Subject: Resignation Letter

Dear Sirs,

Please accept this letter as formal notice of my resignation from my position as Planning
Engineer at Gitamondoc-Gopaoco Structural Engineering. My last day of work will be
March 17, 2023 which provides ample time for me to complete any pending projects
and ensure a smooth transition.

I have made the decision to resign from my position after careful consideration and
evaluation of my career goals and personal aspirations. It has been a pleasure working
with you and the team at GGSE. I have enjoyed my time here and appreciate all of the
opportunities that have been afforded to me during my tenure.

I want to thank you and the entire team for your support, guidance, and mentorship
during my time at GGSE. I have learned so much and grown both personally and
professionally. I am grateful for the experience and will carry these lessons with me
throughout my future endeavors.

I will ensure that all of my responsibilities are transitioned appropriately, and I will work
closely with you and the team to ensure that there is no disruption to the ongoing
operations of the company. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to make the
transition smoother.

Once again, I want to express my gratitude for the opportunity to work with such an
amazing group of people at GGSE. Please do not hesitate to contact me if there is
anything else you need from me during this process.

Sincerely,

Teofil L. Canillo
