The respondent proposes several strategies for teaching English to students of different ages and levels: 1. Design tasks that can be solved in multiple ways so less advanced students can learn from more advanced peers. 2. Consider the type of tasks assigned to match students' content knowledge rather than just their age or level. 3. Get to know individual students to set up personalized plans, being creative if teaching restrictions require a standardized approach. 4. Draw on their own experiences and interests in other subjects to engage students in casual conversation-based lessons.

1. Why did u decide to work homebase?

* I want to work at home so I can be more productive and use all my available time to focus on my job. Rather than spending an hour a day in
commute, I could use this time to plan and execute my work."
* "I understand the impact I can have on the environment and wish to reduce it by working from home. I can help the company accomplish its
environment-friendly goal by reducing waste and energy use. Moreover, I am more productive when I work from home."
* "Working from home allows me to begin my workday sooner. I can skip traffic and avoid delays due to weather conditions, which gives me two
more hours daily that I can dedicate to my job."
* "I really appreciate the flexibility that working from home offers. I am more creative and focused early in the morning. Being able to set my own
hours allows me to do my most productive work for the company."
* "I understand your company prioritizes work-life balance and effectiveness, and I share those values. I know I thrive in such an environment and
will be more productive when I work from home."
* "I want to work from home to be more productive and make a conscious choice for the environment. Skipping the commute can significantly
reduce greenhouse gas emissions and fuel consumption. Plus, it allows me to save time that I can re-invest in my professional tasks."
*
* I am more focused when I work from home, where I have fewer distractions. I appreciate building professional relationships. Still, I work best
alone in my home office. During my workday, I am, of course, actively communicating with my remote colleagues and responding to all my
emails."
* "I want to work from home because I am more efficient when I work independently. Working from home would also save the company space as
it would require one less desk and will save money on electricity."

1. How do you deal with different level and ages of students in teaching English?

If the task can only be solved in a single way, it is possible that some students can solve it and others can not. But if the task can be solved in
several ways, there may be a simpler solution for less advanced students and a more efficient or sophisticated one for more advanced students.
Then, by sharing the answers within the group, the less advanced students can learn from the most efficient solutions of their peers.
So, in addition to thinking about general questions regarding the type of grouping, I think it is also appropriate to reflect on the type of tasks you
offer your students in the classroom. This will depend more on specific content than on questions about how to organize the class.

I agree that getting to know your students as individual human beings is an important first step. Depending where you teach, you may be able to
set up individualized plans for learners. If you are teaching in a more restricted context where you are required to follow a very prescribed way of
teaching, you may want to think more creatively about how to allow each student to flourish. I am not sure there is a one-size-fits-all answer to
your question, as it depends both on the individual students; the composition of the class as a whole (including class size); and the system in
which you teach. As we gain more experience as educators, we become familiar with navigating each of these different terrains and you can
accommodate students' individual needs a bit more.

Hello everyone! My name is Chris Cedrick U. Rolusta, hailing from the Philippines! I’ve been a
teacher for various aspects of learning and having passion for violin, English and Filipino, I have
offered my services to help Japanese, Vietnamese, Chinese, and other foreign students!

In my lessons, I usually encourage students to be comfortably free and vocal to try their best, no
matter what their level of English is. It can start very simple, like a casual conversion with a friend
or a family member over a cup of coffee/drinks. I am also passionate about my faith, food, sports,
math, science, geography, and even Mandarin and Spanish languages, which I try to incorporate
and take great advantage of.

Our sessions would definitely be efficient, 100 percent student-centered with the focus primarily
on being able to communicate accurately and freely followed by proper grammar use. I look
forward to teaching and speaking with you!

Thank you and God bless!
