The DFB Guide to EPCOT Snacks
This Guide in the series focuses on snacks from Walt Disney
World's EPCOT in Orlando, Florida.
In this guide, we offer a broad range of EPCOT snacks
(we're pretty sure we got all of them) in the $1-$10 price
range (we admit, some may venture slightly out of that
range – Grand Marnier Slush, we're talking to you).
Please note that Disney changes menus and merchandise
often, so we've tried to choose snacks that will be
consistent as well as give a good overview of the locations
where the best snacks can be found. All snacks, prices, and
other information are subject to change, so keep your eyes
open for new snacks on your visit!

Starbucks cake pops come in a variety of flavors including
birthday cake, chocolate cake, and salted caramel. These
are your standard Starbucks cake pops – the same ones
you'll find in your local store. But they're good, and worth a
try if you're craving a bite-sized treat.
Or you can skip the milk and these also make great portable
mid-morning snacks as you walk through the park.

Flatbread Pizza reliable location where guests could enjoy classic counter
service dishes like burgers and flatbreads.
But guests in EPCOT can still find some of those eats which
have been relocated to new locations! For instance, you can
find Flatbreads (Cheese or Pepperoni) available inside the
new EPCOT Experience.
If it's pizza you're craving, though, I'd recommend stopping
at Via Napoli or Pizza al Taglio over The EPCOT Experience,
as this Flatbread isn't especially memorable or tasty,
honestly.
That said, parents of picky eaters may be glad to know this
option exists for those “just-in-case” moments.
P.S. Even if you skip out on the flatbread, you should make
it a point to stop by The EPCOT Experience for an
incredible overview of the transformation of the park!

Mickey Oreo Cheesecake It might not be obvious at first glance, but the bottom layer
of the Mickey Oreo Cheesecake is a crust of finely crushed
Oreos, the middle is a creamy cheesecake with Oreo pieces
blended throughout, and the top is a thick layer of cookies
and cream icing! (Cheesecake with frosting?! Sign me up!)
And it's yummy! The Mickey Oreo Cheesecake is served
chilled (and on a stick!), and the cheesecake is creamy and
rich. It’s a smaller dessert, but the super-sweetness of this
one makes it share-worthy in case your teeth start

La Cantina Margaritas We make a pretty big fuss over the Margaritas at La Cava

Lay's Chips in Fun Flavors We have had a BLAST recently snacking on some of the
huge assortment of uniquely flavored Lay's Potato Chips in
the China pavilion! We've tasted Spicy Crayfish, Cucumber,
Salty Egg & Shrimp, Spicy Hot Pot (a FAVORITE!), Grilled
Squid (which basically tastes like BBQ), Fried Crab, and
more! We've even tried a “dessert chip,” with the SWEET
White Rabbit Candy Chips among the offerings.

variety we enjoyed recently.
These are often a hit with even picky eaters who don't want
to try anything new, so let this be their “outside the box”

Barbecue Sauces Okay, it's true. The array of barbecue sauces at the Regal
Eagle Smokehouse are not technically a snack. Naturally,
these are an included accompaniment with a purchase at
The American Adventure pavilion's newest restaurant. But
since they are a wonderful complement to any dish you get,
we thought it would be fun to highlight the options since
they're based on the best of BBQ around the country!
The Spicy Blue Ribbon Brisket Sauce carries a nice kick for
those who like to feel the heat. The Blue Ridge Vinegar
League is an apple cider vinegar-based sauce. The savory
Sizzlin’ Pit Dry Rub Coalition Classic Smokehouse Sauce is
similar to what will likely come to mind as a traditional red
BBQ. And finally, we have the Mustard Guild “Old Glory”
