13 The meeting was called to order at 9:00 A.M
14 The Barangay Chairman called the session to order at 9:10 AM.

17 Kagawad Leonila Balunggay led the prayer.

19 4. ROLL CALL:
20 The Brgy. Secretary did the roll call and all members are present, a quorum, was
21 announced and thus, the body proceeded to transact business.

23 5.1. PROPOSED ORDINANCE:
24 5.1.1. PROPOSED ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.5 SERIES OF 2018 “ORDINANCE ON
25 BUSINESS OPERATION”
26 Kagawad Jojo Baculi moved for the amendment of Sec. 2 and Sec. 4 of Barangay Ordinance
27 No. 5 S,2018, duly seconded and carried;
28 5.1.2. PROPOSED ORDINANCE AMENDING BARANGAY ORDINANCE NO. 6 S,2018 “AN ORDINANCE
29 THAT COVERS THE BARANGAY OF LUCOG TO COLLECT FEES TO EVERY TRANSACTION IN THE
30 BARANGAY”
31 Kagawad Virgilio Guasi moved for the amendment of Sec. 1 of Barangay Ordinance No. 6
32 S,2018, duly seconded and carried;
33 5.2. PROPOSED RESOLUTIONS:
34 1. Resolution No.9, S,2023, Resolution Requesting the Hon. Congressman, Allen Jesse C.
35 Mangaong to allocate Funds for the Construction of Canal Lining at Sitio Asin, Lucog, Tabuk City,
36 Kalinga, Kagawad Malaga moved for approval, duly seconded and carried;
37 2. Resolution No.10, S,2023, A Resolution Requesting the Honorable Board Member Lester Lee
38 Tarnate To Allocate Funds for The Construction of Semi-Permanent Fence Separating the School from
39 The Catholic Chapel at Sitio Balatoc, Lucog, Tabuk City, Kalinga, Kagawad Guasi moved for approval,
40 duly seconded and carried;
41 3. Resolution No.11, S,2023, A Resolution to the Office of the Honorable Governor, James S.
42 Edduba to Allocate Fund for the Construction of Riprap Along the Lucog-Balatoc Road at Sitio Balani,
43 Lucog, Tabuk City, Kalinga, Kagawad Balunggay moved for approval, duly seconded and carried;
44 4. Resolution No.12, S,2023, A Resolution to the Office of The Honorable City Councilor, Marc
45 Ranier Duguiang To Allocate Fund for the Construction of Canal Lining at Sitio Asin, Lucog, Tabuk
46 City, Kalinga, Kagawad Dumayag moved for approval, duly seconded and carried;
47 5.3. CONDUCT OF MID-YEAR ASSESSMENT:
48 Chairman Edas that a mid-year assessment of the council and employees will be conducted by
49 the end of June, he then instructed the Brgy. Treasurer to check for the Budget, whenever possible a
50 supplemental budget must be drafted, he also instructed the Brgy. Secretary to draft a project
51 proposal of the said assessment.
52 5.4. INSTALLATION OF LACTATION ROOM IN THE BARANGAY MULTI-PURPOSE HALL:
53 Kagawad on Health- Leonila Balunggay has proposed the installation of Lactation room in the
54 Brgy. In compliance to RA 10028 or the Expanded Exclusive Breastfeeding in the Workplace Law.
55 Kagwad Baculi moved that it will be charged under the Health .5% support to Health Nutrition, duly
56 seconded and carried;
57 5.5. OTHERS:
58 Chairman Edas reiterated the settlement of liquidation of all implemented projects by the
59 Council, he added that it must be settled by end of the month;
60 6. ADJOURNMENT: On motion of Kagawad Malaga, duly seconded, the session adjourned at 12:
