TIMINGS MEALS

EARLYMORNING (6.00 AM) 1 cup warm water with juice of half a lime and honey

BREAKFAST (7.00 AM) 3 idlis with 1 small bowl sambar and ½ a small bowl of peanut and
coconut chutney, tomato and onion chutney

(or)

2-3 idiyappams with vegetable stew

(or)

1 medium bowl Pongal (use slivered almonds instead of cashews) with


coconut chutney

1 cup green tea (or) 1 cup filter coffee (use 1 teaspoon sugar) (or) 1 cup
black coffee

4 almonds

MID MORNING (10.00 AM) 1 medium apple or a small bowl of grapes


1 cup cut fruits
(ANY ONE CAN BE 1 cup freshly pressed fruit juice
FOLLOWED ON ANY DAY) Cucumber slices + 4 almonds
3 almonds + 1 cup watermelon juice
1 banana + 2 almonds
1 cup coconut water

LUNCH (1.00 PM) 1 medium cup white rice


Any Vegetable poriyal
1 cup sambar, 1 cup rasam
1 cup buttermilk
POST LUNCH (4.00 PM) 1 cup of green tea (or) 1 cup of black tea/coffee (or) 1 cup of coconut
water
(Coffee/tea with boiled egg One or two boiled egg
or Coffee/tea with biscuits 2 Marie biscuit or 1 multigrain biscuit
can be followed) 6 inshell pistachios

DINNER (7.00 PM) 2 rotis /chapati + 1 medium bowl of vegetable curry


1 small cup of curd
cucumber and carrot salad

BEDTIME (10.00 PM) 1 cup warm milk with a pinch of turmeric
