COURSE FILE CONTENTS &


CHECK LIST

All permanent and visiting faculty members are required to submit a course file to HoTDs at the end
of every semester and final examination papers to the Examinations department.

The file will contain the following documents:


1. Title page, showing course name, your name, class (e.g. MBA Evening 2A), and class day
and time. [Word Doc]
2. Course outline, you had distributed (first day). [Word Doc]
3. List of students registered in this course / you may use blank attendance sheet as well. [Word
Doc / XL Sheet]      
4. All handouts (in lecture order) given in the class / given at photocopy shop for copying to the
students. [Word doc / PDF docs / Scanned copies]
5. Reading assignments (sources / links / photocopies). [Word Doc / PDF docs]
6. All quizzes you have conducted in the class. [Word DOC / PDF docs]
7. All assignments you have given students in the class (in case of questions marked from the
book, please mention that book, page nos. and question numbers, etc.).

8. Mid Term and Final Exam Question Paper [Word DOC / PDF docs]
9. Mid Term and Final Exam answers sheets (Best, Average, Lowest) Scanned
10. Project details. The complete document showing the details of the project you conducted in
the class. This document will illustrate the purpose of the project, objectives, how this was
conducted in the class, the evaluation criteria used, outcomes, and your comments on
students’ performance. [Word DOC / PDF docs]
11. Details of guest speaker sessions and their outcome. [Word DOC / PDF docs]
12. One-page summary on the evaluation of the whole course &class with suggestions to
improve in future. [Word DOC / PDF docs]
13. Any other document you have used during the class and you feel it is important to attach in
the course file. [Word DOC / PDF docs / other docs]
14. A soft copy of any documentary / audio / visual or media file if you have used in your class
as teaching aid (optional).
15. Any other document requested by the coordinator / academics / examination / HR / Finance

Instructions: Please make proper folders in the above order and submit it in through USB /
CD to HoTDs.
