1. Sign in to your DILG Intranet Account at intranet.dilg.gov.ph.


Note: For account issues and concerns, please coordinate with the Regional Information
Technology Officer (RITO) or Regional Information Communication Technology Unit (RICTU).

2. Under the “My Applications” sidebar, click the Local Governance


Performance Management System.

3. Select “Encoding”.

4. Select “Encode“ on the left side.

5. Supply the following details: Region, Province, City/Municipality, Form, and


Year.

6. Once all details have been filled in, buttons for “City/Municipality Form”
and “Province Form“ will appear at the bottom of the encoding details.
Select one that applies.

7. The download will automatically begin.

Option 2
If you already have an existing draft or already submitted an entry, but still
wishes to secure a copy of the Data Capture Form (accomplished or empty),
the data and/or the template, can still be downloaded.

1. Click the “Export” at the rightmost section of the entry.

2. Select whether you want to have a copy of the data (Data Export) or you
want the template (Template Export).

3. The download will automatically begin.

1. Sign in to your DILG Intranet Account at intranet.dilg.gov.ph.

4. Select “Encode“ on the left side.

5. Supply the following details: Region, Province, City/Municipality, Form and


Year. Then, click the “Proceed” to start Data Entry.

5. Select the Governance Area to accomplish.


Note: Data Entry should be similar to the manual Data Capture Form (DCF).

6. Once all data entries are complete, click “Save“.


Note: Before clicking Save, check if all of the data entries for an Area are complete.
If data entry is incomplete, a “Form submission failed” message will pop out.
Check and review the form if this happens.

7. To complete data entry of other Areas, click “Update“.

4. Select the “Regional Assessment“ and then select a year.

5. Choose a region to view to track the Encoding Progress of the


Provinces and HUCs/ICCs within the region.

6. Please select a province with data entry to show the names of LGUs
that have encoded and are still yet to encode. Click “View“ to access their
encoding progress.
