GAVIN L. DELOS REYES, Administrative Officer II of CASIGURAN CENTRAL
SCHOOL, DepEd - Casiguran District, Casiguran , Aurora has no property and
money accountability , subject , however , to provision of GAO General Circular No. , 52
, dated December 23, 1957 quoted hereunder:

“If later an official or employee who has been cleared is discovered


still accountable for cash and /or property, the clearance previously
issued will not relieve him/her of said accountability.”
