Dear President Muhi;

This is to respectfully intercede for a recommendation, Mr. REYMARK QUITANGON, a


bona fide resident of 786 Sevilla St. Binondo, Manila who sought personal assistance from
my office concerning his request for admission to our esteemed educational institution,
Universidad De Manila.

Mr. QUITANGON was told that he needed a guardian that has the same surname as he but
unfortunately, her Aunt, Avonne Bairan, does not bear the same and so the school admission
does not accept his application for the UDMCAT Admission AY 2023-2024.

As reference to Mr. QUITANGON’s character, he is personally known to me of good moral


character, perseverance, and of good study habits. He’s part of the indigent here in our city.
Any help extended to him shall be highly appreciated.
