“COMMUNICATION IS THE KEY TO ACHIEVING OUR GOALS.

Think of a situation or problem (related to your major) in which communication was


critically important. Explain the following:

1. How communication will correct the situation or problem.


Miscommunication can occur in the workplace when coding. A coworker
mistyped a code, which impacted the entire software they were working on, due
to miscommunication between him and his coworkers. The situation can be
corrected by employing excellent verbal communication and being a competent
speaker and listener.

2. How communication is important in your jobs.


Communication is essential in all types of jobs because if you do not
communicate well, no one will learn and there will be misunderstandings.
Communication is required to establish a healthy relationship with coworkers and
a healthy atmosphere.

3. How communication played a critical role both in the cause and solution.
Communication was a key factor in the development of the challenges; it can be
a source of problems, but this is referred to as "bad communication" when the
audience is not listening to and understanding the speaker, or it can be the
speaker who is having difficulty. It was also crucial in the solution since, in order
to fix problems caused by "bad communication," "good communication" is
required, in which the speaker and listener listen to and grasp each other.
Communication issues can be resolved when both parties understand how to
communicate effectively.

with one of our professors. For the Engineering subject, Sir Michael has been assigned
to us. His teaching technique is really challenging, and we are unable to understand
anything he says. We spoke with him about it, but he was very strict in his response to
our complaint and did not even try to alter his teaching technique. This application is
