They must be logged in and then upload relevant SN and UPK files to receive an XX-License.xml file. 3. In the offline activation process, users select the XX-SN.xml from sales and the XX_upk.xml downloaded previously, then select the XX-License.xml to complete activation of the software.

ZKBioSecurity Offline License Self-help Activation User Manual

1. Access zkteco official website https://www.zkteco.com/en/ , License Activation are available under

‘Support’.

2. Before download Offline Activation License, Users are required to log first. If you are logged in, ignore this step.

3. Upload related files. Click the “Select File” to upload the corresponding SN and UPK files and click “Download”,

you will get a “XX-License.xml” file.


The XX-SN.xml file is obtained from the sales.

The XX_upk.xml file is downloaded from the offline activation step on the ZKBioSecurity software,please refer to

Step4 below.

4. Offline Activation.

Click button, open the License infomation interface:

Click “Offline Activation” and fill out the registration information, click “Choose File” button to select

XX-SN.XML file which is get from sales, and click “Next Step”.
Click “Offline activation file download”, you will get a “XX_upk.xml” file, and click “Next Step”.
Click “Choose File” button to select “XX-License.xml” file which is get from Step 3, and click “Import”, you will

activate your software.
