Titan FitScore Track (1) f88756d

This hackathon challenges participants to develop a non-invasive solution to monitor health and calculate a fitness score. It involves collecting biometric data like heart rate and sleep patterns using sensors and cameras, then analyzing the data with machine learning models to generate a comprehensive fitness score. The goal is to empower users to track their health over time and make informed lifestyle choices. Participants will explore various sensing techniques and algorithms to create an accurate, reliable, and scalable system for health monitoring and diagnostics.

Hackathon – Fit Score

Problem statement name

Fit Score: Non-Invasive Health Monitoring and Diagnostics Hackathon

Overview

Join us for a revolutionary hackathon focused on improving healthcare outcomes

through innovative solutions for health monitoring. This event will bring together
experts in technology, healthcare, and data analysis to collaborate on developing
cutting-edge solutions for non-invasive health monitoring and diagnostics. With the
potential to revolutionize healthcare as we know it, this hackathon is the perfect
opportunity to work on impactful solutions that can make a real difference in people's
lives. So, whether you're a developer, data scientist, or healthcare professional, join
us for an exciting weekend of collaboration and innovation.

Objective

The objective of this hackathon is to develop an innovative solution that uses non-
invasive methods or facial reading technologies to collect health vitals and derive a
fitness score. By using wearables, participants will collect data on various health
metrics, such as heart rate, blood pressure, blood oxygen levels, sleep patterns,
stress levels, resting heart rate, HRV, Dopamine levels, blood sugar, Respiratory
Rate, etc. Using this data, participants will develop algorithms and machine learning
models to analyze the data and derive a fitness score that accurately reflects a
person's overall health and fitness level. The fitness score will enable individuals to
track their progress over time and make informed decisions about their health and
fitness. This solution has the potential to revolutionize healthcare by enabling
individuals to take control of their health and fitness and improve their overall quality
of life. This hackathon aims to develop a solution that is accurate, reliable, scalable,
and can be deployed in various settings, from individual homes to large healthcare
organizations.
Tasks

The goal of this hackathon is to develop a solution that generates a fitness score for
users by collecting non-invasive health data and processing it with AI/ML techniques.

The solution will consist of two parts:

Part 1: Collection of health vitals.

Participants are expected to explore non-invasive methods to collect health

data, such as:

● Photoplethysmography (PPG): A method for measuring blood flow

using light sensors.

● Electrocardiography (ECG): A method for measuring heart activity

using electrical sensors.

● Bioelectrical Impedance: A method for measuring body composition

using electrical sensors.

● Temperature: A method for measuring body temperature using

thermal sensors.

● Facial reading technologies: A method for measuring vitals such as

heart rate, respiratory rate, and oxygen saturation using cameras and
computer vision.

Participants should develop innovative ways to collect the data (on various
health metrics, such as heart rate, blood pressure, blood oxygen levels,
sleep patterns, stress levels, resting heart rate, HRV, Dopamine levels, blood
sugar, etc.) using the aforementioned sensors or other non-invasive
methods. The data should be collected and stored in a way that is secure,
accurate, and scalable.

Part 2: Processing the collected data using AI/ML techniques and generating a
fitness score.

Participants are expected to use AI/ML techniques to process the collected

data and generate a fitness score for the user.

● The fitness score should be based on a comprehensive analysis of

the user's health data, including metrics such as heart rate, blood
pressure, body composition, and sleep patterns.
● Participants should develop machine learning models that are
accurate, reliable, and scalable.
● The models should be able to learn from the data collected by the
wearable devices and make predictions about the user's overall
health and fitness level.
● Participants can choose to develop the machine learning models
either at the edge, using local computing resources, or on the cloud,
using remote computing resources.
● The models should be able to learn from the data collected by the
sensors and make predictions about the user's overall health and
fitness level.

Overall, the goal of this hackathon is to develop a solution that empowers users to
take control of their health and fitness by providing them with a comprehensive
fitness score that is based on non-invasive health data and processed using cutting-
edge AI/ML techniques.
