Final Report Romel

The memorandum provides a progress report on a homicide investigation. It summarizes that Peter Gallaza, a security guard, shot and killed his brother-in-law, Police Officer 1 Federito Armateo Jr., after Armateo forcibly entered Gallaza's home while intoxicated and threatened to kill Gallaza's family.
