HAO - STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

I would like to apply for France visa upon my intention to join a study tour with IAE Paris
Sorbonne Business School, ESCP Europe and travel from 06 September 2022 to 30
September 2022.

Talking about myself, I have been employed at DaNa Tire Joint Stock Company since
November 2020, currently holding the position of Senior Sales Executive, who will oversee
the sales performance of the company. My employer has already approved my leave for this
trip and I will return to work on 01, October 2022.

CFVG and IAE Paris Sorbonne Business School, ESCP Europe have been in partnership for
many years to train and teach master's students in some key areas such as Business
Administration, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain. This year, after the unexpected
circumstances of COVID, CFVG and IAE Paris Sorbonne Business School and ESCP Europe
would like to resume teaching and learning schedule as normal by having a study trip to
France in 2 weeks (IAE Paris Sorbonne Business School’s invitation is attached).

I am a student of CFVG Ho Chi Minh and studying Master of Marketing Sales & Services
Program. So basically, I will study with my classmates for 2 weeks, and 2 weeks for
travelling. I really hope that I can travel to France this September.

The main purpose of my trip is to join the Study Tour and Travel around. Please see my brief
itinerary as below:
. 06 September 2022: Flight from Vietnam to France
. 07 September - 16 September 2022: Join the Study Trip with 2 schools and classmates
. 17 September - 30 September 2022: Travel around France
. 30 September 2022: France to Vietnam

About my travel history, from 2010 to 2022, I have travelled to different countries named as
Japan, Australia, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand.

Mindful of my legal and ethical responsibility to provide entirely truthful information on my


visa application, I attest that the submitted documents do not contain any falsehoods or
exaggerations about my personal status.

So, to fulfill the requirements for France Application Visa, I have prepared:
1. A Permanent working contract at DaNa Tire Joint Stock Company with the amount of
______________ million VND gross salary per month (I have attached the letter to
confirm that my salary is paid by cash signed by the company)
2. Employment and leave form signed by Mrs. Nguyen Thi Hong Ha - Director showing
approved leaves as well as the date I am expected to return to work
3. Saving Accounts as proof of my financial status
4. Bank statements in 3 recent months
5. My household booklet of my whole family
6. Current and old passport showing my travel history
7. Letter of invitation signed by IAE Paris Sorbonne Business School
8. My travel plan
9. My travel insurance
10. Also, the additional documents required for Visa Application

To fulfill the requirements of the embassy, I have already got 3 shots of the Covid vaccine,
PCR tests will be done 72 hours before our flight if needed.

One more thing to mention, as I have booked a flight to Singapore to travel from 05 August -
07 August 2022 so I hope to receive approval for our visitor visa applications as well as my
passport before 05 August 2022 (Flight booking & hotel booking are in the attached file).
