1. You are hereby designated as SCHOOL DISASTER RISK REDUCTION MANAGEMENT (SDRRM) FOCAL
PERSON.
2. This designation is in addition to your duties and responsibilities as a classroom teacher.
3. As SCHOOL DISASTER RISK REDUCTION MANAGEMENT (SDRM) FOCAL PERSON, you are directed to take
charge of the following:

A. Spearhead the different activities in line with SDRRM for the development for the elementary
pupils like earthquake drills, fire drills and others;
B. Coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders in line with any activities duly authorized
by the Department of Education through the school, district or division office and any planned or
initiated activities to be implemented in the school;
C. Make/submit necessary accomplishments, online/offline reports on or before the deadline;
D. Attend relevant meetings/conferences/trainings and give feedback and;
E. Inform the Principal’s Office for any planned activities related to SCHOOL DISASTER RISK
REDUCTION MANAGEMENT (SDRRM) to be undertaken;
F. Perform other related functions that are deemed necessary.
4. This designation may be revoked anytime if and when you are no longer functioning operationally according
to your duties and functions.
