Student A: Nice to meet you too. How are you today?

Student B: Everything is going well for me. And how are you?

Student A: Fine Great, thank you. How's the traffic today?

Student B: Well, there was little congestion getting here.

Student A: Well, let's start. I, Nicol sthephaby Lujan l, am the human resources manager at
Confections Textimax.

we have a vacant position for a quality control and production assistant

Student B: What responsibilities do you have at work?

Student A: Well, the new assistant is supposed to monitor and report quality issues.

Student B: In my opinion, I think that a good quality control assistant has to have effective
communication skills and the ability to work in a team.

Student A: I agree. Now, has to tell me a little about yourself?

Student B: Yes, I am Erick Vilchez, I am single, I am 25 years old and I studied Industrial
Engineering at the Technological University of Peru.

Student A: How much experience do you have in the field?

Student B: I have very little experience in the field

Student A: Why have you chosen this job?

Student B: I really like my career, I have experience in textile manufacturing.

Student A: Can you work independently or in a team?

Student B: I can work in a team or independently.

Student A: Can you deal with stressful situations? If your answer is yes, tell me how?

Student B: Yes, I can deal with stress by doing relaxing activities and avoid thinking about
problems at work.
