Secretary of DOMESTIC CARGO TRUCKING SERVICES AND MOTOR SALES CORP. doing
business under the name and style of STEELTECH CONSTRUCTION BUILDERS, a
corporation duly organized and existing under the laws of the Philippines, with office
address at Beside San Miguel Corp., National Highway, Lagao, General Santos City, under
oath, do hereby certify that at the special meeting of the Board of Directors of the
Corporation held on June 19, 2023, the following resolution was unanimously adopted:

RESOLVED, that PILAR C. NAVAL be as it hereby, authorized to transact, execute and


sign all documents in behalf of the Corporation pertaining to its application for Authority to
print Sales Charge Invoice, Collection Receipt and Official Receipt.

That this certificate is being executed in order to attest to the truth of the foregoing
