The office of the Controller of Examinations conduct examinations and process the results of all non-autonomous affiliated colleges and the grades are allotted using relative grading concept. To apply the relative grading concept, the internal marks must be available for all the students and for all the courses on the day of processing the results. It is noticed that some of the colleges failed to upload the assessment marks and attendance in time and due to that the results are processed for candidates for whom the internal and end semester marks are available. Later when the colleges provide the missing marks with proper reason, the results cannot be processed as the entire grading system shall be affected for the students whose results were already published Hence, you are requested to verify periodically whether the assessment marks and the attendance are uploaded into the COE server on the last date for each assessment period and finally verify again at the end of the semester and upload any missing mark of a candidate which will definitely help the system to process the results smoothly without any ambiguity and publish the results. Due to this reason, hereafter, the missing marks provided by the colleges after the publication of results will not be entertained. Your cooperation in this process is highly solicited PAs as.
