Behavioural interview questions

During the interviewing process, your potential employers might ask you behavioural
interview questions. These questions generally involve asking examples of particular
events in which you applied specific skills or describing how you handled certain types
of challenges. It is a technique for them to see what you are capable of based on your
previous work performance and attitude. Following are a few behavioural questions:

1. Tell me about an instance when you did not fulfil the company's
objectives on time. What happened and how did you try to improve your
performance?
2. Give me an example of a time when you got some feedback you did not
expect. How did you feel about it and how did you handle the situation?
3. Describe a period when your team or firm changed suddenly. How did it
affect you and how did you adjust?

understanding of the subject. Consider making your answer brief and focusing on the
important aspects of SAP MM without putting in any unnecessary details.

(ECC) that gives businesses the ability to manage materials, inventory and
warehouses. The materials management (MM) module provides master data, system

Potential employers might want to know what is the reason behind you quitting your job.
Consider framing your answer positively. This shows that you want to explore new

working with the people I did and the projects I worked on, but I recognised the fact that
I was not facing any challenges or learning anything new. Rather than becoming
