about submittal of shop drawing and material technical.
16. Inspection for installation of Lighting routing PVC conduits and
boxes in slab Admin building (Part–2).
17. Inspection for installation of Grounding system raiser sleeves in
slab Admin building (Part–2).
18. Rejected Material technical submittal for Fire Alarm system
recommended for another brand.
19. Review and approved Lighting system layout shop drawing
(Rev-03 approved).
20. Review and approved ground power system layout shop
drawing (Rev-03 approved).
21. Review and approved Fire alarm system layout shop drawing
(Rev-03 approved).
22.Review and approved ground HVAC power system layout shop
drawing (Rev-01 approved).
23. Inspection for installation of PVC conduit & EMT boxes in wall
for power outlet and telephone & data outlets, Admin building
(Part–2).
24.Inspection for installation of PVC sleeves for fire alarm main
panel board to sub panel boards.
25. Everyday follow up with contractor for work progress, submittal
of shop drawing & material technical documents.

B. Project: Studio A Control Room upgrade, reporting to Engr.Hani

27. Review and commented lower ceiling lighting system layout
shop drawing.
28. Review and commented power system layout shop drawing.
29. Review and commented lighting and power panel load schedule
and suggested to reduce the loads.
30. Site Survey for routing of LV cable and panel board location in
studio A control room.
31. Inspection and follow up with contractor for site activities of
ongoing works.

C. Project: Studio A, reporting to Engr.Abd Sabbagh

32. Prepared and submitted load schedule of panel ST-DB-01


33. Prepared and submitted load schedule of panel ST-DB-02
34. Prepared and submitted load schedule of panel UPS
35. Load Calculation for LED video wall display and finalize breaker
size.
36. Load Calculation for Studio light and finalize breaker size.
37. Load Calculation for Studio control room equipment and

D. Project: Radio Stations – Ras Al Khair and Duba, reporting to


Engr.Ahmed A Bugis
38. Preparation of specification for MV transformer, Cable and
switch gear.
39. Calculating the length of MV cables.
40. Determine the capacities of transformer and breakers
41. Preparation of method statements
42. Preparation of bill of quantity
43. Any queries follow up with concerned engineer
