NOTIFICATION
FEE PAYMENT FOR AUTUMN SEMESTER (2023-24)
All Existing Students

The fee collection for the Autumn Semester 2023-24 for all existing students will be carried out
ONLINE by the Finance & Account office as per the schedule and procedure enumerated in succeeding
paras:

1. IIT Roorkee Online Fee Payment (Mode and instructions)

(a) IIT Roorkee fee can be paid online by clicking the following link:

(Note: all the payment instructions are also given on the above link

(b) Fee payment portal will remain activated for fee collection as per the details given below:

Without late fine: : 1st July 2023 (10:00 AM) to 14th July 2023 (5:00 PM)

With a late fine of Rs.1000/- : 18th July 2023 (12:00 Noon) to 26th July 2023 (12:00 Noon)

Please note that the non-deposition of the fee will lead to the termination of the name from
the Institute rolls without any further notice.

(c) Kindly click on the link for making the payment / providing details:

1 Fee payment- online (Through Bank Loan) –:
• Enter enrollment, IITR email ID, Bank Account, Bank IFSC, and then press :
Validate button, Submit button, Make payment button, and generate NEFT / RTGS
form using the NEFT / RTGS option from the drop-down menu.
• Generated NEFT / RTGS form will be submitted to the bank for fee transfer into the
institute fee account (Validity of NEFT /RTGS form : Only two days)
• Students depositing the fees through bank loans are advised to inform the Fee Section
about it after depositing the fees.
2 Fee payment- online (Without Bank Loan)
• Enter enrollment, IITR email ID, Bank Account, Bank IFSC and then press: Validate
button, Submit button, Make payment button and select option as per your
convenience from the drop-down menu.

Students shall be granted only one of the following two mutually agreed status categories at
registration. The change in status will not be allowed during the semester:
i) Residing & dining.
ii) Non-Residing & Non-Dinning subject to the approval of DOSW.
Scholars/students shall be required to pay fees/dues in advance as per the details below along
with the outstanding dues, if any:
