Direction: Below are the ingredients for your pizza, ADD OR REPLACE two

you may start working on your MINI TASK PREPLIST IN MAKING HOMEMADE PIZZA
Pizza Toppings

● Pizza Sauce
● Egg
● Vegetable oil
● water

● Microwave or a pot
● Measuring cups
● Measuring spoon
● Liquid measuring cup
● Bowl
● Spatula
● Spoon
● Whisk
● Dough cutter
III. A. Measuring of Ingredients
Dry ingredients:
• 4 1/3 c (500g) All Purpose Flour (APF)
• 1 ½ tsp (5g) Instant Yeast
• ¼ c (300g) Powdered Milk
• 1 tsp (5g) Iodized salt
• ½ c (75g) Sugar
Pizza Toppings
• 10 Pepperoni (OPTIONAL)
• 5 - 10sliced White Onion
•15 sliced Pineapple
• 10 Sliced Mushroom
•5-10 sliced Bell pepper (green)
● 250g of Low fat cheese and mozzarella
Wet ingredients:
• ½ c (75g) Sugar
• ¼ c (75g) Oil
• 1 pc (50g) Egg
• 1 1/8 c (220g) water
• 1 cup Pizza sauce
B. Food Preparation:
1. Mix the dough ingredients together by hand or use a hand-held or stand
mixer.
2. Knead by hand or beat the dough with your mixer. Place dough into a
greased mixing bowl, cover tightly, and set aside to rise for about 1 hour or
1hour and 30 minutes
3. Punch down risen dough to release air bubbles. Divide in 4.
4. Rest 15 minutes
5. Roll dough out into a 12-inch circle. Cover and rest as you prep the pizza
toppings.
6. Top with favorite pizza toppings.
7. Preheat oven
8. Bake pizza at a very high temperature for only about 15 minutes.
